E-Government performance in the application of quality management information communication technology is very necessary. A website-based system is also used to improve the quality of services and community participation in development. The context that becomes the material that needs to be examined is public service, the quality of websites managed by the government and user satisfaction so that there is a two-way interaction between the government and the community. The purpose of this study consisted of three stages which were first to determine the role of E-government by utilizing technology to support the development of a reliable information system in South Tangerang Regency. The second is to find out the extent to which the system is used in South Tangerang E-government through Usability Evaluation using SUMI (Software Usability Measurement Inventory). The method used in this study is a method adopted from the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle. The stages of the method are Evaluate Existing Infrastructure, Form The KM Team, Knowledge Capture, Implement the KM system. The results of this study are in the form of usability values on the E-Government website of South Tangerang and usability testing which becomes a benchmark for the success of a system with score scores for 85 effectiveness categories, 81.5

ABSTRAK Sistem informasi akademik merupakan lalu lintas komunikasi antara Dosen, mahasiswa, dan aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam kegiatan perkuliahan. Sistem informasi akademik my Unpam ini terdiri dari my Dosen, my Unpam, perpustakaan, e-learning, helpdesk dan PMB online. Untuk mengetahui kebergunaan pengetahuan pada sistem akademik ini perlu dilakukan analisis knowledge management system berupa konversi pengetahuan tacit to tacit dan tacit to explicit yang digunakan sebagai tujuan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka dan observasi atau analisis terhadap website akademik Unpam. Sistem informasi akdemik UNPAM telah menerapkan knowledge Management System dengan beberapa konversi pengetahuannya. Konversi yang digunakan yaitu tacit to tacit dan tacit to explicit. Hasil persentase pengetahuan yaitu my Dosen sebanyak 25%, my UNPAM 35 %, E-Learning 10.5 %, Perpustakaan sebanyak 11.8%, Helpdesk 2% dan PMB 14.4%. Dengan demikian nilai tertinggi dan terbanyak konversi pengetahuan yaitu pada halaman web My Unpam yang sering diakses oleh mahasiswa.  ABSTRACT Academic information system is the communication traffic between lecturers, students, and activities related to the needs of students in lecturing activities. My Unpam academic information system consists of my lecturer, my Unpam, library, e-learning, helpdesk and PMB online. To know the usefulness of knowledge in the academic system needs to be done knowledge management system analysis in the form of tacit to tacit knowledge conversion and tacit to explicit used as the purpose of this study. This research method is literature study and observation or analysis on academic website Unpam. The information system of UNPAM has applied the knowledge management system with some of its knowledge conversion. The conversion used is tacit to tacit and tacit to explicit. The result of knowledge percentage is my lecturer 25%, my UNPAM 35%, E-Learning 10.5%, Library 11.8%, 2% Helpdesk and PMB 14.4%. Thus, the highest value and the most knowledge conversion is on the My Unpam web page that is often accessed by students.

The problem that emerged on every organization now days especially company is how to increase sustainable knowledge from their human resources that suitable with the challenges faced. However, a lot of organizations such as PT Dirgantara Indonesia is not yet or have not discovered hidden knowledge within their employees. Therefore, the objective of this research is to find a constructive plan, implementation and evaluation of Knowledge Management System (KMS) that should be applied to PT Dirgantara Indonesia. Research method used on this paper is descriptive qualitative methodology, 10-step knowledge management roadmap, and differentiation quantitative test. The results from this research are implementations on business startegy of PT Dirgantara Indonesia on their Training and Education Department, with personal approach. Knowledge that needs to be followed is career analysis method, English language ability, SAP creation and system analysis. Those implementations are running through online forum such as intranet portal and offline forum such as scheduled formal forum. Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling

Tingkat EGDI (E-Government Development Index) di Indonesia mengalami penurunan peringkat sehingga dari hal tersebut mencerminkan kondisi perkembangan E-Government di Indonesia masih belum maksimal meliputi: tingkat layanan umum, terjadi ketidak seragaman layanan umum di desa, dukungan perangkat teknologi informasi masih terbatas, belum adanya pengelolaan arsip desa, belum adanya sistem yang bisa mengelola pengetahuan, belum adanya sinergi antar perangkat desa. Desa Dukuh Karya merupakan desa yang termasuk kedalam Kabupaten Karawang, Kecamatan Rengasdengklok. Desa Dukuh Karyamemiliki penduduk sekitar 6000 dan sebagian penduduknya memiliki penghasilan dari hasil pertanian. Perlunya pengelola pengetahuan yang ada di desa sehingga bisa dikelola dengan baik dan menerapkan Knowledge Management System (KMS) berbasis sistem informasi desa bisa meningkatkan layanan umum di desa Dukuh Karya. Dengan menerapkan konsep KMS untuk bisa menghimpun dan mengelola semua pengetahuan yang ada. Membangun Knowledge, menghimpun, menyimpan dan menggunakannya sehingga pemerintah desa lebih transparan dan akuntable sehingga meningkatkan layanan public. Implementasi KMS merupakan suatu cara bagi perangkat desa untuk mengidentifikasi,     membuat, merepresentasikan, mendistribusikan, dan memungkinkan pengadaptasian wawasan dan pengalaman yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, baik yang dimiliki oleh individu maupun pengetahuan yang melekat pada proses atau standar prosedur pelayanan yang mempunyai Tujuan utama untuk memelihara dan mentransfer dengan efektif pengetahuan yang penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perangkat pemerintah desa kepada warganya.

The purpose of this study is to examine how Knowledge level augmented parameters impact on the effective adoption of information and communication technology (ICT) by onion farmers in Perambalur district of Tamil Nadu. Data were gathered from a focus group made up of 60 Farmers in Perambalur district. The paper finds that a willingness of indigenous ICT users is particularly influenced by the recognition and incorporation of visible social imperatives during the adoption process. Research limitations/implications – The outcome of this study highlights important issues for ICT adoption. One particular area that must be taken into consideration is the adoption channel. Perceptions of ICT adoption will differ significantly among adopters. For this reason, the need for developing an appropriate adoption channel that ensures successful diffusion of the innovation should be recognized. The paper also demonstrates that Knowledge Management System among farmers using ICT to yield more profit in onion Production form knowledge distributed by the experts. Hence the research work carried out to acquire, represent, and distribute the knowledge Management system to the Farming community.

Cleanliness is one of many other indicator that have to be held by a tourism destination. It mean that the tourism destination should be clean from garbage or any other dirty things. Indonesia is a tourism destination that have been known as a beautiful and humble country to be visited. As a tourism country, Indonesia should also give a big concern to the cleanliness issue. Various criticisms and suggestions always delivered to the manager or government of the tourist sites, but the response from them was null. There have to be a research to find out what is the root of the environment cleanliness problem and which part of the improvement that was missed. This study covers how to integrate all the stakeholder by using Information Technology in order to address the environment cleanliness issue. Existing policy established will be the basis for analyzing, designing, implementing, and evaluating a product in addressing the issues of garbage. The research is developed under the PEST and SWOT method, and using the Knowledge Management System. Visual Communication Media is a product that was built to help people in controlling the outstanding garbage. Information technology is built to become a medium in managing information related to garbage problems. Meanwhile, Counseling and Socializing is held to provide learning of the importance in maintaining hygiene. The integration of these things is monitored and evaluated to obtain a comprehensive improvement. Index Terms—Cleanliness, Information Technology, Knowledge Management System.
