One of the most important assets of a modern enterprise is human capital and its development opportunities. The need to maintain intellectual capital is due to the introduction of new technological solutions and changes in industrial relations. There is a transformation of the management environment, which focuses on intangible assets and thereby moves to competitive advantages. Within the framework of this article, the peculiarities of regulation and methods of human resources management at the enterprise in the conditions of digitalization are studied. The characteristic of the involvement of domestic enterprises in the HR development strategy is given.

Introduction. Today in Ukraine there is a situation that creates an environment of "public interest" in approaches to modeling the main areas of strategic management and its content. Inaccurate perception of approaches to the "strategy" concept content significantly changes the possibility of its effective implementation at the state and economic levels. Therefore, it is logical to arise the necessity of studying the directions of forming a strategy and the possibility of applying the theory of strategic management in modern domestic enterprises. Aim and tasks. The article purpose is to determine the basic approaches to the formation of the modern enterprise development strategy, which is subject to the study of the main directions of its formation. The systematic basis for such systematization was systemic, reproductive, dialectical, and general scientific approaches. Research results. It has been established that the "action" approach as the leading methodology for the strategy development implies the relevance of the activity category with the concepts of "needs", "interests", "motives", "goals", "reflection (assessment)," "self-development". A system approach involves considering a strategy as a system that has a certain structure and interconnection within its individual components. Formation and strengthening market relations stimulates the application of new approaches and forms in management, changes (sometimes cardinally) the nature of the tasks to be solved and methods for their achievement, as well as the development of a strategy. The development of a clearly formulated strategy and the definition of organic development goals is a consequence of the external conditions manifestation of the company's existence, for example, the conditions of macroeconomic instability, the complexity of the relationship between the economic and political environment. To clearly formulate a strategy for the enterprise in accordance with the current economic situation, to outline the ways of its implementation and, if possible, to evaluate the expected result, a manager is required to possess creativity, knowledge and experience, intuition in a unified approach to formulating strategic prospects for the operation and development of the enterprise. Conclusion. For Ukrainian enterprise management system, the main task is not the prompt response to the current changes in the environment. They are the strategic vision formation of the future enterprise, the development of a flexible and viable progress strategy, the prediction of tactical and strategic threats for the enterprise, its timely elimination, and the practical use of strategic management idea for sustainable development.

The article discusses such concepts as socially responsible marketing, marketing concepts, tools of marketing concepts, social and ethical marketing. The modern tools of realization of social and ethical marketing at the enterprise are analyzed. The main tools of the concept of social-ethical and socially-responsible marketing at the modern enterprise are investigated. The directions on improvement of its activity are offered. The activity of the enterprise is considered, methods on increase of efficiency from realization of the concept of socially responsible marketing are developed. Measures and methods for improving the application of the tools of the concept of socially responsible marketing at the enterprise operating in the domestic market of goods and services are proposed. The methods and ways to increase the effectiveness of the proposed measures on the concept and tools of socially responsible marketing are studied. The analyzed areas of activity of the enterprise provide grounds to say that for modern consumers the issue of social responsibility in general is very important. In the market of modern goods and services where consumers are quite demanding, there are grounds to argue on the relevance of this issue and further active study. On the basis of the analyzed theoretical and practical material on issues of ethics and responsibility, and at the same time the issue of providing reliable information about the production of goods of the enterprise is the main component of effective business. Modern, demanding consumers need an individual approach, starting with the development of idea on the release of goods to the very process of selling goods on the market. That is why this issue is quite relevant and not fully explored. Modern operating conditions dictate more and more requirements for Ukrainian enterprises. That is why every leader is faced with the decision to implement the concept of social responsibility in the development strategy of his enterprise, because, in terms of integration into the world community, social responsibility of doing business is a necessary part and core of enterprise competitiveness. Based on the evolution of marketing concepts, the concept of socially responsible marketing deserves special attention, because it directs its efforts to combine cooperation between consumers, producers and the environment, and therefore society as a whole.

DR. YEONG WEE-YONG AND ASSOCIATE professor Kay Ah-Keng are both with the faculty of business administration, National University of Singapore. In order to sustain the high economic growth Singapore has enjoyed in the last two decades and to face the new challenges ahead, the Singapore government has recently reviewed its economic development strategy and formulated several new plans. One of the steps Singapore is taking is to encourage all industries to exploit and apply new advances in technology. This paper reviews the Singapore government's role in technology transfer and the assistance it provides to small and medium enterprises in the upgrading of their operations. Two case studies are also given to illustrate how local small companies have benefitted from the new programmes.

Strategic support of the company’s work in the international market requires a complete restructuring of business processes in a crisis situation and improvement of the company's relations with both consumers and producers. The necessity to form a combined production cycle to reduce competition should not be overlooked. The dynamics of the formation of modern enterprise forms the need for a constant analysis of emerging investment proposals. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that the company must ensure a change in the format of work when entering the international market and identify the possibilities of strategic formation of financial and organizational reserves for the possibility of autonomous provision of activity for several production cycles. The authors show that in order to understand the development strategy, the enterprise needs to integrate diagnostic tools into the system of production indicators, which can provide an integrated assessment of the quality of enterprise management. The practical significance of the study is determined by the need to formulate an enterprise development strategy for a period of up to five years. The main value should be determined in the structure of ensuring the damping of crisis phenomena in the context of stagnation of industrial production, demand and financial markets of the state. This will allow to unify investment and anti-crisis development strategies.

Traditional enterprise performance evaluation system is to achieve the objective of maximizing corporate value, focusing on the economic consequences, without considering the ecological environment, social responsibility and other non-financial factors, which is obviously inconsistent with the requirements of sustainable development. In this paper, an objective analysis of the existing financial performance evaluation system defects, based on the sustainable development strategy, discussed the performance evaluation of the goals and values, evaluation principles, contents and multiple other aspects of evaluation design, and then build enterprise Performance Evaluation System under the perspective of sustainable development .
