The historical analysis of the development of national forms of economy has been carried out. It has been determined that the most economically advantageous for society, vital, rational, socio-ecological-economic forms of economy are peasant economies and farms. The methodological basis of the study as to the identification of rational and effective forms of economy are general scientific methods, including methods of historical analysis, generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, methods of expert evaluation, graphical method. In the course of the research, the methods of historical analysis, generalization, analysis and synthesis were used in carrying out a retrospective analysis, in particular the research of scientific opinion on the effectiveness of such forms of economy as peasants and farms and the impact of land reform on their development; the method of expert evaluation in the survey of peasants and representatives from the administration of Radomyshl region of Zhytomyr oblast to determine their opinion – how the land reform will affect on the development of peasants and farms; graphical method for constructing tables and graphs. The study of the world experience in agriculture confirmed that the development of the farm model as a priority model of economy in agriculture is possible only with the active support of a state, as an institution that regulates land use through administrative and economic measures and provides legislation through limitation of purchase of land and the potential withdrawal of this land from agricultural circulation, and also involves the implementation of targeted programs through the financing of individual activity. An important function of state regulation is the conservation of the agricultural land fund. In developed countries, there are some restrictions on the land market to prevent latifundia. It is substantiated that in the course of land reform, the agrarian policy should be focused on preventing the creation of latifundia with large land tenure, as well as on the support, protection and development of peasant economies and farms as viable forms.

Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4/Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 (NZO/BST) composites with high permittivity and low loss were synthesized via the hybrid processing route. The composites possess very dense and homogenous microstructure. The NZO/BST composites show good dielectric properties and magnetic properties with low loss in high frequency range. This indicates that this kind of magnetodielectric composites can be used in high-frequency communications for the capacitor-inductor integrating devices such as electromagnetic interference filters and antennas. The permittivities of the composites were also fitted using the combination of Maxwell–Wagner polarization and modified Curie–Weiss law.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the development of FinTech and the transition to cashless payments of the population of various countries, including Kazakhstan. For provision of cashless payments there are created platforms which work in NFC & MFS systems, they protected by security protocols (Secure Element (SE)) and allow to store confidential user data. Changes in the business model of banks have led to the emergence of a new format of banking products and services that can be used through smartphones (the main operating systems Android and iOS). The goal of the study is to analyze the dynamics of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the use of cashless payments through national payment systems in Kazakhstan. Based on the goal, a null and an alternative hypothesis were set, of which the second was confirmed in the result. Research methods used to write this article are economic and statistical analysis and synthesis, graphical method, analysis of the series of dynamics. The data for the study was taken from the NBK Statistical Bulletin: data on cashless payments through the Interbank System of Money Transfer (ISMT) and the Interbank Clearing System (ICS) for the period from 2002 to 2020. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the dynamics of the transformation of cashless payments made by using financial technologies has been proved. Recommendations for further improvement of the financial system are given. The development of national payment systems makes it possible to reduce the level of fraud in the financial sector, to increase the speed of cashless transfers and level out transaction errors. Study limitation: only national payment systems ISMT and ICS were used.

The research focuses on major cooperation directions established between the State Border Guard of Latvia and the European Agency FRONTEX. It deals with the legal regulation of SBG and FRONTEX cooperation, depicts and analyses SBG and FRONTEX cooperation in the field of training as well as explores the main pillars of SBG and FRONTEX cooperation development perspectives. The aim of the research is to investigate how SBG cooperation with the Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union (Frontex) influences the increase of SBG officers’ capacity regarded in carrying out their functions. The main tasks that were brought up are as follows: to investigate the legal regulation of SBG and FRONTEX cooperation as well as to analyse the main directions of SBG and FRONTEX cooperation in the training process of the officers, finally, to study perspectives of SBG and FRONTEX cooperation development aiming at officers’ capacity building.  The key methods employed in the framework of this research are: descriptive method, analysis and synthesis, clustering, graphical method.

Introduction. Understanding of the historical stages of the formation of project management methods is necessary to determine its key characteristics and peculiarities. This approach makes it possible to identify the laws of development of society in connection with the distribution of the principles of project management, to identify areas that are not considered in scientific works in sufficient quantities, as well as to identify the main trends in the development of project management methodology. Purpose. The article aims to study the development of the methodology of project management, to implement its periodization with the identification of major events that have influenced management practices, as well as the formation of the own view as for the current trends in project management. Method (methodology). In order to achieve the goal, such common scientific methods as method of analysis and synthesis, method of system approach, graphical method have been used in the research. Results. The periodization of approaches and methods of project management have been substantiated. Its main concepts have been systematized. These concepts have been developed in scientific works during the 1960-2000s. The results of successful projects over the last 20 years have been analysed. The main tendencies of project management development have been grounded.

Radiation patterns are produced from concentric ring arrays by using practical elements, such as dipoles and waveguides which is presented in this article. Ring arrays, which produces high sidelobes, create electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems. To overcome this problem, analysis and synthesis is carried out and generates the directional patterns of concentric ring arrays using practical radiators. The directivity is observed for concentric dipole ring arrays and concentric waveguide ring arrays is 72.21 dB. The comparative data is presented in the result.

Mechanism analysis and synthesis commonly used analytic method and graphical method, etc., but the homotopy method has high efficiency in nonlinear analysis of mechanism. This paper applies the homotopy continuation method PHCpack solver to solve mechanism position and orientation, and draws the mechanism configuration according to the results obtained, the relative error of numerical results to exact solutions shows that the homotopy continuation method PHCpack solver can provide sufficient accuracy of mechanism position and orientation analysis, and meet the engineering needs.
