Smart appliance design that includes multimedia intelligence to deliver comfortable, convenient, and secure personal services in the home is becoming increasingly crucial in the age of information and communication technology. This research looks at the design and execution of a novel interactive multimedia mirror system called as "smart mirror." The glass that will be used is the foundation of the design of a smart mirror. Two-way glass is suggested because it allows the visuals on the display to be seen more clearly. Our way of life has evolved to the point where making the best use of one's time is critical. Based on user surveys and prototype implementation, we propose the development of an innovative appliance that incorporates interactive information services delivered via a user interface on the surface of a mirror. Our work is based on the assumption that we all check ourselves in the mirror before leaving the house, so why shouldn't the mirror be intelligent? Smart Mirrors will eventually replace regular mirrors, providing users with both mirror and computer-assisted information services as technology improves. Because of the Raspberry Pi microcontroller cards aboard, the devices can connect to the internet, download data from the internet, and show that data on the mirror. Weather data, time and location data, current event data, and user data gathered from web services using a Raspberry Pi 3 microcontroller card are all included in the designed intelligent mirror system. The mirror will light up when the user steps in front of it. When thinking about this project, phrases like Smart Mirror, Interactive services, Raspberry Pi , and Web services come to mind.

A wireless application is designed to function when the device is connected to networks (e.g., the Internet) or other devices wirelessly. An example of such an application is a directory service, such as Indigo, found on handsets and PDAs with wireless Web services. These applications allow users to access and even manipulate data on the move. More and more organizations are beginning to develop wireless applications for their employees so they can access critical corporate data whenever and wherever the service is available. The primary advantage of a wireless application over a mobile application is that the user can have access to the most up-to-date information; therefore, if the information in an organization frequently changes, a wireless application is more appropriate in this situation.

The Covid-19 pandemic that is currently spreading globally has made information and communication technology (ICT) services a basic necessity in our daily activity. With the opening of internet access in villages, it opens up opportunities to maximize ICT's role in improving rural information services. Many of the development of ICT-based services is in the form of a website or mobile application with various interfaces and interactions. This requires training and habituation in the community. This is not easy because these applications are not applications that are used daily. The high use of social media in the community can be used as a forum for providing rural information services. By using social media (chat), services can be created that have advantages over other approaches. Such as: do not require new installations, are intrusive so that information comes directly to users, and does not require much training because they use social media applications familiar to the community. On the other hand, village officials can use services for accessing information services and as a medium for disseminating information needed by the community. A training program and assistance for rural information services based on social media have been carried out in Buloila village. The implementation results show that the program is urgently needed, mainly because the village does not have a rural information service. The social media-based service system's evaluation shows that service users (community, village government, and other parties) feel that the system is feasible to use. Feeling that the system can be learned quickly, is easy to use has well-integrated features. It is just that users feel they need to familiarize themselves with using the service because of the form of interaction that users may never have faced before

A web service is a service offered by a device electronically to communicate with other electronic device using the World wide web. Smartphone is an electronic device that almost everyone has, especially student and parent for getting information about the school. In BINUS School Serpong mobile application, web services used for getting data from web server like student and menu data. Problem faced by BINUS School Serpong today is the time-consuming application update when using the native application while the application updates are very frequent. To resolve this problem, BINUS School Serpong mobile application will use the web service. This article showed the usage of web services with XML for retrieving data of student. The result from this study is that by using web service, smartphone can retrieve data consistently between multiple platforms.

Planning each comprehensive trip is regarded as a complicated and time-consuming task which includes the process starting from searching specific tourist information to planning an itinerary in unfamiliar areas. In response to the decision making challenges that tourists may encounter in planning a trip or discovering a destination, this paper proposes an integrated framework for a system supporting tourists in Thailand. The aim of the framework is to provide a service that considers data from a variety of sources, including static and social data, and then recommends points of interest (POI) and itineraries for POI, based on the requirements and interests of the user. The framework consists of three components: a personalized POI recommendation engine, an itinerary planner, and a mobile application. Together these form the foundation of a personalized travelling information system for Thailand. This paper outlines the basic framework and provides a discussion on the potential issues encountered.
