Philosophy is a search for a general understanding of values and reality by chiefly speculative rather than observational means. It signifies a natural and necessary urge in human beings to know themselves and the world in which they live and move and have their being. Hindu philosophy is intensely spiritual and has always emphasized the need for practical realization of Truth. Philosophy is a comprehensive system of ideas about human nature and the nature of the reality we live in. It is a guide for living, because the issues it addresses are basic and pervasive, determining the course we take in life and how we treat other people. Hence we can say that all the aspects of human life are influenced and governed by the philosophical consideration. As a field of study philosophy is one of the oldest disciplines. It is considered as a mother of all the sciences. In fact it is at the root of all knowledge. Education has also drawn its material from different philosophical bases. Education, like philosophy is also closely related to human life. Therefore, being an important life activity education is also greatly influenced by philosophy. Various fields of philosophy like the political philosophy, social philosophy and economic philosophy have great influence on the various aspects of education like educational procedures, processes, policies, planning and its implementation, from both the theoretical and practical aspects. In order to understand the concept of Philosophy of education it is necessary to first understand the meaning of the two terms; Philosophy and Education.

Introduction: The problem of noise-free encoding for an open radio channel is of great importance for data transfer. The results presented in this paper are aimed at stimulating scientific interest in new codes and bases derived from quasi-orthogonal matrices, as a basis for the revision of signal processing algorithms.Purpose: Search for new code sequences as combinations of codes formed from the rows of Mersenne and Raghavarao quasi-orthogonal matrices, as well as complex and more efficient Barker — Mersenne — Raghavarao codes. Results: We studied nested code sequences derived from the rows of quasi-orthogonal cyclic matrices of Mersenne, Raghavarao and Hadamard, providing estimates for the characteristics of the autocorrelation function of nested Barker, Mersenne and Raghavarao codes, and their combinations: in particular, the ratio between the main peak and the maximum positive and negative “side lobes”. We have synthesized new codes, including nested ones, formed on the basis of quasi-orthogonal matrices with better characteristics than the known Barker codes and their nested constructions. The results are significant, as this research influences the establishment and development of methods for isolation, detection and processing of useful information. The results of the work have a long aftermath because new original code synthesis methods need to be studied, modified, generalized and expanded for new application fields.Practical relevance: The practical application of the obtained results guarantees an increase in accuracy of location systems, and detection of a useful signal in noisy background. In particular, these results can be used in radar systems with high distance resolution, when detecting physical objects, including hidden ones.

To date, considerable attention has been paid to the development of structural vibration suppression techniques. Among all vibration suppression devices and techniques, the tuned mass damper is one of the most promising technologies due to its mechanical simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and reliable operation. In this article, a critical review of the structural vibration suppression using tuned mass damper technology will be presented mainly focused on the following four categories: (1) tuned mass damper technology and its modifications, (2) tuned mass damper technology in discrete and continuous structures (mathematical modeling), (3) optimization procedure to obtain the optimally designed tuned mass damper system, and (4) active tuned mass damper and semi-active tuned mass damper with the practical realization of the tuned mass damper technologies.

The election of Bettino Craxi as PSI general secretary marked, from 1976, a very important turning point in thehistory of Italian socialism. His dynamic and charismatic leadership in fact contributed to a profound revisionof its ideological seeds, the so-called scientific Marxism, and above all to the recovery of the humanitarianand libertarian suggestions of pre-Marxist socialism. This led to the clear and definitive condemnation of theMarxist-Leninist model, which had found its practical realization in the Soviet system and in the countriesbeyond the Curtain, and prompted PSI to support the anti-communist dissidence and to establish strongrelations with the Polish opposition and above all with Solidarność. Craxi, both in the role of PSI generalsecretary and as Italian prime minister, was able to provide it with a great political-diplomatic support and alot of concrete help. Up to now, the history of these relations has not yet been adequately studied and thispaper therefore aims to fill the gap.

Summary:1. Introduction. 2. The structure of the practical realization of the article 53. 3. Preconditions of the legislation of the rights and freedoms and fundamental rights: 3.1 The principle of subjection and legally binding of all public authorities. 3.2 The principle of legal reserve. 3.3 The core content of the rights and freedoms. 4. The preferred procedure and ordinary summary of the article 53: 4.1 Outline of evolution and situation of the preferred procedure and summary inthe jurisdictional divisions. 4.2 About the protection of fundamental rights with procedural nature. 5. The remedy of amparo in the context of the article 53.2. 6. Approximation to the practical sense of the principles recognized in Chapter III Title I.Abstract:The article 53 of the Spanish Constitution specifies three basic issues: First, determines that the rights and liberties link all the public authorities; Secondly, determines the judicial and constitutional protection of the rights and freedoms and fundamental rights in Spain; Thirdly, recognizes the guiding principles of the social and economic policy. In this article are analysed these constitutional provisions and concepts, but also is studied their legislative development since 1978 and the practical reality until the present day. In the article are also analysed some inconsistencies in the jurisprudence of the SpanishConstitutional Court on fundamental issues about the article 53 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978. The intention is to give an overview of the article 53 of the Constitution from 1978 until today.

The dual-slope ADC (DSADC) is a type of analog-to-digital conversion with low input bandwidths. It is pretty slow, but its ability to reject high-frequency noise and fixed low frequencies such as 50 Hz or 60 Hz makes it useful in noisy industrial environments and applications. It provides very good resolution. For the practical measurements in the Institutes laboratory an instrument is designed and realized. The base DSADC method is used, but improved by multiple conversions to make the measuring more precise and the time shorter. The special attention is paid to the problems occurred in practical realization and the way to overcome them. The paper describes the proposed and applied solutions, functional principles and achieved performances of the realized instrument.
