The study aims to examine the problem of forced displacement and its social and economic problems in light of the Syrian crisis. Such an aim helps to know the difficulties and challenges facing the children of displaced families in learning, and the reasons for their lack of enrolment. It also clarifies whether there are significant statistical differences at  among the attitudes of the children of the displaced families towards education regarding the following variables: (the work of the head of the family, the economic level of the family, and the work of the children). The study has adopted the descriptive-analytical approach;  a questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect information. The study was applied to a sample of displaced families in Jaramana City in the governorate of Damascus countryside. The sample consisted of sixty items that represent 40% of the displaced families. Results have shown that the largest percentage of the social and economic problems that the displaced families suffer from is due to the high rents of houses and apartments, and to the high prices and the inability to purchase the basic needs. There are statistically significant differences between the attitudes of the children of the displaced families towards education due to the variable of work of the head of the family, and to the variable of the economic level. For the family, the study has recommended, in light of its findings, several recommendations, including: Enacting temporary laws for the displaced families that include: educating their children, giving priority to employing the members of these families, providing them with houses, and granting them easy and interest-free loans that enable them to buy a house or repair their homes when they return to their liberated from terror areas.

A system for the assessment of traits characterizing the social interaction of patients in the family setting has been briefly described. This system attempts to measure the relationship between the patient and the relaive who is being interviewed concerning the patient's behavior. Using a method of coding to evaluate the respondent's answers to various open-ended questions, we are able to delineate those characteristics of the patient's behavior which are most salient to the relative and most indicative of the relationship between the relative and the patient. This system is presently being used to study the behavior of schizophrenic outpatients in a clinic setting in which the primary method of treatment is ataractic therapy. It is assumed that for psychiatric outpatients changes in their social relationships at home are as important as changes in their mental status. The social traits are being used both as predictors of change in the patient's behavior and as indices measuring the effects of treatment on social behavior. At present, we are gathering data which indicates that the social traits are reliable and valid scales, and that they are useful in the study of schizophrenic outpatients.

AbstractThe present study had as objective to know the perception of workers of the socioeducative system on the adolescent in fulfillment of the hospitalization measure considering that this perception directly influences in the way the measurement is executed. It is an exploratory field study, with a qualitative approach, which used as a data collection instrument a semi-structured interview, in which the results were treated with the content analysis in the thematic modality. As results were listed three thematic categories: 1) Motives that lead to the infraction and those responsible for these adolescents; 2) Work on socio-educational measures of hospitalization; 3) Between the victim and the villain: The workers' perception about the effectiveness of the socio-educational measures of hospitalization. The workers perceive the adolescent from the perspective of the stigma of the offender. It is believed that this perception, which highlighted the family as the major responsible for the social disruption of the adolescent, directly influences the course of compliance of the measure, including its effectiveness. It is necessary to broaden these discussions on the workers who participate in the implementation of the socio-educational measure of hospitalization, for contribution and reflection on their work process and their interference in directing lives.Key words: Perception; Adolescent; Justice; Occupational Therapy. ResumenEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo conocer la percepción de trabajadores del sistema socioeducativo sobre el adolescente en cumplimiento de la medida de internación considerando que esa percepción influye directamente en la manera como la medida es ejecutada. The family is the main pillar in each human society as it is one of the social spaces in which the individual interacts and acquires in the context of preparations and considers family communication one of the pillars of the success of these preparations and socialization with all its components in any society and if family communication is not available the family loses its balance and this reflects on the future of the children. Our study came to reveal the dimensions and effects of the absence of communication within the family by following the variables and indicators that break up the relational foundations in the field and allow us to identify the phenomenon and follow it up by linking its variables. To achieve this in practice, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was the tool of the study. The study reached many results, the most important of which were: that communication in the family does not exist between couples and in its absence, the educational level of the child will be weak as a result of the absence of supervision from the father's side.
