Service at the “Kelurahan” is a very important part in determining the success of development, especially in public service. The problem faced is the lack of skill level of the “Kelurahan” apparatus with the more dynamic demands of the community and the archive management system is still conventional and manual that is writing the identity of the archive into the book agenda, expedition, control card, and borrowed archive card, so it takes a more practical electronic system, effective and efficient so required to develop themselves in order to improve public services. Conventional administration and archive management must be transformed into cloud-based computing (digital), for which archiving managers should always be responsive and follow these developments and wherever possible in order to utilize for archival activities, with greater access expected archives are evidence at once able to talk about historical facts and events and be able to give meaning and benefit to human life, so archives that were only visible and readable at archival centers can now be accessed online, and even their services have led to automated service systems. Using Microsoft Access which its main function is to handle the process of data manipulation and manufacture of a system, this system is built so that the bias runs on Cloud which means Cloud itself is a paradigm in which information is permanently stored on servers on the internet and stored. The purpose of this program is the implementation of administrative management that has been based cloud computing (digital) and is expected to be a solution in managing the archive so that if it has been designed and programmed, it can be stored in the computer and benefi- cial to the “Kelurahan” apparatus and add in the field of management archives in the form of improving the quality of service to the community, can facilitate and scientific publications.

Administrative management as a scientific concept originated in the late nineteenth century in the United States and Europe as a way of managing government agencies and organizations. However, in the process of evolution of this concept, administrative management is transformed into type of management activity in business. According to the analysis of domestic publications, in Ukraine, mainly administrative management is perceived as public administration, and its objects are employees and processes in government agencies and organizations. The analysis of modern publications and observation of the activities of enterprises made it possible to make the statement about necessity of implementation the principles of administrative management for business representatives. There are three main approaches to understanding the essence of administrative management: as a school of management, as public administration, as a special type of management in commercial organizations. It was found that Western scientific thought understands administrative management as the process of managing information through people or as a general management of the organization. The existing interpretations of administrative management for commercial organizations in domestic researches are grouped in two types: 1) as management at the institutional level; 2) as general management of the organization. As a result of the analysis, the conclusion that the essence of administrative management for business and government agencies is different is made. It is noted that administrative processes are typical for auxiliary (support) departments of enterprises. It is proposed to identify administrative management in the profitable organizations as management of the processes in auxiliary departments to achieve the basic purposes of the enterprise and maintenance of uninterrupted functioning of operational area. The essence of administrative managing for public institutions is much broader. It is proposed to define it as any managing in public institutions, aimed at both its internal environment and society.

Pharmaceutical services are among the most accessible healthcare assistance systems worldwide, being provided generally in enterprises like Drugstores and Compounding Pharmacies. Pharmacists are highly accessible healthcare professionals considering also the availability, geographic distribution and location of pharmaceutical enterprises. However, there are several challenges for providing these services for patients with limitations such as low education, difficulties on reaching the Pharmacist, and the need for individualized monitoring (due to the complexity of therapy). Reports of low quality services are growing worldwide, and in order to expand access and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, Pharmacists must move from being medication dispensers with focus in administrative management to a clinically-oriented practice with a humanistic view. The aim of this chapter is to make an approach on the implementation of effective strategies and ways to improve the quality of Pharmacists' work as specialized healthcare providers.

Across the country, American mosques are struggling with dwindling attendance and/or stagnancy. The causes generally come back to four interconnected points: a lack of governing principles, the politics of control by personalities, little focus on social integration, and a scarcity of properly trained and empowered imams. The imam, the community’s leading inspirational motivating force, is governed by scripture and both supported as well as held accountable by a community rooted in scriptural values. These values are a broad realm of massive differences subject to an array of cultures that can be a cause for division. Given this reality, Muslims must establish a mission, vision, and core value system for a clear cohesive divinely guided community. This system must priori-tize the community’s relevant needs with a strong focus on the big picture of Islam as it relates to the broader society. The administrative management of mosques should support their imam to lead them accordingly.
