Pelayanan publik menjadi suatu tolok ukur kinerja pemerintah yang paling kasat mata. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan banyaknya tantangan yang harus dihadapi maka pelayanan publik harus diselaraskan dengan terobosan atau inovasi. Salah satu pelayanan publik yang perlu dioptimalkan adalah Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT). Oleh karena itu, Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik membuat aplikasi yang diresmikan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2020 adalah SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) yaitu sebuah aplikasi pelayanan pajak serta informasi terkait pengurusan perpanjangan masa berlaku surat tanda nomor kendaraan (STNK) bermotor. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi pelayanan Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik melalui Inovasi Aplikasi Samsat Rame (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) sehingga mampu menjawab beberapa permasalahan pelayanan publik Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi literatur.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Samsat Ramah Merakyat (Samsat Rame) belum efisien karena input pelayanan masih memberatkan para pengguna jasa. Belum efektif karena tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh penyelenggara. Serta kualitas hasil yang buruk dikarenakan faktor pendukung terkesan membuat aplikasi Samsat Rame di lakukan karena mendesak tanpa memikirkan jangka panjang. Sedangkan faktor penghambat lebih berpengaruh pada keberhentian inovasi Samsat Rame. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik. Along with technological developments and the many challenges that must be faced, public services must be aligned with breakthroughs or innovations. One of the public services that need to be optimized is the One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT). Therefore, the Samsat Gresik Joint Office made an application that was inaugurated on July 14, 2020, namely SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat), which is a tax service application as well as information related to the extension of the validity period for motorized vehicle registration certificates (STNK). The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the services of the Samsat Gresik Joint Office through the Samsat Rame Application Innovation (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) so that it is able to answer several public service problems. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Peoples Friendly Samsat application (Samsat Rame) is not efficient because service inputs are still burdensome for service users. Not yet effective because it failed to achieve the goals desired by the organizers. As well as the poor quality of results due to supporting factors that seem to make the Samsat Rame application done because it is urgent without thinking about the long term. While the inhibiting factor has more influence on the discontinuation of the Samsat Rame innovation. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase socialization and promotion to the people of Gresik Regency.       The development of technology today can not be dammed again. Progress in every field can not be separated from technology as its supporting, especially information technology. Information technology (IT) is a very important part for the company or organization and is an investment value to make the company or organization to be better. Companies or organizations put information technology as a thing that can support the achievement of the company's strategic plan to achieve the target vision, mission and goals of the company or organization, but it must be taken with the existence of an analysis or audit of the information system so that threats or losses can be avoided or prevented. This studi aims to determine the extent to which the development of Aok-Jek Application system as a public service that has been implemented in the community. AOK-JEK is a local online ojek service application in Bangka Belitung which was launched in early January 2017. AOK-JEK itself is the development of online ojek service via sosmed to be an android app. Aok-jek provides services and needs in various fields for the community. The first thing that makes us interested and motivated to analyze the application is one of the journal writers, AOK-JEK.

Salah satu Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi utama Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Denpasar adalah sebagai pengelola infrastruktur aplikasi pelayanan publik di Pemerintah Kota Denpasar. Pelayanan publik berupa pelayanan kependudukan di Kota Denpasar menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) yang meliputi pembuatan KTP, KK, dan Akta Kelahiran. Jika infrastruktur aplikasi pelayanan publik ini mengalami permasalahan, maka akan sangat menghambat semua proses yang berujung kepada komplain masyarakat dan berdampak pada menurunnya tingkat kepercayaan publik. Oleh karena itu dilakukan suatu evaluasi internal berupa audit dalam pengelolaan infrastruktur aplikasi pelayanan publik agar pihak pengelola dapat melakukan perencanaan untuk perbaikan serta peningkatan dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang telah dibangun. Audit dilakukan dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 sebagai kerangka kerja kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil audit dengan menggunakan Maturity Model COBIT 4.1, diperoleh tingkat kematangan pada proses AI3 (Mendapatkan dan Memelihara Infrastruktur Teknologi) yaitu berada pada level 3 (defined). Untuk penilaian secara objektif, tingkat kematangan berada diantara level 3 (defined) dan level 4 (managed and measurable) yaitu sebesar 3,53. Rekomendasi diberikan secara bertahap berdasarkan tingkat kematangan yang diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi yaitu tingkat kematangan 3 (defined) untuk dapat ditingkatkan ke tingkat kematangan 4 (managed and measurable), kemudian ditingkatkan lagi menuju tingkat kematangan ideal yaitu 5 (optimized). One of the main functions of Communications and Information Department of Denpasar  is a public service application infrastructure management in Denpasar Government. Public services such as settlement services in Denpasar using the Administrasi Information System (SIAK) application which includes the manufacture of ID Card, Family Registers and a birth certificate. If the application infrastructure of public service is experiencing problems, it will greatly hamper the whole process that led to the people's complaints and decrease the level of public confidence. Therefore, an evaluation of internal audit in the form of public service application infrastructure was held so that the manager can do the planning for improvement and development of infrastructure that has been built. Audits carried out by using the COBIT 4.1 framework as controls. Based on the results of audits using COBIT 4.1 Maturity Model, obtained level of maturity in the process AI3 (Obtain and Maintain Infrastructure Technology) which is located on level 3 (defined). For an objective assessment, the maturity level is between level 3 (defined) and level 4 (managed and measurable) amounting 3,53. Recommendation  given in stages based on the level of maturity that is obtained from the evaluation that maturity level 3 (defined) to be improved to the maturity level 4 (managed and measurable), then increased again towards the ideal maturity level 5 (optimized).

Computers are one form of advances in electronic and informatics technology; the function of the computer itself serves as a tool for writing, drawing, editing images or photographs, or as a means of storage. Android, a Linux-based operating system, is a smart operating system that can compete with operating systems on a computer. Some of the problems identified include user difficulties in overcoming computer damage to determine whether to repair or buy a new unit, difficulty in reaching authorized service providers, risks when deciding to repair at a public service place, and limited access to information and costs repairing computer damage. This research specifically designs an Android application-based computer service application that makes it easier for people to get service services. The above research results formulate computer repair services using an Android-based platform with Android Studio and MySQL as the database for this study. This application is expected to be useful for customers in terms of time and cost.

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze an innovation in population administration services for the Si N'duk application released by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bojonegoro Regency. The focus of this study is to describe the innovation of the Si N'duk population administration service application based on the theory of innovation attributes according to Rogers. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that based on the theory of innovation attributes according to Rogers, most of the population administration service innovations in the Si N'duk application have fulfilled this theory. However, there are still some problems, such as those experienced by the community in the process of uploading population document files, then in terms of the application there is still no application form download feature, there is no notification notification when there is a service application, and application upgrades have not been carried out. In addition there are also problems related to servers and networks. Of course, these shortcomings must be corrected in order to continue to provide the best service innovations for the community. Therefore, from the problems that occur, it is necessary to have a routine performance evaluation that must be carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bojonegoro Regency so that innovation in population administration services through the Si N'duk application can provide more benefits for the community as service recipients.
