ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze an innovation in population administration services for the Si N'duk application released by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bojonegoro Regency. The focus of this study is to describe the innovation of the Si N'duk population administration service application based on the theory of innovation attributes according to Rogers. The research method used is descriptive research using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that based on the theory of innovation attributes according to Rogers, most of the population administration service innovations in the Si N'duk application have fulfilled this theory. However, there are still some problems, such as those experienced by the community in the process of uploading population document files, then in terms of the application there is still no application form download feature, there is no notification notification when there is a service application, and application upgrades have not been carried out. In addition there are also problems related to servers and networks. Of course, these shortcomings must be corrected in order to continue to provide the best service innovations for the community. Therefore, from the problems that occur, it is necessary to have a routine performance evaluation that must be carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bojonegoro Regency so that innovation in population administration services through the Si N'duk application can provide more benefits for the community as service recipients. <em><span lang="EN-SG">Along with increasing population mobility and increasing road users the need to have a SIM is increasing every day. Where the administration of traffic and services, such as SIM, STNKB and BPKB are oriented to the principle of quick and easy without ignoring the identification and extension of the letter. This research uses descriptive research method. Descriptive research is intended to explore and clarify phenomena or social realities. From the results of the study showed that the implementation of public service quality in making SIMs at the Karimun Regional Police Traffic Unit Office was seen from the aspect of physical facilities (tangible), reliability (responsiveness), responsiveness, assurance and empathy were running pretty good. Especially relating to the ability and reliability to provide trusted services, the ability to help and provide services quickly and appropriately, as well as being responsive to consumer desires, abilities and friendliness and employee courtesy in assuring consumer trust and firm but attentive attitudes of employees towards consumers . Although it is indeed an inhibiting factor for SIM services such as human resources, the level of awareness and facilities and infrastructure are still found in the service of making SIMs at the Karimun Regional Traffic Unit Office</span></em>

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of KK, KTP, and AK services in Samarinda Kota sub district and its factors influencing the effectiveness of KK, KTP, AKservices.The research used field research method which gives an overview on the effectiveness of KK, KTP, and AK services in Samarinda Kota sub district. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews, and media questionnaires by selecting informants who play a role and are involved technically and functionally in service delivery to the community. The data obtained are then analyzed qualitatively and supported by quantitative data.The results showed that service implementation in Samarinda Kota sub-district, especially in the field of population administration and civil registration is done in accordance with existing mechanism and regulation which have been determined by seeing some service indicator such as simplicity is in very safe category with 6.67% and certainty of service procedure and tariff cost are in accordance with the value of 88.33% and 70% respectively, the security and convenience of facilities and infrastructure are in safe and comfortable category with 65% and 73.33% respectively, openness about the ease of obtaining information and provisions services in the categories easy and explained if requested with the value of 71.67% and 63.33% respectively, economical about the cost of KK rates, ID cards, AK category Rp 10,000 - Rp 15,000, equitable fairness with a value of 60%, the timeliness is in category 1 - 2 days, and the efficiency is an exact category with a value of 80%.  And the factors that affect the service is the resources apparatus, facilities and infrastructure, and public awareness. Keywords: Effectiveness, Public Service

The purpose of research is to find out how the activity of early childhood in improving natural intelligence through the introduction of animals in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung and to find out how much improvement of natural intelligence through the introduction of animals. The research problem is how the introduction of animals made to the natural intelligence of early childhood in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung. The research method used is Classroom Action Research method. Subjects in this study were all children early childhood amounting to 26 children. The instruments used are observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used quantitative descriptive using percentage and qualitative. Data analysis uses data reduction, data model, and conclusion. The results showed that in cycle I, the average value obtained by children Developing Very Good of 17%. While in cycle II, the average result of children Developing Very Good increased to 65%. This shows that by using the introduction of animals, the early child's natural intelligence in Pelita Kindergarten Bandung increased by 48%.

he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.

This study focuses on the Implementation of E-Government through Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online): (1). To Knowing how the implementation of E-Government by using the Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online) at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Pekanbaru.. (2). For Knowing the factors inhibiting the implementation of E-Government by using the Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online) at the Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Pekanbaru.. This study is a qualitative study with the primary objective to describe and depict in detail and depth about how the implementation of E-Government in personnel administration through the Employment Service Application System (SAPK Online). Then the data analysis techniques used in this research was qualitative descriptive analysis, which is a technique that tries to describe things that are special to the data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation so that a qualitative data, to be analyzed further to become a conclusions according to the indicators that have been determined by the authors.

The objective of this research was to find out what factors underlie Daarut Tauhiid BMTcustomers in applying of murabaha financing. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study involve primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data sources, namely the unit head, account officer, and members of Daarut Tauhiid BMT as murabaha financing customers at the BMT. Secondary data sources involve modules, documents at Daarut Tauhiid BMT relating to the topic of research. The data analysis techniques are through the stages of data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the research show that the factors that could underlie customer decisions in applying The results showed that the factors underlying the customer's decision in applying of murabaha financing at Daarut Tauhiid Baitul mal wa Tamwil (BMT) were images of the Daarut Tauhiid environment, reference groups, customer needs in certain situations, supporting personal work, customer perceptions of syariah compliance

The Population Data Utilization System (Sidampak) in Wukirsari Village, Sleman Regency is a population administration service program that has provided many benefits. The background lacks clear planning in developing services to the community and a low level of community participation in the administration of population documents which then becomes the basis for creating a population administration service system that can provide complete, accurate, fast, easy and integrated results. This then led to a commitment for the village government of Wukirsari in making public service innovations. This innovation is not only the value of fast, easy, inexpensive, but more on the value of services that can be adapted to the culture of the Wukirsari community. Related, this study found that there are public services that consist of the Population Data Utilization System (Sidampak) program in Wukirsari Village which can then change service policies to better suit the social conditions of the community. Meanwhile, the research method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive research method

Pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien adalah tuntutan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanannya. DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan publik. Inovasi yang diluncurkan oleh DPMPTSP adalah Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, yaitu Jemput Online Single Submission Bersama Instansi Terkait dan Malam Hari Bisa. Inovasi ini merupakan bukti bahwa DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar telah melakukan percepatan pelayanan dan sekaligus menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Jauhnya lokasi kantor yang berada di tengah kota serta persyaratan yang belum diketahui banyak masyarakat menjadi dasar diluncurkannya inovasi Joss Banget Mas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendeskripsikan terkait pelayanan Joss Banget Mas. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang dipilih oleh peneliti dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan Joss Banget Mas telah beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebijakan PP No. 24 Tahun 2018. Selanjutnya sumber ide-ide inovasi mendapatkan masukan dari pegawai maupun masyarakat. Budaya inovasi pada inovasi Joss Banget Mas adalah penyederhanaan syarat-syarat sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan perizinan usahanya. Selanjutnya kemampuan dan alat inovasi Joss Banget Mas cukup memadahi tetapi terdapat kekurangan pada bagian alat yang digunakan. Kemudian tujuan, hasil, pendorong dan hambatan adalah untuk mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam memperoleh perizinan berusaha, hambatannya yaitu sering terjadi error dan down pada server OSS. Terakhir, DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar mengadakan pelayanan mandiri kepada masyarakat guna mengumpulkan data inovasi untuk inovasi tunggal. Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik, Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, Online Single Submission (OSS).   Effective and efficient services are demands from the community on government agencies in providing their services. DPMPTSP Blitar regency of the government agencies that has launched public service innovations. The innovation launched by the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency call as Joss Banget Mas Service with Online Single Submission Delivery with Related Agencies and Can Night. This innovation is proof that the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency and at the same time answers the problems faced by the community. The remote location of the launch of the Joss Banget Mas innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe the services related to Joss Banget Mas. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type with the data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the Joss Banget Mas service innovation had operated well and was in accordance with applicable policies. The second indicator of governance and innovation in its implementation is in accordance with PP. 24 of 2018. Furthermore, sources of innovative ideas get input from employees and the public. The culture of innovation in Joss Banget Mas innovation is the simplification of the requirements so that it makes it easier for the public to register business licenses. Furthermore, the capabilities and innovation tools of Joss Banget Mas were sufficient but there were shortcoming in the parts of the tools used. Then the objectives, results, drivers and obstacles are to make it easier for business actors to obtain business licenses, there are also obstacles, namely frequent errors and downs on the OSS server. Finally, DPMPTSP Blitar Regency provides independent services to the community to collect innovation data for a single innovation. The purpose of this research is to (1) identify project corporate entrepreneurship with the application of lean canvas; (2) identify constraints in the application of lean  canvas  in  corporate entrepreneurship  projects;  (3) identify the  benefits contained in the application of lean canvas in corporate entrepreneurship projects. Data is collected from October 2018 to December 2018. The method used is descriptive research method with qualitative approach. The researcher conducted interviews with 5 informants. The analysis tools used are lean start up and lean canvas. The data analysis techniques used is Creswell data analysis techniques (2014). The results of this study are (1) project corporate entrepreneurship can be implemented in nine lean canvas blocks and can easily see the concept of optimization model and linkages between nine blocks in lean canvas; (2) the most difficult constraints experienced are when filling key metric blocks and unfair advantages in the lean canvas; (3) the researcher can easily analyze project corporate entrepreneurship in determining future strategies in order to find out which projects are effective or not to be continued or developed based on the achievement measured in the key metric blocks in one of the lean canvas blocks and the integration of nine blocks in lean canvas.
