The legislation of food industry is becoming increasingly strict with regard to the quality of food products. Therefore, the market is demanding for automatic systems of analysis that allow fast and accurate monitoring of the evolution of quality parameters in agrofood products or permit obtaining information to optimize production processes. In this context, sensors and more specifically microsensors play an important role since they allow fast and reproducible measurement of a large number of quality parameters with good reliability and can be implemented in portable systems. This paper presents a review of the results obtained with an electronic tongue based on different kinds of microsensors applied to wine analysis by the team of IMB-CNM. This multisensor system allows on one hand classifying the wine according to its features like grape variety, geographic origin, year, and organoleptic characteristics and on the other hand quantifying some parameters of interest in quality control, such as alcoholic degree, pH, ions, total acidity, glycerol, and color.

The quality control activities, in particular the measurement of density values, are part of the quality control parameters carried out by each company. Companies sometimes forget about the quality parameters of the name, even though the quality can give the printed products a good guarantee in the eyes of consumers. To achieve the quality level, of course, the business does not stand idle, there are several things that need to be done or provided by the business to support the quality, namely man (human), machine (machine), material (material), and method (method). In the development of technology in an increasingly advanced digital world, companies want to continue to compete with a digital world by making inroads, this of course gives the products produced by the company a good or a good level of quality. In this discussion, there is an identification of problematic aspects arising from the deviation of density values as well as ways to obtain standard density values and factors that affect the quality of prints on book cover prints using a Heidelberg machine. Keywords—Quality Control, Density, Standart, Product, Deviation

The cultivar Annurca is an apple that is cultivated in southern Italy that undergoes a typical redding treatment and it is appreciated for organoleptic characteristics, high pulp firmness, and nutritional profile. In this study, the effects of three different biostimulants (Micro-algae (MA), Protein hydrolysate (PEP), and Macro-algae mixed with zinc and potassium (LG)), with foliar application, on the quality parameters of Annurca apple fruits at the harvest, after redding, and at +60 and +120 days of cold storage were analyzed: total soluble solids (TSS) content, total acidity (TA), pH, firmness flesh, and red coloration of epicarp. Additionally, the polyphenolic quali-quantitative profile of pulp and peel was analyzed by UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap HRMS and Folin-Ciocalteu and the antioxidant capacity with the methods 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and ferric-reducing antioxidant capacity (FRAP). The results obtained suggest that biostimulants are involved in the regulation of the secondary metabolism of the treated plants, acting positively on the quality of the Annurca fruits and their nutritional value. Fruits treated with PEP have shown, during cold storage, a significantly higher content of total polyphenols in flesh and a higher concentration of phloretin xylo-glucoside and phloridzin (350.53 and 43.58 mg/kg dw respectively). MA treatment caused, at the same time, an enhancement of flavonols between 0.6–28% and showed the highest total polyphenol content in the peel after 60 and 120 days of cold storage, with 2696.048 and 2570.457 mg/kg dw, respectively. The long-term cold storage (120 days) satisfactorily maintained phenolic content of fruits deriving from MA and PEP application, in accordance with data that were obtained for peel, showed an increase of 7.8 and 5.8%, respectively, when compared to the fruits cold stored for 60 days. This study represents the first detailed research on the use of different types of biostimulants on the quality of the Annurca apple from harvest to storage.

The food market grew circumstantially in recent years and the quality of services and products is the distinguishing factor among many companies in the field of food. The Foodborne Diseases (FD) are serious public health problem, and it is in this context that it becomes important to ensure food hygiene as a priority component of food safety. The objective was to evaluate the physical and structural hygiene fridge, cold, bakery and FFV (Fresh Fruits and Vegetables) in a supermarket chain sectors Teresina-PI conditions. Selected at random ten supermarkets located in four zones of the city that were evaluated through a check-list containing questions relating to health and hygiene handler, facilities and equipment. It was found that, as to the adequacy, no area was classified as poor, with the best grades were supermarkets B, F and C, belonging to different parts of the city. The adjustments ranged from fair to good, showing a concern for the quality control in some supermarkets while, in others, leaving a little aside this issue, which is worrying, since the quality of food is the key point health of human beings.

The post-harvest technology is one of the most novel techniques to value addition for jam preparation in highly nutritious and demanding fruits like jackfruits in all the year round. The experiment consisted of two factors. Factor A: Sugar Concentrations per 500g fruit; S1 :200g sugar; S2 :250g sugar; S3 :300g sugar and Factor B: Preservatives per 500g fruit; P0 :no preservative; P1 :- sodium benzoate (1.4g); P2 :potassium metabisulphite (0.8g). All the samples were kept in pre-sterilizedglass bottles andstored at room temperature. Results obtained from statistical analysis showed that different sugar concentrations and preservation had significant effect on physico-chemical and organoleptic characteristics. After 90 days of storage, jam were found acceptable condition. Considering laboratory test, qualitative and organoleptic test, S2 P2 was found the best. The quality parameters of S2 P2 viz. moisture content (26.01%), pH (4.12), TSS (70%), TA (0.26%), vitamin C (1.68mg/100g). This suggested that 500g jackfruit pulp +250g sugar +0.8g potassium metabisulphite was the promising formulation for the preparation of good quality of jackfruit jam.

The cell line is one of the necessary components of a biomedical cell product (BMCP) which can include only viable human cells. In addition, human, animal, insect, or bacterial cell lines can be used as a substrate for the production of some biological drugs. The list of quality parameters and test methods for medicinal products quality control are specified in the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation, but it contains only a few general monographs on blood products and a few requirements for cell lines as substrates for the production of biological drugs (which cover all types of cells). Currently, there is no regulatory document comparable to the State Pharmacopoeia of the Russian Federation that would contain requirements and test methods for BMCP quality control in the Russian Federation. Thus, one of the issues that arises both during quality control and approval of BMCPs is the lack of a regulatory document defining requirements for BMCP quality parameters and test methods. However, some general monographs of the Russian Pharmacopoeia and other pharmacopoeias can be used for quality control of both cell lines and non-cellular components. The aim of the study was to analyse and compare different pharmacopoeial requirements for the quality of cell lines used as components in human cell- and tissue-based products (comparable to BMCPs), which could be used in BMCP quality control. The paper analyses general monographs of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP), European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.), Japanese Pharmacopoeia, Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of Belarus, including general monographs on biological/biotechnological products, because their requirements apply to human cell lines included as components in products similar to BMCPs. The analysed approaches and methods of quality control of cell- and tissue-based products described in the USP and Ph. Eur. could form the basis for elaboration of general monographs for the Russian Pharmacopoeia, including identification, potency, viral safety, and mycoplasma tests that are based on the nucleic acid amplification technology and other tests for cell lines as components of BMCPs.

Abstract The results of research on the safety and quality of compound feed of domestic producers for piglets have been presented in the article. The materials for the investigation were 4 samples of the starting complete feed for piglets of main domestic producers. Organoleptic characteristics of compound feed for piglets met the requirements of Federal standard 34109-2017. The assessment of the total bacterial contamination showed that sample No. 3 (the feed plant “VEGA”) has the maximum level of contamination, and the lowest level in sample No. 1 - new feeding technologies plant. The content of toxic elements in compound feed did not exceed their maximum permissible level and met the requirements of Federal standard 34141-2017. The level of radionuclides in compound feed did not exceed their maximum permissible level and corresponded to the standards provided for in the instructions on radiological quality control of feed of the Ministry of Justice No. 831 on 14.04.1995. Thus, the analysis of samples of the starting compound feed of domestic producers for piglets on organoleptic, physic and chemical, bacteriological and sanitary-mycological indicators, for the presence of toxic elements and radionuclides showed that all samples meet the requirements of safety and quality.

The authors conducted a study of the current audit quality control system in Ukraine to develop proposals according to the main areas of its development and improvement based on the positive foreign experience and criteria determined by users of audit services. The information base of the empirical study was the data from the reports of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine on the activities of audit companies and their statistical indicators. The results of the study, analytical findings and recommendations for practice and research prospects are presented in the article. The provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine are used as a source of representation of conceptual definitions and methods for assessing the quality of audit in Ukraine. The research methodology is based on theoretical generalizations and the use of the scientific tools, including comparative analysis, a survey of users of audit services regarding its qualitative characteristics and the study of the experience of foreign countries. The necessity of introducing social (public) supervision, development of internal audit quality control, increasing the responsibility of audit entities, will help to overcome the identified shortcomings associated with the quality parameters of the provided audit services. A number of hypotheses are formulated, which were confirmed during the study or require additional research. The proposed recommendations can have a positive impact on the overall quality of audit activities, provided that they are put into practice in a comprehensive manner. Thus, it is not necessary that they all be implemented at the same time. sequential implementation option is possible.

Abstract. The current study examined the validity of two self-report measures of social anxiety constructed using social comparative referent points. It was hypothesized that these comparison measures would be both reliable and valid. Results indicated that two different comparative versions – one invoking injunctive norms and another invoking descriptive norms – showed good reliability, excellent internal consistency, and acceptable convergent and discriminant validity. The comparative measures also predicted positive functioning, some aspects of social quality of life, and social anxiety as measured by an independent self-report. These findings suggest that adding a comparative reference point to instructions on social anxiety measures may aid in the assessment of social anxiety.

Semen was collected from four rams, using artificial vagina and viability%, motility% and plasma membrane integrity% were measured. Fresh ejaculates (n = 32) were separated by modified swim-up separation using modified human tubal fluid medium. Four fractions of supernatant were collected at 15-minute intervals. The mean volume, mass activity, concentration, motility%, viability%, normal morphology and membrane integrity% (HOST +ve) of fresh semen were 1.0 ± 0.14, 4.1 ± 0.1 × 109 spermatozoa/ml, 85.0 ± 1.3, 89.4 ± 1.0, 85.5 ± 0.7, 84.7 ± 0.5 respectively. There was no significant (P>0.05) difference in fresh semen quality parameters between rams. The motility%, viability% and HOST +ve % of first, second, third and fourth fractions were 53.4 ± 0.5, 68.2 ± 0.3, 74.8 ± 0.3 and 65.5 ± 0.4; 55.5 ± 0.4, 66.2 ± 0.4, 74.5 ± 0.3 and 73.6 ± 0.3 and 66.7 ± 0.5, 66.8 ± 0.5, 65.2 ± 0.4 and 74.7 ± 0.5 respectively. The motility%, viability% and membrane integrity% of separated semen samples differed significantly (P<0.05) between four fractions. The mean motility% and viability% were significantly higher (P<0.05) in third fraction (74.8 ± 0.3%), whereas the mean HOST +ve% was significantly higher (P<0.05) in fourth fraction (74.7 ± 0.5). All quality parameters of separated spermatozoa were significantly (P<0.05) lower than that of fresh semen. The pregnancy rates were higher with fresh semen (71%) in comparison to that of separated sample (57%).Bangl. vet. 2016. Vol. 33, No. 2, 62-70
