Multimedia network teaching, as a modern teaching mode, provides an opportunity for the establishment of new educational methods and creates conditions for the all-round expansion of educational functions. This article mainly studies the penetration analysis of complex network and multimedia technology to piano teaching and performance. This article introduces complex network and multimedia technology into piano teaching cases to classify, analyze, research and evaluate, remove the rough and save the essence, and screen out some typical teaching cases that meet modern learning theories, teaching requirements, and the characteristics of piano discipline. On this basis, carry forward the advantages, correct the disadvantages, and develop and design some network teaching cases for piano teachers to apply and research. Adopt a new teaching model to improve the original single-class teaching model that focuses on teacher lectures. The new teaching mode is supported by multimedia and network technology, especially multimedia technology, which makes piano teaching move towards personalized learning, and use the method of questionnaire survey to conduct questionnaire surveys on students and teachers to investigate the impact of multimedia piano teaching. Experimental data show that, in terms of multimedia attitudes, 29.50% of teachers believe that multimedia technology is very important in piano teaching and performance, 66.10% of teachers believe that multimedia technology is important in piano teaching and performance, and 4.40% of teachers believe that multimedia technology is in piano teaching and more important in performance. The experimental results show that multimedia and network technology have a good auxiliary effect on piano teaching and performance.

The current education and teaching reforms are constantly creating a “student-centered, teacherled” teaching model, and promote the development of education and teaching in a personalized direction. Therefore, cultivating and improving the learning ability of college students through personalized network teaching mode has become one of the hot issues in the current education and teaching reform and development. The purpose of this paper is to study the personalized reform of computer education based on the network teaching model, based on the constructivist learning theory, combined with the research results of artificial intelligence, to the knowledge representation, student personality evaluation and teaching strategy decisionmaking in the personalized computer-assisted teaching system research and exploration have been carried out on other issues, forming a network teaching system with certain intelligence. In computer teaching, “Configuring Computer” is used as the learning theme to compare the advantages and disadvantages of personalized network teaching and traditional network teaching. A detailed analysis of the two inquiry learning and a more in-depth reflection were carried out. The experimental results show that the students’ inquiry cooperation ability and the quality of works in personalized online teaching have been improved to varying degrees. On the whole, the ratio of excellent to good in learning evaluation increased, and the ratio of medium to poor decreased, and the quality of multimedia works of more than 13% of students improved to excellent. The two teachings were carried out smoothly and basically achieved the expected goals proposed in this article.

The paper provides new survey evidence on effects of concentrated ownership upon investment and performance in Russian industrial enterprises. Authors trace major changes in their ownership profile, assess pace of post-privatization redistribution of shareholdings and provide evidence on ownership concentration in the Russian industry. The major econometric findings are that the first largest shareholding is negatively associated with the firm’s investment and performance but surprisingly the second largest shareholding is positively associated with them. Moreover, these relationships do not depend on identity of majority shareholders. These results are consistent with the assumption that the entrenched controlling owners are engaged in extracting "control premium" but sizable shareholdings accumulated by other blockholders may put brakes on their expropriating behavior and thus be conductive for efficiency enhancing. The most interesting topic for further more detailed analysis is formation, stability and roles of coalitions of large blockholders in the corporate sector of post-socialist countries.

Job (Ayyūb) is a byword for patience in the Islamic tradition, notwithstanding only six Qur'anic verses are devoted to him, four in Ṣād (vv.41-4), and two in al-Anbiyā' (vv.83-4), and he is mentioned on only two other occasions, in al-Ancām (v.84) and al-Nisā' (v.163). In relation to the space devoted to him, he could be accounted a ‘lesser’ prophet, nevertheless his significance in the Qur'an is unambiguous. The impact he makes is achieved in a number of ways. One is through the elaborate intertext transmitted from the Companions and Followers, and recorded in the exegetic tradition. Another is the way in which his role and charisma are highlighted by the prophets in whose company he is presented, and the shifting emphases of each of the sūras in which he appears. Yet another is the wider context created by these sūras in which key words and phrases actualize a complex network of echoes and resonances that elicit internal and transsūra associations focusing attention on him from various perspectives. The effectiveness of this presentation of him derives from the linguistic genius of the Qur'an which by this means triggers a vivid encounter with aspects of the rhythm of divine revelation no less direct than that of visual iconography in the Western Tradition.

This paper investigates the impact of female employment on marital stability, based on the results of primary data collected in Qatar, a questionnaire that consisted of several sections such as challenges in the workplace, supervisor, family and spouse relations, work motivation and performance. Of the 824 questionnaires that were returned, 807 were completed and valid for analysis. Regression analysis and an ANOVA test have been used to test the relationship between the variables. The results of the research have produced mixed findings about how wives’ employment increases marital instability and have yielded few significant differences on mean scores of discuss on work demands, insufficient time together, housework, financial matters, communication, relatives and rearing children. Abstract Agri-food systems include branching ramifications, which connect in the upstream the input suppliers with farmers, and downstream farmers, processors, retailers and consumers. In the last decades, at the level of the regions, food systems have undergone rapid transformation as a result of technological progress. The paper analyzes the changes made to the structure, behavior and performance of the agri-food system and the impact on farmers and consumers. Also, the role of agricultural research as a determinant factor of transformation of agri-food system is analyzed. The research objective is to develop technologies that cover the entire food chain (from farm to fork) and meet the specific requirements of consumers (from fork to farm) through scientific solutions in line with the principles of sustainable agriculture and ensuring the safety and food safety of the population.
