Kata-Kata Kunci: permukiman, pengolahan hasil perikanan, eksplorasi EXPLORATION OF PHYSICAL AND NON-PHYSICAL CONDITION ON TRADITIONAL FISHERY PRODUCTS PROCESSING SETTLEMENTS IN FISHERMEN'S PENGASINAN VILLAGE, MUARA ANGKEThe definition of settlements in Law No. 1 of 2011 is part of a residential environment consisting of more than one housing unit that has infrastructure, facilities, public utilities, and has supporting other functional activities in urban or rural areas. Many of us encounter settlements that have special characteristics, such as relating to location, ethnicity, work, etc. One of them is fishermen's settlement in Muara Angke. This settlement was given the name of Kampung Pengasinan, because in this village the majority of the population are fishermen who also have other activities that are preservation of traditional fish using marinating (salting). This study aims to explore the condition of traditional fisherman's settlement of Kampung Mengasinan Muara Angke. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative in question is to identify, describe and interpret the physical condition of fishing settlements are assisted using nonphysical data. The analysis is done in three stages. The first stage is the sorting of data or often called data reduction. The second stage is the classification stage. The third stage is the description and interpretation of data until found conclusions. The conclusion of this study is, the process of formation of a settlement and the activities that occur in it will affect the physical form that can be observed. Settlements in Muara Angke salting are laid out in a planned manner by the traditional fisheries management agency. Although the pattern of their settlements arranged regularly, however, the form of houses in these settlements formed to adjust to the activities or activities of its citizens as a salted fish processor. It can be seen that in the middle of the settlement there is an area used to dry the fish that has been in asinkan, although a special place has been provided. Keywords: settlement, processing of fishery products, explorationREFERENCESBPS. 1990. The article considers the essence and developed criteria for comparing the definitions of assessment, analysis, performance evaluation, performance analysis, performance evaluation. The author proposes a new approach to the definition of efficiency – socio-ecological-economic, which in contrast to the traditional representation, is consistent with modern economic trends and the global imperative of sustainable development. The author's definition of the category ―assessment of socio- environmental and economic efficiency of the organization was formulated. The methodical approach to the assessment of socio-environmental and economic efficiency of the enterprise based on the factor analysis was developed. For each aspect of efficiency the key indicator was determined. The advantage of the author's approach is the opportunity to establish the relationship between the individual components – to include indicators of the economic aspect in the social and environmental aspects, thereby investigating the relationship between them.

This article is dedicated to the evolution of studies on socially dangerous consequences in the national doctrine of criminal law. Scientific views amongst forensic scholars on how to understand the nature of socially dangerous acts of crime on certain stages of the development of criminal law are subject of the present research. It is universally acknowledge that there were no scientific doctrines on the concept of socially dangerous consequences of crime until the XIX century. The dogmatic concepts about criminal consequences emerged only with the introduction of the definition of crime and distinguishment of its features, in particular the material one called “social danger”. Based on the inquiry into the establishment and development of studies on socially dangerous consequences of crime in the national doctrine of criminal law, four main stages in the development of scientific thought are distinguished: the first – so-termed “pre-revolutionary stage” of studies onconsequences of crime – was introduced with the publication of the first textbook on criminal law by O.I. Horegliad; the second stage of the development originates from the end of the October Revolution of 1917, from the period when the material concept of crime took place in legislation and had a determinative influence on the development of scholarly judgements about understanding of the consequences of crime; the third stage in the development of national idea as to the nature of socially dangerous consequences was marked by the forensic scholar A.N. Trainin, whose prominent works revived the development of studies on socially dangerous consequences of crime; the fourth stage is the modern Ukrainian criminal doctrine on how to perceive socially dangerous consequences of crime. This stage is characterized by lack of consistent approach and innovative work. The results of the research provide for better understanding of the nature of socially dangerous consequences, estimate their significance and foresee further development of the scientific thought on this issue.

Modern trends in consumer behaviour and the new business environment in Russian regions and territories focused on local food production have led to increased attention to territorial branding. At the same time, there are virtually no scientific justifications for territorial branding of food products, which has resulted in a lack of methodological recommendations for product branding by local producers and, consequently, in the inefficient practical solutions as regards territorial branding concepts. The lack of a territorially relevant definition of product branding and criteria for selecting food products for branding turned the authors to their own interpretations based on theoretical research. The testing of the methodical approach coupled with empirical research provided evidence of the correctness of the approach selected and the criteria for consumers’ preferences in choosing food products, in particular, certain groups of food products manufactured in Krasnoyarsk

The market conditions demanded the adaptation of exclusively touristic sailing yachts to specific race requirements. The hydrodynamic aspects of this problem have been successfully solved using modern tools for CFD analysis. But, the practical aspects of outfitting such vessels to meet the highest tourist requirements while respecting specific racing requirements for deck equipment required a different methodological approach. In fulfilling these requirements, the author indirectly participates in multi-year cooperation with the prominent European manufacturer of sailboats. For the purpose of cooperation, a special methodology was developed for the improvement of the equipment of the defined sailing boat in four stages. In the first stage, an analysis of the impact of sailing equipment and deck configuration of the existing B40S model on sailing performance is suggested using RaceQs computing application and expert approaches for different sea and wind conditions. In the second stage, the analysis of the collected data is carried out by expert approach towards guidelines for improvement. The third stage impacts on redesigning the existing model by implementing the obtained results. In the fourth stage, the effects on the upgraded new B41S model are analyzed repeating the first stage. The methodology is iterative and converges to the optimal solution for the defined criteria.

The common procedure of definition of functioning reliability of water supply and wastewater systems is proposed. This procedure contains three stages. At the first stage the time of being in working and improper states is defined by using apparatus of queueing theory. At the second stage operable and unoperable states of improper states are determined with engineering simulation methods. At the third stage the work time of an object and the time of its being in critical and failed conditions are defi ned. This procedure is demonstrated by the example of 2-nd lift pump station.

This work is concerned with issues related to using grey cast iron swarf from dry machining in powder metallurgy. In a first stage, a complete study on the characteristics of the raw powder is performed, in which aspects related to the dilution in different proportion of pure iron were studied. Low compacting pressure produces workpieces more resistant and that the ideal sintering temperature is 1160 °C. In a second stage, aiming at reduction of the powder, a heat treatment is performed. New dilutions using the decarburized powder were made and results showed better structural homogeneity and an improvement in the mechanical properties. The steel alloy 50/50% of swarf powder provided the best results. In a third stage, a cylindrical bearing was produced. New dilutions were made. Based on the control of the interconnected porosity, radial and wear resistance, the sample prepared with 100% swarf powder provided the best results.
