En el ámbito del entrenamiento deportivo la estructuración pedagógica de las tareas comprende un importante eje de investigación, ya que constituye una práctica básica en el desempeño del entrenador deportivo. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la estructura pedagógica de las tareas de entrenamiento técnico-táctico en categorías en formación de balonmano. El diseño del presente estudio se encuadra dentro de la investigación descriptiva, cuantitativa y observacional, con 27 atletas y dos entrenadores, de dos equipos de balonmano femeninos de la categoría sub-16 del estado de Santa Catarina. La recopilación de datos se basó en la observación indirecta y sistemática de 36 sesiones de formación, que fueron transcritas en el Sistema Integral para el Análisis de las Tareas de Entrenamiento (SIATE) y analizadas a partir de estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que, aunque los entrenadores tienen años de experiencia distintos en la modalidad de balonmano, el proceso de entrenamiento y el desarrollo de las tareas de entrenamiento fue similar, y ambos entrenadores buscan aplicar situaciones técnicas y tácticas simultáneas en las sesiones de entrenamiento. La investigación sugiere la posibilidad de mapear las tareas de entrenamiento, lo que permite a estos profesionales desarrollar una perspectiva más clara y detallada de la estructuración técnico-táctica del proceso. === In the field of sports training, the pedagogical structuring of tasks includes an important research axis, since it constitutes a basic practice in the performance of the sports coach. With this, the objective of this study was to analyze the pedagogical structure of technical-tactical training tasks in categories in handball training. Therefore, the design of this study is part of the descriptive, quantitative and observational research, with 27 athletes and two coaches, of two female handball teams in the U-16 category of the state of Santa Catarina. Data collection was based on the indirect and systematic observation of 36 training sessions, which were transcribed in the Comprehensive Training Analysis System (SIATE) and analyzed based on descriptive and inferential statistics. The results obtained affirm that, although the coaches have years of different experiences in the handball modality, the training process and the development of the training tasks were similar, and both coaches seek to develop simultaneous technical and tactical situations in the training sessions. The research suggests the possibility to map training tasks, allowing these professionals to develop a clearer and more detailed perspective of the technical-tactical structuring of the process.

Questionnaire Survey is one of the most popular methods in Social Science study, the process of which consists of three phases: data collection, analysis and representation. At present, the practical operations of the three phases are still backward, and the methods used in data analysis and statistic are still simple. This paper designed a Survey Analysis System based on data visualization, which can not only realize survey on the internet, but also brought data visualization into the phases of data analysis and representation, so as to help users to obtain and operate data visually and handily.

In this study, we made reflections of the challenges from inserting graduates into the teaching profession of the aforementioned course at the Universidade Federal Santa Catarina. We developed bibliographic research on the teaching work and the graduation project of this degree, document analysis, data collection with field research, of an exploratory nature, and the data gathering using a questionnaire. The results, still partial, indicate as limiting aspects: the non-inclusion of the qualification of a Licentiate Degree in Educação do Campo (Rural Education) in qualifying processes, the refusal of the graduate by the educational council and/or institutions, or being hired as non-qualified. Some situations were reversed by dialogue and appeals to public notices, an aspect considered as an enhancement. As a contradictory and emerging element to the debate, there is a restriction of the diploma and the job duties being valid only for rural schools. Advancing on the discussions about the degree and insertion in the teaching profession, we pointed out the relevance of the collective organization of the graduates through the movements that fights for Rural Education. Necessary improvements for the transformation of schools and for the future horizon.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento de pesquisas e de políticas que envolvem a leitura no sistema penitenciário nacional, mapeando dissertações e teses de programas de pós-graduação, que tiveram como tema projetos de leitura no cárcere nos últimos dez anos. Para isso, realizamos uma pesquisa no banco de dissertações e teses do Portal da Capes e na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações. A partir do levantamento de dados, identificamos que trabalhos que envolvem a educação no sistema prisional ainda são poucos, principalmente, relacionados a práticas de leitura. Essa situação pode ser agravada, sobretudo, pela pseudoefetivação de políticas que regem esses contextos.Palavras-chave: Leitura. Sistema Prisional. Background: Technical-tactical training has been shown to be relevant to performance in a competition. In this regard, several studies have analysed the efficiency of technical-tactical dynamics in combat sports. However, these researchers have mainly focused on technical efficiency, and therefore more research is needed regarding tactical efficiency. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, there are no published experiential studies on Ultimate Full Contact. Objective: This brief review will analyse the theoretical basis of technical-tactical behaviour for training application in Ultimate Full Contact, characterising the modality under cognitive and dynamic-ecological approaches. This knowledge can be transferred and applied to similar modalities, such as Pankration, Free Fight, Shooto, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Conclusion: The theoretical technical-tactical knowledge created through competition is essential because it is the only way that improvement in the training process can occur. Ultimate Full Contact is characterised as a combat sport of special complexity and intermitent intensity, where the technical-tactical factors are decisive for the performance while the physical component can be a conditioning factor. A careful regulation between technical-tactical training load and physiological load is essential to obtain adjustable adaptations. Both cognitive and dynamic-ecological approaches should be considered based on the respective training models.

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendampingi usaha mikro kecil menengah agar lebih maju sebagai bentuk pengimplementasian ilmu yang telah diterapkan di kampus. Untuk mencapai tujuan tesebut, digunakan metode penelitian observasi dengan peneliti terjun ke lokasi penelitian. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan di beberapa aspek yaitu perubahan desain kemasan menjadi lebih menarik dan kekinian sehingga menjadi daya tarik konsumen untuk membeli produk serta pembuatan laporan keuangan secara rinci. Kata Kunci : pendampingan, desain kemasan, laporan keuangan   Abstract The purpose of this research is to assist the micro small and medium enterprise’s to be more advanced as a form of implementing knowledge that has been applied in campus. To achieve this goal, an observational research method was used with the researcher plunging into the study site. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentations. The results of this research indicate the fact that there are changes in several aspects, namely changes in packaging design to be more attractive and up to date so that it becomes an attraction for consumers to buy products and complete financial statements. This article offers a description and discussion of “shadowing” as a data collection and analytic tool, highlighting potential research opportunities related to the direct observation of individuals—principally political elites—in their normal daily routine for an extended period of time, often between one day and one week. In contrast with large-scale data collection methods, including surveys, shadowing enables researchers to develop detailed observations of political behavior that are not limited by the availability of administrative data or the constraints of a questionnaire or an interview guide. Unlike more in-depth qualitative methods, such as ethnography, shadowing is scalable in a manner that allows for larger sample sizes and the potential for medium-N inference. I provide a detailed account of how to design and conduct a shadowing study, including sampling strategies, techniques for coding shadowing data, and processes for drawing inferences about the behavior of shadowed subjects, drawing on examples from a completed shadowing-based study. I also discuss ways to mitigate selection and observer biases, presenting results that suggest these can be no more pronounced when shadowing political elites than in other forms of observational research.
