This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, prices, and infectiousness to the purchasing decision at PD Pesagi jaya farmers in West Lampung Sekincau. In this study the population used is a customer who once bought at a PD Pesagi glorious farmer. Based on the results of questionnaire data analysis of 60 customer respondents who once bought at a PD Pesagi glorious farmer using techniques non probability sampling which is a technique that does not provide opportunities or equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be elected be sampled using purposive sampling, test instruments use validity and reliability test analysis, analysis tools with using multiple regression, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that three variables independent studied are the variables of product quality, price, and infectiousness proven to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, i.e buying decision. Then through the F test can be seen that the third independent variables are feasible to test the dependent variable decision the purchase.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions of the UMKM consumer study of Mie Ayam and Bakso Barokah Ina in Bungo. The research method used is quantitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought at Mie Ayam and Bakso Barokah Ina stalls in Bungo. The sample in this study as many as 96 respondents with sampling taken by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection methods used: interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing using t test, F test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the t-test analysis shows that product quality, price and location partially affect purchasing decisions. The results of the F-test show that product quality, price and location simultaneously affect purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained adjusted R square (R2) of 0.670, this means that 67% of changes in purchasing decisions are caused by the changes in product quality, price and location variables. While the remaining 33% is due to changes in other variables included in the variables studied

This study aims to determine the effect of store's atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions Nick Coffee Consumers in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique . Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression test with calculations are performed using SPSS, the comparison between  the  (n-k-1) = 100-2-1 = 97 (1.9826).) . From the results of hypothesis testing that Store's Atmosphere (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee consumers in Bengkulu City , with T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 and Product Quality (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on Nick Coffee City consumers Bengkulu , with the T test results showing a significance value of 0,000 <0.050 . Testing the hypothesis of the T test and F test shows that the Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance level <0.05. This means that Ho was refused Ha was accepted. In other words Store's Atmosphere and Product Quality have a significant effect both partially and jointly on purchasing decisions at Nick Coffee Bengkulu City . This is evidenced by the f test showing a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous coffee purchases at the Dialogue in Sukoharjo. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were 100 people in Dialogkopi Sukoharjo, while the sample used was 25. Then the data were analyzed using SPSS version 22, with quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with F test and t test and coefficient of determination. The F test results indicate that product quality, price and location simultaneously and significantly influence purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo. The results of the t test show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo , the value of having a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo and location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo. The coefficient of determination shows that the variables of product quality, price and location have an influence of 72.6% on the purchasing decision variable at Dialogkopi Sukoharjo Keywords: Product quality, price, location, purchase decision

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality. This study uses a questionnaire with a population and sample, namely all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Office (KAP) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Surakarta. Sampling techniques using Convenience Sampling with a sample of 61 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale 1 to 5. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSSprogram for Windows. The analysis tool in this study using validity and reliability, the classical assumption (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test) while the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2).Based on the results of the t-test analysis performed, it shows that there is a positive influence of competence, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor's knowledge of audit quality and simultaneously competency, independence, professionalism, auditor experience, accountability, and auditor knowledge variables affect quality audit

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage on Islamic Social Reporting on Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in the 2014-2018 period with the board of commissioners as a moderating variable. The main problem in this study is how much influence the profitability of the ISR is calculated through return on assets (ROA), namely the ratio between net income and total assets, liquidity to ISR calculated through the current ratio (CR), namely the ratio between current assets with current debt, the size of the company against ISR calculated by the natural logarithm of total assets, the effect of leverage on ISR calculated through the debt to assets rasio (DAR) and the board of commissioners as a moderating variable measured by the number of sharia board of commercial banks. The sampling technique using purposive sampling and obtained 7 company samples from a total of 14 population of Muamalat Indonesia Bank, BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah Bank, Mandiri Syariah Bank, Mega Syariah Bank, Syariah Bank Bukopin, BCA Syariah Bank. This type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of finansial and annual reports. Data analysis techniques that researchers use are descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption tests, Modereted Regression Analysis (MRA), partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (f test), and coefficient of determination (R test). The R test of this study shows that the overall contribution of the independent variables, namely Profitability, Liquidity, Firm Size and Leverage to the dependent variable, namely ISR which is moderated by the Board of Commissioners variable is 70%, while 30% is determined by other variables not examined in this study. The F test of this study shows that simultaneously profitability, liquidity, firm size and leverage have a positive effect on ISR. The T test shows that profitability, liquidity, company size and leverage partially affect the ISR. The results of the moderation test are only liquidity and company size which are well moderated by the size of the board of commissioners in conducting ISR disclosures.

<em>The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance</em>

Tax is a mandatory contribution to the state that is owned by an individual or entity that is a force. Indonesian tax compliance level is still low shown by its low tax ratio. Motor Vehicles Tax is a tax on ownership or control of motorized vehicles. Taxpayer’s compliance is taxpayers' willingness to fulfill their tax obligations concerning regulations. This research used quantitative hypothesis testing. The data and information were retrieved from questionnaire results filled in by 100 Gojek taxpayer drivers. This research used the Likert scale, SPSS 20 software, Validity and Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, F-test, t-test, and R2 test. Therefore, it can be concluded that taxpayer’s knowledge and awareness have a positive effect on motorcycle taxpayer’s compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk Kota Solo. Teknik penyampelan menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan pemilihan 100 responden yang pernah membeli produk di Mac Mohan Solo. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dengan uji R2, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil pengujian menghasilkan nilai sig uji F sebesar = 0,00, artinya secara simultan variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: kualitas produk, persepsi harga, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality toward customer satisfaction at Toko Tekstil Mac Mohan, Solo. The population in this study are the residents of Solo. Non-probability sampling method is adopted with a selection of 100 respondents who have bought products at Mac Mohan Solo. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The multiple linear regression analysis method is used with R2 test, F test, and t test. The test results produce a sig value of F test of = 0.00, meaning that simultaneously, the variable product quality, price perception, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The t test shows that product quality partially, price perception, and service quality partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, price perception, service quality, customer satisfaction

This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions
