The wide use of web-based information systems and a lack of highly skilled developers are the primary motivation to search for methods and approaches to optimize the building of such systems. This paper describes a model for creating web-based information systems by using a core of reusable, independent, and installable base modules. Such a system is easily adapted to a client’s needs and is extendable by adding specific modules that interact with the remainder of the system by following certain rules. The approach allows flexible and rapid development of applications for small to extremely large web-based systems, simply by adding modules with adequate functionality. The growing demand of Bulgarian customers for such systems is the reason for building a base module for automatic processing of Bulgarian text. This paper presents a module that performs automatic morphological analysis and synthesis, verifies syntactic agreement, automatically places stress, and processes complex verb forms, among other functions. The described functionality can be integrated with other modules using a suitable interface

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini membawa manusia ke dalam dunia baru. Dunia dimana komunikasi mempunyai peran sangat penting dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. Data tersebut selain banyak juga bisa berubah sewaktu-waktu sehingga penyimpanan dan administrasi data harus dilakukan dengan baik dan update. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mewujudkan sebuah sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem, Informasi, Akademi, Website Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. The world where communication has a very important role in every aspect of life, one of them is in the world of education. Schools as government agencies in the field of education do a lot of data processing, both student data, teacher data and school staff data. The data in addition to much can also change at any time so that data storage and administration must be done well and updated. Luqmanul Hakim Islamic Elementary School is an Islamic education foundation located in Suka Sejati village, South Cikarang sub-district, Bekasi district. This elementary school is still relatively new and currently uses manual methods in processing academic data where the recording is still using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and stored in a bookshelf. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Web-based academic information systems are very useful in providing convenience to both teachers and students. The method used in the development of academic information systems uses a prototype model. AbstractRapid development of community health information networks raises the issue of semantic interoperability between distributed and heterogeneous systems. Indeed, operational health information systems originate from heterogeneous teams of independent developers and have to cooperate in order to exchange data and services. A good cooperation is based on a good understanding of the messages exchanged between the systems. The main issue of semantic interoperability is to ensure that the exchange is not only possible but also meaningful. The main objective of this paper is to analyze semantic interoperability from a software engineering point of view. It describes the principles for the design of a semantic mediator (SM) in the framework of a distributed object manager (DOM). The mediator is itself a component that should allow the exchange of messages independently of languages and platforms. The functional architecture of such a SM is detailed. These principles have been partly applied in the context of the HEllOS object-oriented software engineering environment. The resulting service components are presented with their current state of achievement.

Abstract Rahayu Printing is a business entity that provides merchandising services such as wedding invitations, circumcision invitations, business cards, notes, letterhead, yasin and others. Based on sales that have been achieved so far, Rahayu Printing felt not satisfied with the results obtained and trying to increase sales and service through online sales system. Sales that go so far encounter obstacles in the process of marketing from consumers to consumers, the sale of goods still use a system of sales in the form of book-shaped catalogs, very tight competition, locations adjacent to other printing, and constraints from distance and time to obtain information on shopping in printing . It makes the sale less cost saving, energy and time because the system used still manually. The method used in the design of information systems sales of goods is waterfall method. From the manufacture of web-based goods sales system, is expected to solve the existing constraints, simplify, accelerate the sales system and hopefully can increase profits on the sale of goods Rahayu Bekasi Printing.   Keywords: Goods, Information, Sales, Printing, Waterfall.                                                                   Abstrak                                                                  Percetakan Rahayu merupakan sebuah badan usaha yang menyediakan jasa penjualan barang seperti undangan pernikahan, undangan khitanan, kartu nama, nota, kop surat, yasin dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hasil penjualan yang telah dicapai selama ini, Percetakan Rahayu merasa belum puas dengan hasil yang didapat dan berupaya ingin meningkatkan penjualan serta pelayanan melalui sistem penjualan secara online. Penjualan yang berlangsung selama ini menemui kendala dalam proses pemasaran dari konsumen ke konsumen, penjualan barang masih menggunakan sistem penjualan berupa katalog berbentuk buku, persaingan yang sangat ketat, lokasi yang berdekatan dengan percetakan lainnya, serta kendala dari jarak dan waktu untuk mendapatkan informasi belanja di percetakan. Hal tersebut membuat penjualan kurang menghemat biaya, tenaga dan waktu karena sistem yang digunakan masih secara manual. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan sistem informasi penjualan barang tersebut adalah metode waterfall. Dari pembuatan sistem penjualan barang berbasis web, diharapkan dapat memecahkan kendala yang ada, mempermudah, mempercepat sistem penjualan dan semoga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan penjualan barang pada Percetakan Rahayu Bekasi.   Kata kunci: Barang, Informasi, Penjualan, Percetakan, Waterfall.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to investigate the feasibility of creating a declarative user interface language suitable for rapid prototyping of mobile and Web apps. Moreover, this paper presents a new framework for creating responsive user interfaces using JavaScript. Design/methodology/approach – Very little existing research has been done in JavaScript-specific declarative user interface (UI) languages for mobile Web apps. This paper introduces a new framework, along with several case studies that create modern responsive designs programmatically. Findings – The fully implemented prototype verifies the feasibility of a JavaScript-based declarative user interface library. This paper demonstrates that existing solutions are unwieldy and cumbersome to dynamically create and adjust nodes within a visual syntax of program code. Originality/value – This paper presents the Guix.js platform, a declarative UI library for rapid development of Web-based mobile interfaces in JavaScript.

Subject. This article explores the origination of the differences between bookkeeping and tax accounting, and their impact on decision-making. Objectives. The article aims to examine the reasons for the discrepancies between bookkeeping and tax accounting, reveal some aspects of accounting of differences from the position of their registration in a uniform accounting system or two parallel systems, if available, and determine the impact of such gaps on investment and management decisions. Methods. For the study, we used analysis and synthesis, observation, comparison, and the dialectical and data collection methods. Results. The article reveals the key features of the interaction between bookkeeping and tax accounting in Russia and foreign countries. It justifies that in today's economic realities, addressing shortcomings between these information systems is not a necessity, and shows the possible impact of differences on investment decisions. The article also graphically presents the application of cost-plus and balance-based methods of accounting for deferred taxes depending on the way information systems are organized, as well as their comparative characteristics. Conclusions and Relevance. The discrepancies between the two accounting systems provide an opportunity to assess the impact of tax planning on drawing a veil over the accounting profit. Studying the cost and balance methods, as well as the dialectic of the interaction of tax planning with the accounting information system, remain relevant. The results of the study can be useful to accounting and tax specialists, and other stakeholders who are studying the interactions of these information systems.

This paper presents the state of the art on interoperability developments for the social and solidarity economy (SSE) community web based information systems (WIS); it also presents a framework of interoperability for the SSE' WIS and the developments made in a research-in-progress PhD project in the last 3 years. A search on the bibliographic databases showed that so far there are no papers on interoperability initiatives on the SSE, so it was necessary to have other sources of information: a preliminary analysis of the WIS that support SSE activities; and interviews with the representatives of some of the world's most important SSE organisations. The study showed that the WIS are still not interoperable yet. In order to become interoperable a group of the SSE community has been developing a Dublin Corre Application Profile to be used by the SSE community as reference and binding to describe their resources. This paper also describes this on-going process.

With the rapid development of social productive forces and increasingly higher level of social life, the sports humanity as the core spirit of sports culture in informational times, which is the sum of the psychological aspects of sports culture from the cultural spirit. Its essence is the pursuit of truth, good and beautiful as the core values and ideals, people's healthy development as the ultimate goal. This paper discusses basic mode ,the basic framework of the multimedia sports humanistic information system, the processing technology, development environment ,tools and methods . Through the analysis program implementation elements and design ideas of multimedia sports humanistic information system, in order to set up multimedia sports humanistic information systems, we proposes a viable framework and models with a theoretical basis and practical value.
