The purpose of research was to determine whether the CKPN for Credit, NPL, IRR, PDN, LDR, IPR, LAR, BOPO, FBIR and GCG has a significant influence either simultaneously or partially. Based on the calculations and the results hypothesis that the CKPN for Credit, NPL, IRR, PDN, LDR, IPR, LAR, BOPO, FBIR and GCG for Soundness Score on Foreign Exchange National Private Banks together have a significant effect. Partially CKPN, IRR, PDN, IPR LAR and GCG has a positive effect not significant, NPL, LDR and FBIR has a negative effect not significant and BOPO has a negative effect significant,. Among the ten independent variables that contribute the most dominant on Health Score is BOPO of 20,4 per cent higher when compared with the other independent decision variables.

The purpose of the research is to determine LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously and partially have significant influence toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Population were the On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. Sampling technique is purposive sampling so that the selected Bank were PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Bank Permata, Tbk ,PT. Bank UOB Indonesia, Tbk , PT. Bank. Data collected by the methods of documentation and analysis were performed by linear multiple regression analysis technique. Results shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously have significant effect toward CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. Partially LDR ratio significantly has a positive effect on CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks and Partially BOPO ratio significantly has a negative effect on CAR ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. Meanwhile IPR , NPL, and PDN has a positive effect but insignificant toward CAR  ratio On Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that the allocation of village funds has a significant positive effect on village expenditure, while the other independent variables, namely original income of the village have no effect and a significant negative effect on village spending. Village fund allocation is the dominant variable influencing village spending.

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability(ROA), asset structure(SA), company growth (GROWTH), business risk (BEPR), and company activities (TATO) on capital structure (DER) in a large trading sub-sector company listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2018 period simultaneously (simultaneously) or partially (partial). Purposive sampling technique was used in this study for sampling by obtaining 21 company samples with a research period of 6 years, so that 126 data samples were obtained. Processing data using Eviews 9.0, this study uses data from several independent variables, namely profitability (ROA), asset structure (SA), company growth (GROWTH), business risk (BEPR), and company activities (TATO) with the results of research that simultaneously the five independent variables can affect the capital structure. While partially it can be concluded, company growth has a significant negative effect on capital structure and asset structure has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable. Whereas the other variables, profitability, business risk, and company activities cannot influence the capital structure. Keywords                   : Capital Structure; ROA;  SA; GROWTH; BEPR and TATO.

Fraudulent behavior can interfere with business continuity, therefore it needs to be minimized and even eliminated. This research tries to offer a solution to minimize fraudulent behavior through the implementation of leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha and Good corporate governance (GCG). The research was conducted at 94 Multipurpose Cooperatives in Bali. Research respondents were cooperative managers in each cooperative that was the research location. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents via Google Form. The collected data will then be processed using the SmartPLS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that leadership based on Tri Kaya Parisudha has a significant positive effect on GCG, but has no significant effect on Fraud Behavior. On the other hand, GCG shows a significant negative effect on fraudulent behavior. Furthermore, GCG acts as a full mediator in the leadership relationship based on Tri Kaya Parisudha with Fraud Behavior.

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables of inflation rate (X1Inf), install capacity consumer consumptive (X2ICKs), and install capacity productive consumer groups (X3ICPr) to the dependent variable of GCG implementation in controlling efficiency of operating and financial (YGCGEf), to prove the hypothesis, this research used linear regression model and its calculation using SPSS software. The result of this study found that the inflation rate variable (X1Inf) has a positive effect and does not affect the dependent variable of GCG implementation in controlling the operation and financial efficiency (YGCGEf). While the variable Instal capacity consumer consumptive group (X2ICKs) and install capacity consumer productive group (X3ICPr) significant effect on the dependent variable GCG implementation in control of operating and financial efficiency (YGCGEf). The X2ICKs variable has a negative effect and X3ICPr has a positive effect on the dependent variable of GCG implementation in controlling the efficiency of operation and financial (YGCGEf). This research recommends that management policy of PT. PLN (Persero) prioritize variable X2ICKs and X3ICPr, because both of these variables are significant so that significant effect on the dependent variable of GCG implementation in controlling the efficiency of operating and financial (YGCGEf).

Based on the results of data processing has shown that there is a significant influence as partially and simultaneously among the unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and benovelence towards the welfare of traders in the Medan Market Center. For unity, free will, responsibility and benovelence have a positive effect on the welfare of traders in Medan Market Center. While the equilibrium variable has a negative effect on the welfare of Medan Market Center traders. The adjusted R square value is 0.345. This means that 34.5% increase in welfare can be explained by independent variables, namely the variables of unity, equilibrium, free will, responsibility and kindness. While 65.5% is explained by other factors.
