The writers  describes the concept of SFBC (Solution Focused Brief Counseling) throught Al-Qur'an perspective. This approach is grounded on the positive assumption that people are healty and competent. People have the ability to construct solutions that enhance their lives.   This study uses literature studies, by collecting data and information about SFBC. The result of the studi  explain that the concept of SFBC was supported by education carried out. The education will be construct the mindset of the people to make a changes in their lives. SFBC its essence lies in the counseling phase focused on solutions to solve their problem. If the people can believed their capability to solve their problem, so that will be posible. Allah will be  give a problem to the people according by capability the people.Keywords: solution focus brief counseling, education, Al- Qur’an perspective

Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) has become a popular methodology used in business, counseling, and other fields to help individuals problem-solve. In education, this approach is known as solution-focus brief counseling (SFBC). This chapter will review the origins of the solution-focused approach to counseling and problem-solving, present the major tenants, and discuss challenges. The chapter will also present interview data from current school counselors to examine how school counselors use SFBC in schools and provide strategies for implementation.

Athletes at all levels of competition run the risk of becoming injured through their sport participation, and individuals who work closely with athletes during the rehabilitation process (e.g., coaches, athletic trainers, sport psychology consultants) may be called upon to provide mental and emotional support. One approach that seems well suited as a theoretical framework for injury support is solution-focused brief counseling (SFBC). In this paper, athletes’ responses to injury are outlined, and several roles of the consultant are identified. Then the basic tenets of SFBC are discussed, and an example showing how SFBC can be used in an injury support setting is provided.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menguji keefektifan pendekatan Solution-Focused Brief Counseling dalam meningkatkan resiliensi pada korban bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan quasi experimental design model nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 212 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 10 orang siswa. Data diambil dari 10 orang korban bullying yang memiliki resiliensi yang rendah sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan skala psikologis yaitu resiliensi quitiont dengan hasil uji validitas valid ( nilai r-hitung > t-table ), dan Hasil Uji Reliabilitas dinyatakan reliable karena nilai cronbach’s alpha ( α ) yaitu 0,899> 0,70. Konseling yang diberikan berbentuk konseling individual SFBC dengan 4 sesi setiap siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Intervensi SFBT memiliki efek terapeutik untuk meningkatkan resiliensi siswa. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank nilai z=(-2,023), p<(0,05) yang berarti bahwa konseling individu SFBT efektif untuk meningkatkan resiliensi pada korban bullying.  Kata Kunci: Solution-focused brief counseling; resiliensi; korban bullying__________________________________________________________The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling approach in increasing resilience in victims of bullying. This study uses an experimental method with a quasi experimental design model nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was all students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 19 Pontianak in 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 212 people. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 10 students. Data is taken from 10 victims of bullying who have low resilience as an experimental group and the control group uses a psychological scale that is resiliency quitiont with validity test results (r-count> t-table), and the Reliability Test Results are declared reliable because the Cronbach's alpha value (α), that is 0.899> 0.70. The counseling provided was in the form of individual SFBC counseling with 4 sessions per student. Based on the results of the analysis, SFBT intervention has a therapeutic effect to increase student resilience. Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test results z = (- 2,023), p <(0.05) which means that SFBT individual counseling is effective in increasing resilience in victims of bullying.

Konsep diri akademik menjadi salah satu pemeran penting dalam pembentukan identitas diri siswa untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam bidang akademik. Beberapa kasus siswa membolos hingga berhenti sekolah dengan alasan tidak menyukai mata pelajaran tertentu ditengarai akibat kurangnya pemahaman para siswa mengenai konsep diri akademik mereka sendiri, sehingga hal ini dapat menimbulkan menurunnya hasil belajar hingga kegagalan pada siswa. Bimbingan dan konseling sebagai komponen pendidikan disekolah sesungguhnya dapat mengambil peranan dalam membantu siswa meningkatkan konsep diri akademik. Salah satu kegiatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah kegiatan konseling individu. Tentu untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dibutuhkan teknik atau pendekatan khusus. Adapun pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah pendekatan Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC), melalui  pendekatan ini siswa akan berkolaborasi dengan konselor untuk berfokus menemukan solusi sehingga bisa melakukan perubahan pada diri menjadi individu yang memiliki konsep diri positif. Pendekatan berfokus pada pembangunan solusi sehingga dengan solusi yang ditemukan, siswa bisa secara singkat untuk membantu penyelesaian tugas perkembangannya.

<p class="Normal1">Aksi kekerasan merupakan bentuk dari agresivitas harus segera diselesaikan. Salah satu alternatif untuk menyelesaikan masalah agresivitas adalah menggunakan boneka dalam konseling kelompok singkat berorientasi solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keeefektifan pendekatan konseling singkat berorientasi solusi dengan menggunakan media boneka untuk mengatasi masalah agresivitas siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, model penelitian adalah <em>pretest posttest one grup desain.</em> Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar di Dusun Meritai. Setelah melakukan analisis data, hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kondisi agresivitas siswa sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan konseling kelompok singkat berorientasi solusi yang menggunakan media boneka. Sehingga penggunaan boneka dalam konseling singkat berorientasi solusi dapat digunakan oleh guru BK sebagai alternatif untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif.</p><p class="Normal1"> </p><p align="justify"><em><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong>: Violence which is part of aggressiveness and must be resolved. An alternative to resolving aggressiveness is to use dolls in solution focused brief group counseling. The purpose of this research is to observe the effectiveness of solution focused brief counseling using puppet media to reduce aggressiveness. This type of research is quantitative with the experimental method and the model is pretest posttest one group design. The research subjects were third grade elementary school students in Meritai village. The results of the study, it was a significant difference between the aggressiveness before and after being given solution focused brief group counseling using puppet media. So the conclusion is that the use of dolls in solution focused brief counseling can be used by counseling teachers as an alternative to reduce aggressiveness</em></p>

Modern multicultural society and is a dynamic life marked by interaction between the components of a diverse society based on the rule of science and technology. A society that is increasingly complex due to the rapid changes in various aspects of life often creates problems for the individual's life. For example, inner tension, internal and external conflicts, and emotional disturbance. Facing these challenges, the individual is expected to have resilience was good. The role of the counselor is to help the counselee improve resilience with counseling approach effectively. Counseling models that meet the criteria of an effective and efficient is the Solution Focused Brief Counseling. Counseling model emphasizes the collaborative process between counselor and counselee to find solutions to achieve the expected goals. In the process of this counseling model uses questioning techniques to uncover the story, advantages, strengths and exceptions problems experienced by counselee in a short time.

HYPOTHETIC MODEL: AN APPROACH OF SOLUTION-FOCUSED BRIEF COUNSELING (SFBC) IN THE FAMILY. This study is aimed to study hypothetically about Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) application in family and some example cases of family counseling that focused on solution. The SFBC is a post-modern counseling approach that is developed in 1982 by Insoo Kim Berg and De Shazer. SFBC is an approach based on counselee strength and potency, and focused to the solution and future. In solving the problem, SFBC families more focus on nowadays problems and immediately move to build solution to repair family situation. Counselee strength is a primary asset to build solution of the problem.
