The teacher is one figure who became a guide and examples of conduct by the public in general and students in particular, because the teacher is a role model. Therefore, teachers must have the competencies that should maketh profile idol, one personal competence. Since the days previous to the present personality of a teacher get special attention in the world of education. When you look in history have also described the personality-emotion kepribadianyang owned by a teacher as found in the book of al-Muta’allim Ta’lim work Kitab az-Zarnuji and Adab al ‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim work KH. Hasyim Ashari. purpose of this study in order to conclude on the personality of the teacher according to the book of al-Muta’allim study groups and the Book of Adab al ‘Alim wa al-Muta’allim, so that the teacher can make the PAI personality guidelines that must be owned by a teacher by previous scholars to make it into the figure of the ideal teacher.

The article rejects the reading of Thomas More's Utopia as, first, a statement of More's own views on the ideal state and, accordingly, his definition not only as a humanist, but as a communist, and, secondly, an attempt is made to present the humanistic foundations of his ideas and ways of expressing them. These ways of expression are connected with the tropological way of his thinking, expressed through satire and irony, with an eye to ancient examples, which was characteristic of the philosophy, poetics and politics of humanism, one of the tasks of which was to try to build a new society (especially relevant in the period of geographical discoveries), architecture, an unprecedented ratio of natural objects (archimboldeski). The models for "Utopia" were the works of Plato, Lucian, and Cicero. It is written in the spirit of the times, with criticism of state structures, private property, the distinction between the private and the public, and openness to all ideas. Intellectual disorientation of readers is a specific creative task of More writer, his test of their ability to quickly change the optics, to consider history as an alternative world, radically different from our own, but connected with it. Thanks to an extremely pronounced intellectual tension, it goes beyond the limits of time, like the works of Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, Marx... Utopia can be represented as a dystopia, if we take into account the performative nature of the latter, which contributes to the instantaneous translation of words into action, realizing the world of utopia. Dystopia is the answer to utopia with a change of sign: about the same thing, changing the optics, you can say "yes" and "no". This means that in the modern world, indeed, and for a long time, virtual consciousness becomes little different from the real one, and imagination replaces the theoretical position, acquiring its form, turning theory into fiction. A hypothesis is put forward about the presence of many utopian countries in" Utopia": Achorians, Polylerites, Macarians, Anemolians.

"This paper discusses Pierre Bourdieu’s term symbolic goods (1930-2002) through an Israeli case study, Netta Barzilai. An Israeli performer and songwriter, winner of the Eurovision 2018 with the song “TOY” which became the anthem of the Me-Too movement. Netta as a symbolic good was packaged, marketed and distributed to the public, and the Netta phenomenon has spread throughout the world. Based on interviews with Netta, through listening to the songs and watching the clips that came after “TOY”, “Bassa Sababa” (2019), “Nana Banana” (2019) and “Ricki Lake” (2020), I examine how and if Netta continues to maintain her status as a symbolic good, as an example and role model for many, and whether she continues to convey her message - self-love and self-acceptance - through shattering cultural and social stereotypes. It seems that Netta’s next three songs introduced a powerful big size Netta but also a vengeful, vicious, narcissistic and lazy Netta. The fresh message she carried at the beginning was swallowed up in an ocean of shallow commercial images. A trend that led Netta’s fans to lose interest and Netta to reinvent herself in her latest song, “Cuckoo” (2020). Through sincerity, directness and cleanliness of her message, Netta like a bird in a cage seeks to break free from the evil loop in which she was imprisoned and not only love herself but also love others and let others love her. Background and context: Tobacco use is a devastating problem all over the world and in the Middle East. In Egypt 20% of the adult populations are using any type of tobacco and the problem is increasing among youth especially waterpipe. Tobacco industry is targeting the youth through many ways and using indirect ways in drama and points of sale. Raising the awareness of the public about smoking hazards and benefits of quitting is one important strategy to control the epidemic. Providing support and help material is very important. Behavioral support and promoting change is very important using coaching strategies and using new tools is very helpful to reach youth. Aim: Motivating current smokers to quit through the effect of role model using new tools for behavioral support. Strategy/Tactics: Providing the message and support through new tools as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook where smokers who is able to quit provide information about their smoking experience and how they overcome it. Program/Policy process: Tobacco treatment specialist worked in collaboration with few young medical students to develop a Facebook page on the World No Tobacco Day 2016 and developed different posts about smoking problem and inviting viewers to add their inputs. During the early days of the campaign the team used the Facebook ads tool to promote for the page and this was sponsored by few supporters. The team who is in charge of managing the Facebook page then thought about new ideas to increase the reach and impact of the page where inviting smokers who was able to quit or take a selfie with a piece of paper writing how many days they were able to abide from smoking. The page during few months made a trend on social media. Outcomes: The reach of the page was 3 million and the reactions were 500 thousand engagement with 52 thousand members. About three thousand smokers were able to quit with following the stories sent on the page. What was learned: Using social media tools is very good way to reach out and mobilize the public to change the behavior.

At the end of his entertaining and thoughtful review [this Journal, iv (1974), 345–69, p. 362], Professor Berrington writes ‘if it is lonely at the top it is because it is the lonely who seek to climb’. But this is to miss a point that undermines the significance of Mrs Iremonger's thesis. It is indeed lonely at the top, and men who have already coped with loneliness are peculiarly fitted to bear the burdens of the Prince. Nor is there a contradiction between the public aloofness of prime ministers and their domestic felicity: those who are surrounded by a close and affectionate family and supported by a devoted wife can afford to do without the gratification of friendship in public life. They make good butchers. This suggests that the ideal characteristics required of prime ministers are not those put forward by Mrs Iremonger and apparently accepted by Professor Berrington. I recall, in loose translation, the words of a chronicler on King Stephen: ‘He was a mild man and good and did no justice’. The world has need of its bastards.

The heroine is a character who has succeeded in embracing the public imagination in terms of self-image and became the ideal image of female, including in Indonesia. The character of Srimaya/ Valentine is a heroine character coming from local comic taken into Indonesia’s movies. The image presented on Srimaya/ Valentine is the symptom of capitalism in the Indonesian’s movies, the character is also one of the case studies in image reconstruction product or the representation of female using their image as a heroine. The discourse of female representation in the character of Srimaya/ Valentine does not only show about image idealized however it also represents the ideology of post-feminism as well as a politic of identity presented in the world of local films. The achievement of identity exceeds physical image from female because, in character, there are many symbols about feminists. This research was done to know the discourse of identity in view of post-feminism delivered in the film of Valentine(2017).

This chapter examines the dual role of arbitrators as service providers and adjudicators. The public conceptualization of international arbitrators has often leaned towards seeing them as either contract providers of sorts or adjudicators, but never both. The arbitrator's status is thus often a conflict between ‘service provider’ and ‘justice provider’. Yet arbitrators are, as discussed in previous chapters, professionals whose ethics are grounded in real-world perspectives. This chapter analyses several ideas and philosophies that corroborate a dual conception of the ideal arbitrator as both service provider and justice provider, and that neither aspect is independent from the other. Several institutions across the world are beginning to recognize this duality, fortunately, as the greatest strength of an international arbitrator is his ability to straddle these dual roles, rather than subject themselves to mere one-dimensional representations.

Abstract. Education is not only about transfer of knowledge, it is also an attempt to shape one’s personality of characteristics. Personality is a factor that has an important role in the success of teaching and learning conducted by teachers, related to ascpect cognitive, affective, and psychomotor toward their students, so the ideal teacher is needed not only in terms of intellectuals, but also in personality. The research conducted is using literatur study with data obtained from literature review. This article aims to describe and analyze how become the figure of an ideal teacher with a personality that can be a role model for all levels of society, especially students. Armed with the ideal personality competence, teacher can be more flexible in helping the formation of the personality of their students, so that it can help to achieve one of the aims educational, it is to prepare characterized human resources (HR).

This essay draws attention to the surprising lack of scholarship on the staging of garden scenes in Shakespeare's oeuvre. In particular, it explores how garden scenes promote collaborative acts of audience agency and present new renditions of the familiar early modern contrast between the public and the private. Too often the mention of Shakespeare's gardens calls to mind literal rather than literary interpretations: the work of garden enthusiasts like Henry Ellacombe, Eleanour Sinclair Rohde, and Caroline Spurgeon, who present their copious gatherings of plant and flower references as proof that Shakespeare was a garden lover, or the many “Shakespeare Gardens” around the world, bringing to life such lists of plant references. This essay instead seeks to locate Shakespeare's garden imagery within a literary tradition more complex than these literalizations of Shakespeare's “flowers” would suggest. To stage a garden during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries signified much more than a personal affinity for the green world; it served as a way of engaging time-honored literary comparisons between poetic forms, methods of audience interaction, and types of media. Through its metaphoric evocation of the commonplace tradition, in which flowers double as textual cuttings to be picked, revised, judged, and displayed, the staged garden offered a way to dramatize the tensions produced by creative practices involving collaborative composition and audience agency.

This book lays out a vision for how we should theorize about justice in a diverse society. It shows how free and equal people, faced with intractable struggles and irreconcilable conflicts, might share a common moral life shaped by a just framework. The book argues that if we are to take diversity seriously and if moral inquiry is sincere about shaping the world, then the pursuit of idealized and perfect theories of justice—essentially, the entire production of theories of justice that has dominated political philosophy for the past forty years—needs to change. Drawing on recent work in social science and philosophy, the book points to an important paradox: only those in a heterogeneous society—with its various religious, moral, and political perspectives—have a reasonable hope of understanding what an ideally just society would be like. However, due to its very nature, this world could never be collectively devoted to any single ideal. The book defends the moral constitution of this pluralistic, open society, where the very clash and disagreement of ideals spurs all to better understand what their personal ideals of justice happen to be. Presenting an original framework for how we should think about morality, this book rigorously analyzes a theory of ideal justice more suitable for contemporary times.

Banking industry has a very important role in economic development in a country. Indonesia, which is the largest Muslim country in the world, certainly has the prospect of the development of Sharia Banking Industry is very good in the future. However, the development of Sharia Bank has been slowing down in recent years and the profitability of sharia comercial banking is still below the ideal value. This study aims to determine the internal factors and external factors that affect the profitability of Sharia Bank in the year of January 2012 until August 2017. The variables used in this study are ROA, Inflation, NPF, and BOPO. The data used is aggregate data of all Sharia Commercial Banks recorded at Bank Indonesia. Measurement of Statistic Description, F-Test, T-Test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results showed that significant negative effect of BI rate, NPF and BOPO was found, while Inflation variable showed negative but not significant. Overall, the above variables affect the ROA of 87.7%, while 12.3% is likely to be influenced by other factors.
