Optimizing the power is one of the basic need in growing development of electronic and electrical fields. With development of various fields leads to the increase in the demand of power directly or indirectly. The common factors helps in reducing the usage of power consumptions are the time and seasonality factors which is analyzed based on data over a period. The other factors which may be taken in consideration are the number people in a region and their characteristics like gender and age group. We can improvise the AI model using the above external factors. Once the model predict it update the expected amount of electricity required in transformer and send mobile notification to the authorized person and the person can track the energy usage in mobile for analysis.

Introduction: The NHLBI supported Prevention of Events with Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE) Therapy trial (PEACE) (NCT00000558) found that the addition of ACE inhibitor trandolapril to conventional therapy in 8290 patients with stable coronary artery disease and preserved ejection fraction provided no benefit against MACE (cardiovascular death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, or the need for coronary revascularization), the composite primary endpoint. We reused publicly available individual patient-level PEACE data from NHLBI Data Repository (BioLINCC) to perform hypothesis-generating secondary analyses by machine learning (ML) using random survival forest (RSF) to identify gender and age group specific predictors for MACE. Methods: RSF was performed on 50 baseline variables for the MACE outcome in male and female and in age group (<60, 60-69, >69) cohorts. The top ten predictors identified in each cohort were included in a multivariate analysis using a Cox proportional hazards model with a multiple regression approach. Results: The top 10 predictors for the MACE selected by RSF are shown in Figure 1. Expected cardiovascular (CV) risk predictors like blood pressure, Canadian CV Society angina classification (CCS), age, and a history of various CV procedures consistently emerge amongst the top ten predictors of the primary MACE outcome across all gender and age specific subgroups. Interestingly, RSF also identified renal function biomarkers like serum potassium and glomerular filtration rate as common top ten predictors. Conclusion: Using ML, we uncovered in an unbiased fashion, gender and age groups specific unanticipated top predictors for MACE in PEACE trial. This underscores the value of gender and age specific predictors to examine the efficacy and outcomes of therapeutic interventions in advancing precision and personalized medicine.

Background: NHLBI supported Treatment of Preserved Cardiac Function Heart Failure with an Aldosterone Antagonist trial (TOPCAT) (NCT00094302) investigated whether treatment with spironolactone reduces hospitalization due to heart failure (hHF) in 3,445 adults with prior heart failure and a left ventricular ejection fraction over 45%. We reused publicly available individual patient-level data from NHLBI Data Repository (BioLINCC) to perform hypothesis-generating secondary analyses by machine learning (ML) on the American TOPCAT cohort (n=1767) to identify gender and age groups specific baseline (bl) predictors of hHF. Methods: The subjects were stratified into subgroups based on gender (male and female) and age (50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80-90). Random Survival Forest (RSF), a non-parametric ML approach, evaluated 172 bl variables as predictors of hHF. Top 10 predictors were subsequently included in a multivariate Cox proportional hazards model. Results: The top 10 predictors of hHF are shown in Figure 1. Overall, renal and hematological biomarkers appeared prominently in the top 10 predictors for these patients. While liver markers were among top predictors for hHF in males, diabetes treatment and diabetic complications were top predictors for females. Also, diabetic treatment was a top predictor among age group 50-59, diabetic complications were top predictors among age groups 50-59 and 70-79, liver markers were top predictors among age groups 70-79, and race and years of smoking were top predictors among age group 60-69. Importantly, the use of potassium sparing diuretic at bl was the top predictor among age group 80-90. Conclusion: Using ML, we uncovered in an unbiased fashion, otherwise overlooked bl predictors of hHF in a large, international, multi-center trial like TOPCAT. Thus, ML can help to identify similarities and differences of disease and treatment outcomes among gender, race, ethnicity, and age specific subgroups and advance precision medicine.

This overview of mesenchymal tumors presenting in the skin and/or subcutis in children brings together the range of neoplasms and hamartomas which are seen in this age-group. It is not surprising from the perspective of the pediatric or general surgical pathologist that vascular anomalies, including true neoplasms and vascular malformations, are the common phenotypic category. Since there is considerable morphologic overlap among these lesions, clinicopathologic correlation may be more important than for many of the other mesenchymal tumors. The skin and subcutis are the most common sites of clinical presentation for the infantile myofibroma which is the most common of fibrous mesenchymal tumors in children. Several of the other mesenchymal tumors are more common adults-like dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, but nonetheless have an important presence in children, even as a congenital neoplasm. A lipomatous tumor in a young child should be considered as a possible manifestation of an overgrowth syndrome.

Não-confessional.Abstract: On this article, we analyze the relation between Religious education and its evolution along the currently Brazilian context in order to understand the position of the Supreme Court in considering the possibility of a confessional Religious education. Firstly, we are going to present the legislative perspective created with the 1988 Federal Constitution and its impacts in the curricular lines. On this context it was highlighted the intention to include the Religious Education on the Common Core National Curriculum (CCNC), which did not really happened. The tendency manifested in the first two versions of the CCNC was of a non-confessional Religious Education. A tendency that delineated the function of the Religious Education as debating religion, but not giving direction on any religious side. This position was an evolution of the first historical perspective more associated to the confessional catechesis. It also went beyond the former interpretation of an inter-confessional ecumenism, which kept the superiority of the Christianity over the other religions. As such, in this paper we adopt the argument that the decision of the Supreme Court, of six votes against five, is a reversal of what seemed to be a much more productive path on the Religious Education. Keywords: Religious Education. The typology of rationality is one of major issues of modern philosophy. In an attempt to provide a typology to Oriental materials, a researcher faces additional problems. The diversity of the Orient as such poses a major challenge. When we say “Oriental,” we mean several cultures for which we cannot find a common denominator. The concept of “Orient” involves Arabic, Indian, Chinese, Turkish and other cultures, and the only thing they share is that they are “non-Western.” Moreover, even if we focus just on Islamic culture and look into rationality in this context, we have to deal with a conglomerate of various trends, which does not let us define, with full confidence, a common theoretical basis and treat them as a unity. Nevertheless, we have to go on trying to find common directions in thought development, so as to draw conclusions about types of rationality possible in Islamic culture. A basis for such a typology of rationality in the context of the Islamic world was recently suggested in A.V. Smirnov’s logic of sense theory. However, actual empiric material cannot always fit theoretical models, and the cases that do not fit the common scheme are interesting per se. On the one hand, examination of such cases gives an opportunity to specify certain provisions of the theory and, on the other hand, to define the limits of its applicability.

Background: Pigmented tumour of the skin is one of the common tumour in human including the benign pigmented tumours (more common) called Nevi tumours and the malignant one called melanoma which was less frequent but the most poor in prognosis. In addition, the others not belonging to these group had the same clinical appearance, so the application of histopathology and immunohistochemistry for the definitive diagnosis was indespensible. Objectives: 1. To describe the macroscopic features of the pigmented tumoral-like lesions; 2. To classify the histopathologic types of the pigmented cell tumours and the other pigmented tumours of the skin. Materials and Method: Cross-sectional research on 55 patients diagnosed as pigmented tumoral lesions by clinician, then all definitively diagnosed by histopathology combining the immunohistochemistry in difficult cases. Results: There was no difference in gender, the disease was discovered most common in adult, especially with the age over 51 years old (58.1%). the most region located was in the face accounting for 60%, following the trunk and limbs (14.6%, 12.8% respectively). All 3 malignant melanomas happened in foot. The most common color of the lesions was black (65.4%), the other ones were rose, grey and blue. Histopathology and immunohisthochemistry showed that the true pigmented cell tumours were 52.6% encompassing benign ones (Nevi tumour) (41.8%), melanoma (5.4%) and lentigo (5.4%). 47.4% was not the true pigmented cell tumour including pigmented basocellular carcinoma (36.4%) and the others less common as histiofibromas, acanthoma and papilloma. Conclusion: the pigmented tumoral-like lesions of the skin could be the true pigmented cell tumours and the others, so the application of the histopathology and the immunohistochemistry after the clinical discovery helps to determine and classify the disease definitely and for the best orientation of treatment as well. Key words: skin tumour, benign pigmented tumour (Nevi), malignant pigmented tumour (melanoma), pigmented basocellular carcinoma

Tourism shows a significant contribution to foreign exchange and regional income in Indonesia. Defined as a priority and leading sector in the RPJMD, tourism development in the Regencies and the Province of Gorontalo must measure the results, benefits and impacts for all stakeholders. Contribution to regional income (PAD) and the composition of internal and external factors in each of the leading destinations is needed for the purpose of determining the strategy and policy of sustainable tourism development. The study concluded that tourism sector was relatively small in its contribution to each PAD total by Regencies in Gorontalo Province. The low of PADsp is relevant to the low occupancy rate (TPK) of the hotel and the length of stay (LoS). The lack of retribution income from recreation and sports spot is relevant to the lack of activities to support the attractiveness such as art and cultural attractions and local products that can be souvenirs for tourists. Infrastructure facilities at leading tourism objects are relatively incomplete or do not meet tourism standards. The low of PAD, TPK LoS can also explain that the increase in tourists to Gorontalo is only a transit to the other tourist objects outside of Gorontalo Province. Keywords: Tourism, Leading Sector, Gorontalo, Income, Swot Analysis

Ранняя (Quercus robur var. praecox Czern.) и поздняя (Q. robur var. tardiflora Czern.) Early (Quercus robur var. praecox Czern.) and late (Q. robur var. tardiflora Czern.) phenological forms of the common oak, recognized as independent taxa in the mid-nineteenth century, have been subjects of multiple studies by specialists of different fields. Abundant data on the differences in their growth requirements, habitat conditions, and resistance to unfavorable external factors have been collected. Some specialists in addition to early and late phenoforms distinguish intermediate forms. Most clearly the differences between these forms appear in response to late spring frosts and damage of leaves by phyllophagous insects due to different timing of the forms' leafing. As leaf and flower buds in late oaks are revealed much later than in early oaks, late form avoids damage by spring frosts. In addition, due to lower ability to form summer shoots, late oaks are less damaged by early autumn frosts and winter freeze, which contributes to the formation of more straight and full trunks comparing to early oaks. Early oaks are damaged more severely by phyllophagous insects of spring complex, in which hatching of caterpillars from eggs is synchronized with opening buds and unfolding of leaves. There is evidence that species composition of foliage pests on co-occurant early and late forms of oak is nearly the same, but the number of individual species of phyllophagous insects and their ratio are different. In the early form the number of phyllophagous insects is greater by several fold due to concurrence of developmental phases in most early spring phyllophagous species and foliage of this oak form. The obtained results show that the late form of common oak is preferable for forest plantations as more resistant to unfavorable weather conditions and insect pests.
