This research aims to investigate the effect of knowledge management, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at Telkom Bandung Education Foundation. This study using quantitative methods with multiple linear descriptive analysis. Regression analysis, and non-probability sampling with saturated sampling type. The number of respondents in this study was 77 respondents. Research conducted by researchers shows that there is a significant effect of knowledge management to skills, attitudes and employee performance at Telkom Bandung Education Foundation.

Creating a climate of an organization capable of bringing the employees in a company to create a high performance is not an easy thing. This is because basically, humans have different characteristics according to his needs. Although those cases, human resources should have a good performance. One way to improve the performance of employees is to pay attention to organizational climate. This study aims to determine the organizational climate on employee performance office of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company. Organizational climate measurements include the dimensions of the structure, standards, support, recognition, responsibility, and commitment. While the measurement of employee performance using the dimensions of the work, work behavior, and personal qualities. The study uses quantitative methods and involved 126 respondents drawn from employees of the office. Data was collected by questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The analysis includes the analysis of assumptions used classic, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, the level of organization climate is in the category of "good" because it has the average (mean) 3.95. So too for the performance level of employees in the category of "good" because it has the average (mean) 4.10. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate can contribute to employee performance (²) by 64%. Organizational climate is predicted to improve employee performance (positive). It can be seen from the results of the regression analysis is Y = 0.476 + 0,800X which means that if the model the characteristics of employment increased by one, the organizational commitment of employees will increase by 0,800. In addition, the organizational climate can significantly improve employee performance, it's based on figures significance probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05.

<p>This study aimed to analyze the extent to which the effect of satisfaction, compensation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in Batam as well as to analyze the most dominant variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air in applying Batam. For goal then used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test and test simultaneously.</p>From the results of the regression equation the influence of variables (job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline) with the performance of employees at PT. Lion Air Batam, there was a strong and significant influence, because the higher job satisfaction, compensation and working discipline, the higher the employee’s performance because it has a probability value of less than 0.05. Thus, in this study proved the first hypothesis. The most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees is job satisfaction, reasons for job satisfaction has a standardized coefficient of the largest value when compared with the variable compensation and work discipline.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the influence of labor safety and health variables on performance of employees part of the AMT I in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. For the method used in this research is to use quantitative methods, while for the collection of data is caaried out by means of disseminating a questionnaire to 128 employees part of the AMT I note that median value of median of the descriptive variables – safety and health work is 4,12 while for variable performance of employees is amounted to 4,09. Then from the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that the work safety and health variables have an influence positively against variable employee performance, can be seen in results from t count i.e of 11,365 and t table of 1,9790. Then the probability values can be found in this study is 0,000 meaning that this regression model can be used to predict the performance.

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantu SPSS ver. 25. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.   Abstract     This research is in Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is specialized in Rengat District. The purpose of this study is to determine how the correlation between the level of education with the participation of novice voters in the 2019 Election in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research used quantitative methods, with descriptive analysis. The sample in this study were novice voters in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, with total 1072 people. By using the Slovin formula, 91 samples were obtained. This research used primary data types. The analytical tool used in this study is by using Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a correlation with the participation of novice voters in Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.   Keywords: Level Education, Novice Voter Participation, Election

<em>To determine the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 85 Satpol PP Kecamatan Senen. Data analysis used simultaneously and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work environment have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen.</em>

This study aimed to examine and analyze transformational leadership and employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya. Quantitative methods use to process questionnaire that employees have filled in. The study population was all employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya consisting of 63 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis by IBM SPSS 23 software. This study indicates that transformational leadership has a positive impact on employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive impact on employee performance. Transformational leadership and employee engagement can affect the performance of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Surabaya.
