Kata kunci: Dampak, Permen KP No. 1/2015, Nelayan Lobster dan Rajungan  ABSTRACT The implementation of the PERMEN KP No. 1 Tahun 2015 with the aim to review manage resource potential Crustaceans, due to the phenomenon of the decline in production Crustaceans and captured the increasingly smaller sizes. Shrimp is one of the main export commodities of the Indonesian fishery, which is produced from various regions. One of the areas that become the center of shrimp production is Cilacap Regency. The main type of shrimp commodity in Cilacap is banana shrimp (Fenneropenaeus merguensis de Man) which has high economic value. The production of banana shrimp in Cilacap is declining. This study aimed to analyze the sustainability status of banana shrimp management in Cilacap waters in a multidimensional base (Multidimensional Scaling/MDS) which is seen through the ecological, social, economic, ethical, technological, and institutional dimensions. The tool used to analyze the sustainability status is the Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (Rapfish). This research shows that the sustainability value of banana shrimp management reaches 49.68 or is in the Less Sustainable status. Referring to the sustainability analysis results on each dimension, it can be seen that the economic dimension is the dimension with the lowest sustainability status. This is due to the low income of the fishermen on the results of the shrimp catch. From the sustainability status of shrimp management, it is necessary to take strategic steps to improve the sustainability status of shrimp management in Cilacap Regency.

This chapter aims to examine Chinese air passengers' perceived value of the Frequent Flyer Programme (FFP), and its impact on passenger loyalty. The study develops and tests a conceptual model of three dimensions of FFP value (economic, emotional, and social), and passenger loyalty toward FFP (programme loyalty) and the airline (brand loyalty) with a sample of air passengers in China. The results show that emotional value has a positive impact on both programme loyalty and brand loyalty; economic value has a positive impact on programme loyalty only; but social value has no significant impact on either of the loyalty constructs. The chapter provides both theoretical implications to advance consumer research and practical implications for global airline business.

In this paper, we examine the concept of the social balance sheet (SBS) and its evolution in corporate social reports that large companies have to issue today in their yearly statements. The SBS allows companies to evaluate their compliance with corporate social responsibility during a specific period and quantify its level of accomplishment. From a methodological perspective, this research analyzed the information that should be contained in the SBS report comparing economic value added (EVA) with other social value added statements (SVA), analyzing also in detail the case of Spain’s Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) bank as one of the pioneers in offering social reports. Along with this study, their metrics following EVA were recalculated and a more academic SVA statement was proposed for this specific case.

Bamboo clams are type of mollusc from the Solenidae family that have economic value. The potential of bamboo clam is interesting to be investigated more deeply considering its increasing demand. Efforts to collect bamboo clams of it’s not balanced with size selectivity and continuous fishing can result in the loss of these organisms. Given the lack of information on bamboo clams (Solen sp.) it is necessary to conduct research on morphometry, length and weight relationship and condition index of bamboo clams. The purpose of this study was to determine condition index value of bamboo clams (Solen sp.). This research was conducted by measuring morphometric aspects such as length, width, and total weight. The result showed that the condition index value of bamboo clams (Solen sp.) in TPI Tasik Agung, R, Central Java in the thin category was 1.9% with 1 individuals, the moderate category was 13.3% with 67 individuals and the fat category was 86.4% with 433 individuals.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to assess higher education institutions’ (HEIs) social sustainability by applying Integrated Social Value (ISV) analysis to eight universities belonging to the Catalan Association of Public Universities in Spain. Design/methodology/approach ISV analysis is a social accounting methodology that considers both the economic value and the social value created for all the organisation’s stakeholders through a participatory and systematic process. Findings The authors have shown that ISV analysis can be effective to assess the impacts on social sustainability of HEIs. The monetised results facilitate understanding about the valued impacts and allow integration with the universities’ financial data. Research limitations/implications The research advances the under-researched topic of social sustainability assessment in higher education. Practical implications Quantifying universities’ social impacts in monetary terms may help to transform conventional financial accounting and improve HEIs’ internal strategy and management according to sustainability principles. Social implications The process of measuring the social value created by universities provides a way to meet the rising demands for greater accountability and transparency and facilitates engagement with stakeholders on how these institutions are contributing to sustainable development. Originality/value ISV analysis represents an innovative approach to assess how HEIs create benefits for its internal and external stakeholders and contribute to solutions to social challenges.

This paper presents a survey study of how social innovation moderates social and economic value from the perspective of shared value creation. Specifically, the study addresses the following questions: Does economic value lead to social value creation in shared value creation? Does social innovation moderate social and economic value in the creation of shared value? The questions are addressed through an empirical investigation of 250 social enterprise organizations that apply social objectives and a market-based approach to attain social and economic goals in Ghana. The study used SmartPLS software version 3.0 to evaluate the data collected. The results indicated that economic value influences the creation of social value in shared value creation. Study results also revealed that social innovation is a driver of shared value creation via social value in the educational sector of Ghana. However, social innovation could not play a moderating role in economic value to shared value creation.

Mangrove forests are ecosystems that make up coastal areas and river estuaries. The examples of mangrove ecosystems found in Indonesia are in Segara Anakan, Central Java. One of the aquatic biota with the economic value found in the mangrove forest ecosystem is the mud crab (Scylla spp.). The purpose of this study was to assess the distribution of mangrove crabs (Scylla spp.) to the presence of mangrove species in the mouth of the Donan River, Segara Anakan. A sampling of crabs and observations of mangrove vegetation were carried out at five stations spread from the river to the sea. The results showed that there were three types of mangrove crabs caught in the vicinity of the study, namely Scylla tranquebarica, S. olivacea, and S. serrata. The types of mangroves found include Rhizophora apiculata, R. mucronata, Avicennia rumphiana, A. alba, A. officinalis, and Nypa. Regression analysis showed that mangrove density correlated with the abundance of Scylla tranquebarica and Scylla olivacea, but contradicts the abundance of Scylla serrate. PCA analysis showed that the Crab species Scylla tranquebarica and Scylla olivacea were associated with mangroves of Avicennia alba, Avicennia rumphiana, and Rhizophora apiculata. Meanwhile, Scylla serrata crabs are associated with Avicennia officinalis.

A monitoring activity for the existence of portunid crabs in the narrowest part of Madura Strait has been done from 2001 to 2004. Crabs have been collected in June or July each year in day time during spring tide. Crab collection was carried out in four sampling station (I to IV) using 0,5 cm trawl net for 10 minutes netting in each time. The results show that during four year monitoring six species of portunid crab has been captured. Among the six species three of them, Charybdis affinis, C. anisodon, and Portunus pelagicus were collected each year even with difference level in local distribution. C. affinis and P. pelagicus have been monitored in the same three stations, and C. anisodon has also been monitored in three stations but differs from other three portunid crab species, C. annulata. P. trituberculatus, and Scylla paramamosain were very rare and have been captured in less then three sampling times collection. We conclude that in this area the portunid crab has been dominated by C. affinis which have less economic value, and for C. anisodon even the number higher than other portunid genus the occurrence is not stabil as in C. affinis.
