Purpose: improve the methodology for preparing junior kickboxers for sports fights due to the development of specific perceptions. Material and methods. The following scientific methods were used in this study: theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observations; instrumental method; pedagogical testing; pedagogical experiment; mathematical and statistical research methods. Results: а set of tests for tablet computers (Ashanin V.S., Romanenko V.V., 2015) was used to test specific perceptions, such as «Sense of pace», «Sense of change in the size of the object», «Accuracy of reproduction of a given line». An instrumental method, namely video computer analysis, was used to estimate time slots. To determine the time intervals, as a parameter that displays the quality of the equipment, it was proposed to perform a technical-tactical combination (TTC): «Jeb» (direct hand, near) - «Punch» (direct hand, far) - «Side-kick» (side kick). Based on the study of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observations, conversations with trainers, pedagogical tests were selected to evaluate the investigated indicators and a set of special exercises was developed to improve the quality of sports duels of junior kickboxers. The results of the pedagogical experiment indicate that the use of the exercises of the proposed complex of special exercises positively affects the development of specific perceptions such as a feeling of pace, a feeling of distance, an opponent's feeling, a feeling of impact, etc. Increasing the level of manifestation of specific perceptions positively affects the quality of technical and tactical actions, which allows you to receive winning points in a sports match. Conclusions. It was determined that at the end of the pedagogical experiment, the time intervals of athletes of the experimental group are statistically significantly shorter (p<0,01) than the time intervals of athletes of the control group. The difference between the indicators of special physical fitness in athletes of the study groups at the end of the pedagogical experiment is not statistically reliable (p>0,05). Analysis of the results of determining the sense of pace indicates that the indicators of athletes of the experimental group are statistically significant (p<0,01) different from those of athletes of the control group. Statistically significant improvement of tempo sense (p<0,01) and accuracy of reproduction of a given line (p<0,05) is the cause of positive changes in sensory, motor mechanisms of motion control. These changes caused a decrease in time intervals and improved accuracy of striking in a technical and tactical connection. A comparative analysis of the results of control fights showed that athletes of the experimental group performed technical and tactical actions better and earned more winning points than athletes of the control group (W=29,5; p<0,05). Keywords: kickboxing, specific perceptions, technical and tactical compounds, competitions, fight.

The problem of complete mineral and vitamin nutrition in rabbit breeding is relevant today, despite new discoveries, and research in this direction continues both in Ukraine and around the world. The paper presents experimental data from the results of research to study the effect of different doses of vitamin and mineral supplement "Tekro" in the diets of young rabbits on their productivity, slaughter quality and biological value of rabbit meat. The obtained data of body growth, massometric indicators of carcasses and internal organs of rabbits of experimental groups after slaughter indicate a positive effect of vitamin-mineral supplement "Tekro" on the intensity of development of the body and individual internal organs, which contributes to increased metabolic processes and weight gain in animals research groups. Feeding vitamin and mineral supplements to rabbits of experimental groups of the New Zealand breed for 45 days contributed to a better transformation of feed nutrients into products. In rabbits of the 3rd experimental group, which together with basic ration were fed 3.5 % of the premix "Tekro" at 90 days of age, the highest rates of body weight were recorded, which differed by 8.89 % compared to the control group. In a set of indicators that characterize the nutritional value of rabbit meat, we studied sensory indicators that characterize the quality of rabbit meat: taste, color, pH, juiciness, moisture content, elasticity, aroma, "marbling", etc. It was found that in the appearance of carcasses and muscles in the control group, the samples scored 8.4 points. In the 3-rd and 4-th experimental groups, the number of points on this indicator was higher by 1.2 %. The difference was a trend. Examining the aroma of meat, it was found that in the control of this indicator, the samples scored 7.8 points. In meat samples from experimental groups 3 and 4, the aroma was more identical to natural, so the samples received 2.6 % higher scores. Samples from 3 experimental groups scored the most points in terms of taste. Compared with the control, the figure was higher by 3.6 %. Examining the juiciness of rabbit meat, it was found that samples obtained from carcasses 2 and 3 of the experimental group tended to increase this indicator. Summing up the data, it was found that the highest overall score was found in meat samples from 3 experimental groups. The difference with the control was within the trend and amounted to 2.4 %. Feeding rabbits vitamin and mineral supplements to rabbits helps to obtain good quality meat products with high culinary properties. No data were available to support the effect of vitamin and mineral supplements on compound feed on the synthesis of toxic substances in muscle tissue or the deterioration of rabbit meat. The biological value of muscle samples from rabbits of the 2-nd experimental group did not differ from the control data. The increase was only 0.11 %. It was found that the biological value of muscle tissue from animals of the 4th experimental group was greater than in the control. The difference was 2.6 % Meat obtained from rabbits of the 3rd experimental group, which were fed compound feed with a content of mineral-vitamin supplement "Tekro" 3.5 %, in biological value outweighed the control indicators. The difference was not significant and amounted to 4.1 %. The use of different doses of vitamin and mineral supplements in the feed of young rabbits did not lead to significant changes in the quality of raw hides and furs.

The experiment has been carried out on a crossbred stock of young pigs in the period 2015–2017 under the conditions of JSC CHC “Krasnodonskoe” in the Ilovlinsky district in the Volgograd region. The purpose of the research was to study the effectiveness of the effect of the anti-stress drug Feed-Food Magic Antistress Mix in intensive pig rearing on the productive traits and quality of the products obtained, as well as the estimated economic indicators. In order to conduct a scientific and economic experiment at the age of 60 days young pigs were divided into 2 experimental groups (control and experimental) according to the principle of pair analogs. Each group contained 25 heads. The difference between the control and experimental groups was that the animals in the control group have received the main diet, and the experimental group has received the anti-stress drug Feed-Food Magic Antistress Mix in addition to the main diet. In the experimental group of pigs when this drug was administered in the age 180 days the live weight parameter was higher than in the control group by 1,55 kg. Clinical indicators of young pigs were within the physiological norm. The pre-slaughter weight in the experimental group has increased by 4,86 % compared to the control group. Due to the use of an anti-stress drug the slaughter weight of animals in the experimental group has increased by 6,69 %. In comparison with the control group the slaughter yield in the experimental group has increased by 1,18 %, in which this indicator was at the level of 67,62 %. The morphological composition of carcasses in animals of the experimental group was also improved. Meat yield has increased by 0,95 %. The yield of fat and bones has decreased by 0,59 and 0,36 %. The weight of internal organs was also superior in the experimental group of pigs. Due to the use of the anti-stress drug the level of profitability in the experimental group of animals has increased by 11,69 %.

Objective: To investigate the effect of drug treatment combined with psychological intervention on mental disorders in patients with persistent moderate–severe allergic rhinitis. Methods: Sixty patients with persistent moderate–severe allergic rhinitis who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group and experimental group. The control group was only given medication, whereas the experimental group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the same medication. Cognitive behavioral therapy was used for psychological intervention. After 12 weeks of treatment, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), and rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) were used to evaluate the changes in anxiety, depression, and quality of life before and after treatment. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. Similarly, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those before treatment with statistically significant difference. In addition, after treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were statistically lower than those of the control group. The results of RQLQ showed that the scores of each dimension in the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. Similar results were found in the experimental group. After treatment with these 2 different schemes, the RQLQ scores of sleep, nonnasal/eye symptoms, and emotion in the experimental group were statistically lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: Drug therapy or drug therapy combined with psychological intervention can alleviate anxiety and depression of patients with persistent moderate–severe allergic rhinitis and improve their quality of life. Moreover, based on the effect of improving mental disorder and quality of life of patients, drug therapy combined with psychological intervention is better than drug treatment alone.

It is assumed that the combined effect of an effective probiotic and feed bentonites will enhance their positive effect on the growth, development, immunity of poultry, the quality of products, economic results of production. The purpose of the research was to study the effectiveness of the probiotic Vetkor and trace elements contained in bentonites in the compound feed of broiler chickens. Scientific and economic experiment has been carried out in the company “Uksyansky broiler” on broiler chickens cross “Smena-4”, which have been distributed in 3 groups on the principle of analogues. For each group 50 heads have been selected one day-old chickens. The conditions for rearing and housing the chickens were the same. The joint use of bentonite and probiotic in rearing and fattening broiler chickens have been studied. At the beginning of rearing the weight of chickens in all groups was almost the same and averaged 39,6 g. However, with increasing age of chickens not only their live weight increased, but also the difference between groups for this indicator. So, at the age of 7 days the chickens of the 1st experimental group had live weight higher than the control ones by 1,86 %, and the chickens of the 2nd experimental group by 2,00 %. The live weight of the broiler chickens of the control group at the end of rearing (age 42 days) was less than the live weight of the 1st broiler chickens of the experimental group by 101,14 g or 5,23 % (P < 0,05), and the 2nd experimental group by 132,14 g or 6,83 % (P < 0,01). The total and average daily increase in live weight of chickens of the 1st experimental group was greater by 5,34 % (P < 0,05), and the 2nd experimental group by 6,96 % (P < 0,05) than in the control group. Broiler chickens that consumed the probiotic Vetkor in the compound feed had higher growth energy than in the control. Against this background the best growth has been observed in broiler chickens of the 2nd experimental group who consumed compound feed with the addition of Vetkor and 3 % bentonite. It has been experimentally justified the use of probiotic and bentonite in the industrial production of meat of broiler chickens, it has been established a positive effect of probiotics and bentonite on the growth and development of broiler chickens, the quality of the resulting products.
