Sharia banking is currently very popular with the Indonesian people, so to prepare for this increasingly selective business competition, Islamic Commercial Banks are required to improve their company performance so that investors are attracted to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of BOPO, ROA, NPF, and DPK on the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The samples used were BUS and UUS with 52 data. Multiple linear regression is used as an analysis technique to produce a detailed description of the relationship of each variable used. The regression results tell that BOPO and DPK have no significant effect on market share, while ROA and NPF have a positive and significant effect on market share in Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract - This study aims to analyze the effect of efficiency on the performance of Islamic banking by using market share as a moderator variable. The data  which are used in this study are 7 Sharia Commercial Banks in the annual form from the period of 2014 to 2018. The data analysis technique uses is the analysis of panel data regression. The results of this research prove that, first, the efficiency of Islamic banking has a significant influence on the performance of Islamic banking. Second, the market share of Islamic banks has no significant impact in moderating the relationship between the efficiency and the performance of Islamic banks. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993. Value t arithmetic variable X1 of 2.107 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received, the value of t arithmetic variable X2 of 3.405 t arithmetic greater than t table then the hypothesis received. Keywords: Price, Brand Trust, Purchase Decision

The development of Islamic economics in banking practices in society develops innovatively. Various sharia banking products have become the people's choice in supporting their daily economic activities. The same thing also happened to students. The purpose of study is to analyze the religiosity effect of students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with knowledge as intervening variable. Multiple linear regression is an analytical technique used here, with hypothesis testing and path analysis to support its conclusions. The result of this study is that the level of religiosity significantly effects on students' interest in saving for Islamic banking with positive relationship. Likewise, knowledge is able mediate the relationship between the religiosity variable and students' interest in saving.

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence of profitability variables and capital structure on firm value toward BUMN's bank listed stated-owned enterprises 2014-2018 in Indonesia. The method of determining the sample is pooling data that examines the entire population and found as many as 4 companies using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23.0 analysis technique. Based on the results of the analysis found that profitability has a significant effect on firm value. Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value.

This research employed a quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between dependent and independent variables and to test the hypotheses. The data utilized in this research were secondary data from the official website of Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), gold price providers in Indonesia, and monthly BUS & UUS bank statements in Indonesia. The population in this study consisted of 14 BUS and 20 UUS which registered on the Financial Services Authority. This research used a sampling technique using predetermined criteria so that a sample of 4 BUS and 1 UUS were obtained from April 2015 to August 2019. Moreover, the analysis technique employed in this research was panel data regression with EViews 9 statistical tools. The results of this research describe that the price of gold, inflation and the exchange rate of the dollar do not have a significant impact on the financing of Murabahah Gold, but margin have a significant impact and negative correlated with Murabahah Gold in Islamic banking in Indonesia, especially among Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units.Keywords: Gold Prices, Inflation, Dollar Exchange, Murabahah Gold, Islamic Banking

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental uncertainty on employee performance and knowing job insecurity can strengthen the relationship between uncertainty over the performance of employees of the Inspectorate of Bali ProvinceSampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that environmental uncertainty had no effect on employee performance, job insecurity had a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and moderating insecurity jobs strengthened the influence of environmental uncertainty on employee performance. The Inspectorate Staff of the Province of Bali is good enough in carrying out their duties, so that environmental uncertainty does not affect performance. But the Inspectorate inspector should provide motivation to grow the confidence of his employees and continue to improve teamwork in finding the latest information to make decisions and realize good governance. This study aims to show the effect of non-performing financing and financing to deposit ratios on return on assets in Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is Islamic banking which is listed in the Indonesian capital market with a research sample of 6 Islamic banks located in the East Java region. The analysis technique uses a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The research results explain that partially non-performing financing significantly affects return on assets in Islamic banking listings in the Indonesian capital market period 2016-2020. Meanwhile, the financing to deposit ratio does not affect the return on assets of Islamic banking listed on the Indonesian capital market for the 2016-2020 period. This research can be a reference for Islamic banks listed on the Indonesian capital market in managing their financing more optimally so that non-performing financing does not occur, leading to decreased profitability.

This study aims to empirically prove the influence of zakat reporting, ICSR, sharia supervisory board and leverage on company performance at Islamic Commercial Banks with an observation period of 2016-2018. The sample in this study is 11 BUS with purposive sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the zakat reporting and sharia supervisory board have a significant effect on BUS performance, while ICSR and leverage have no significant effect on performance

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the determinants of profitability on Sharia Commercial Bank after the transfer of banking supervision duties from Bank Indonesia to the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from Islamic Banking Statistics published by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia.The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the classic assumption test first.The results of the analysis show that the regression equation used has passed the classic assumption test. This research proves that partially, only the Operational Expenses to Operational Revenue variables that affect Return on Assets of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2018 Period,while the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio and Inflation did not affect Return on Assets of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2018 period. And simultaneously the three variables have an effect on Return on Assets of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2015-2018 Period. الملخص: تم إجراء هذا البحث لتحديد محددات ربحية البنك الاسلامي التجاري بعد انتقال مهام الإشراف المصرفي من بنك إندونسيا إلى هيئة الخدمات المالية البيانات المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي بيانات ثانوية تم الحصول عليها من إحصاءات المصرفية الإسلامية التي نشرتها هيئة الخدمات المالية وبنك أندونيسيا. الطريقة التحليلية المستخدمة هي الانحدار الخطي المتعدد باستخدام اختبار الافتراض الكلاسيكي أولاً. توضح نتائج التحليل أن معادلة الانحدار المستخدمة اجتازت اختبار الافتراض الكلاسيكي. تثبت هذه الدراسة أن جزئية،المصروفات التشغيلية لمتغير الإيرادات التشغيلية التي تؤثر على العائد على موجودات البنوك التجارية الإسلامية في إندونيسيا للفترة 2015-2018 ، أن متغير نسبة كفاية رأس المال والتضخم لا يؤثر على العائد على الأصول البنوك الإسلامية في إندونيسيا فترة 2015-2018.في وقت واحد, المتغيرات الثلاثة العائد على الأصول تأثير المصارف الإسلامية في إندونيسيا فترة 2015-2018Abtrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor penentu profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah pasca peralihan tugas pengawasan perbankan dari Bank Indonesia ke Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Statistik Perbankan Syariah yang dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bank Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi yang digunakan telah lolos uji asumsi klasik. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial, hanya variabel Operational Expenses to Operational Revenue yang berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2015-2018, sementara variabel Capital Adequacy Ratio dan Inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2015-2018. Dan secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut Berpengaruh terhadap Return on Asset Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2015-2018.

The number of website visits is an important issue in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 for the manufacturing industry of Refrigeration and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) as an effort in obtaining and maintaining customers. Therefore, e-loyalty is needed to improve the number of website visits. Research is done to test the influence given by e-marketing and e-CRM towards e-loyalty of a website owned by one of the Refrigeration and HVAC (RHVAC) companies in Indonesia. data is collected by a simple random sampling method obtained from 170 respondents of website visitors in the RHVAC fair Indonesia 2018. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression with SEM through the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The analysis result of this research shows that e-marketing and e-CRM have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, both individually and simul-taneously.
