Peningkatan Kemampuan Mengenal Lima Huruf Vokal Melalui Media Bola Huruf Pada Anak Usia 3-4 Tahun

This research is motivated by the difficulty of children aged 3-4 years in recognizing five vowels that is often children fnd it difficult to mention and distinguish vowels such as the letter “e”, “u” and “o”. While the letters that are always emembered by children are the letters “i” and the letter “a”. This study aims to describe the learning process by using letter ball media in order to improve the ability to recognize five vowels in children aged 3-4 years and to find out the increased ability to recognize five vowel letters the use of lette ball media in children aged 3-4 years. The method used in this research is classroom action research. This research consisted of pre cycle, cycle I, cyle II, cyle III. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, non-test assessment, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis, the results of this study are the se of letter ball media developed very well in cycle III by using letter ball media plus media decorating plastic cups.

This paper is based on the lack of learning media used by educators in teaching and learning process and low interest and motivation of learners. The formulation of the problem in this paper is 1) How the development of learning media (module) assisted Geogebra subject derived?. This paper aims to create an interesting learning process using learning media (module) assisted Geogebra subject derived. The research method used in this paper is a research and development (R D) with the steps used based on Sugiono (2012). Stages are limited to seven stages: 1) Potentials and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design improvements, 6) Product trials, 7) Product revisions, due to time constraints, Sugiono's research steps are not implemented. Data collection techniques were performed using a questionnaire with a five-point response format from the Likert scale. The attractiveness of instructional media is based on a one-on-one test conducted on 6 students, one small group trial conducted on 12 students, and field trials conducted on 60 students. Data analysis was done by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the test of material experts, media experts and linguists, the scores obtained respectively (4.08), (4.53), and (4.27), the developed learning media (modules) developed by GeoGebra were assessed for categories Interesting and worthy of being used as a medium of learning for high school class XI on the subject of derivative.

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low student storytelling skills. This study aims to describe storytelling skills using discovery learning and pop up book media models. This research technique uses classroom action research (CAR), which was carried out in two cycles and used the research design of Kemmis & McTaggart. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of research conducted at Purbadana 2 Elementary School showed that learning using discovery learning assisted with pop up book media went well. The results of the knowledge skills in the first cycle reached an average of 3.1 with a percentage of completeness of 46%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were still included in the sufficient category. In the second cycle, the average was 3.9 with a percentage of completeness of 84%, meaning that students' storytelling skills were included in the criteria of good. Based on the results of the study, the application of the discovery learning learning model assisted by pop up book media can improve the skills of the fourth grade students in Purbadana 2 Elementary School.

This study aims to increase students' learning motivation using the Project based learning model in 4th grade of SD Negeri 2 Ngadimulyo. This research is a Classroom Action Research which was carried out in two cycles. Data analysis in this study is guided by quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires, observations and documentation. Data analysis in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' learning motivation from cycle I to cycle II. The results of the first cycle of observations reached the sufficient category, namely 68% and 69% for the results of the questionnaire which were in the sufficient category. In cycle II there was an increase in students' learning motivation with good categories, the average percentage of students' learning motivation scores from both observation sheets and questionnaires were 80% and 81%.

This research aims to improve the ability to understand Javanese aksara in conjunction with the Javanese script monopoly media in VA students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This research is a Kelass Action Research (PTK) using the Hopkins model which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study were 26 grade VA students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Karangkajen Yogyakarta. This research took place in October 2018, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection techniques in this study are test and observation activities during the learning process. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The data from the research shows that the use of Javanese script monopoly media in learning Javanese can improve the ability to understand Javanese scripts with the same language. The use of these media can attract students attention and motivate students so that learning outcomes increase. This can be seen from the increasing transliteration of Javanese script into Latin writing and vice versa. In the pre-cycle, the number of students who reached KKM were 2 students or 8% to 15 students or 58% in the first cycle and increased to 25 or 96% in the second cycle.

The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of the inquiry learning process of elasticity material using the P4TK IPA Hooke Law learning unit in class XI IPA students at SMA Negeri 2 Donggo. In the learning process of the elasticity material using Hooke's Law learning unit with an inquiry learning model with 6 levels. This research method used descriptive method. The research instrument used observation, interview, and tests. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the inquiry learning process on the subject of Elasticity and Hooke's Law using the Hooke P4TK IPA Law Physics learning unit in class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 2 Donggo can be implemented properly and student learning outcomes are 100% complete.

This study aims to increase student learning motivation by using group work methods in Christian religious education subjects. This research method uses classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 18 grade students of SMP Negeri I Totikum. The research instrument used tests and observations. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning process using work methods can increase student motivation so that it has a positive impact on the final grades obtained by students. Based on the results of observations in cycle I and cycle II through observing student activity in the learning process and student learning outcomes, it was obtained data that all students liked the way of learning and were motivated to learn using the group work method on the grounds that the learning process was fun and did not make it saturated.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com through several stages, such as: identification dimensions empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. Further reviewed how the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com it can affect the decision to buy air tickets to Bali. Data collection techniques used obeservation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Data collection techniques use non-probability sampling with accidental sampling procedure. The analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that the dimension of empathy (x1) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), persuasion dimension (x2) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), impact dimension (x3) significant 0,041 to the buying decision (y) and the last dimension of communication (x4) have a positive and significant effect of 0.000 on buying decision (y). From the EPIC model is the face of communication is the biggest factor influencing the decision of tourists to buy ticket through the website Tiket.com. This is because the communication contained in promotion Tiket.com easy to understand and attached to the memory of tourists to use the website Tiket.com when buying air tickets if want to travelling.

This study aims to determine the physical fitness of students who are taught through a learning model with a play approach. This study uses a classroom action research method. The subjects of this study were 26 students of Class IX SMP Negeri I Bungku Timur. The research instrument used tests and the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning model with a play approach has an impact on changes in motivation and levels of students' physical fitness. This is because they can learn while playing. With this activity, students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities can develop optimally.

This study aims to determine the increasing knowledge of simple science in Early Childhood in Kindergarten-right Aisyiyah Batusangkar after using Augmanted Reality technology as learning media. The type of research conducted is classroom action research. The research methodology that used in this reasearch was mixed methodology with qualitative and quantitative approach with research subject is 20 children of group B I kindegarten. The technique used in data collection and data analysis in the form of observation and subsequent interview is processed by quantitative descriptive analysis in SPSS. This classroom action research is conducted in two cycles, namely first cycle and second cycle . The introduction of children's Science in first cycle was generally still low with the average value reaches 65 %%, then second cycle plan is revised again and The increasing reaches 99% average value, positive with an increase of 34%.

ABSTRACT This reseaarch aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo, based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN no. 100 / MBU / 2002 on Rating of State-Owned Enterprise Health Level during the period of 2013 - 2015. Data collection methods in this study is obtained by quoting directly from the financial statements in PT. Indoris Printingdo from 2013 to 2015. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis used is based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN no:100 / MBU / 2002.Based on the results of research known that the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo based on Decree of the Minister of BUMN no.100 / MBU / 2002 is in 2013 to get the title of "HEALTHY A", in 2014 get the title "UNWELL BBB" and in 2015 the company get the title "HEALTHY AA". This shows the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo is still in good category or experiencing increasing trend. Keywords : Financial performance and healthy level.
