This paper is based on the lack of learning media used by educators in teaching and learning process and low interest and motivation of learners. The formulation of the problem in this paper is 1) How the development of learning media (module) assisted Geogebra subject derived?. This paper aims to create an interesting learning process using learning media (module) assisted Geogebra subject derived. The research method used in this paper is a research and development (R D) with the steps used based on Sugiono (2012). Stages are limited to seven stages: 1) Potentials and problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Design validation, 5) Design improvements, 6) Product trials, 7) Product revisions, due to time constraints, Sugiono's research steps are not implemented. Data collection techniques were performed using a questionnaire with a five-point response format from the Likert scale. The attractiveness of instructional media is based on a one-on-one test conducted on 6 students, one small group trial conducted on 12 students, and field trials conducted on 60 students. Data analysis was done by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the test of material experts, media experts and linguists, the scores obtained respectively (4.08), (4.53), and (4.27), the developed learning media (modules) developed by GeoGebra were assessed for categories Interesting and worthy of being used as a medium of learning for high school class XI on the subject of derivative.

This research is motivated by the difficulty of children aged 3-4 years in recognizing five vowels that is often children fnd it difficult to mention and distinguish vowels such as the letter “e”, “u” and “o”. While the letters that are always emembered by children are the letters “i” and the letter “a”. This study aims to describe the learning process by using letter ball media in order to improve the ability to recognize five vowels in children aged 3-4 years and to find out the increased ability to recognize five vowel letters the use of lette ball media in children aged 3-4 years. The method used in this research is classroom action research. This research consisted of pre cycle, cycle I, cyle II, cyle III. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, non-test assessment, and documentation. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative descriptive analysis, the results of this study are the se of letter ball media developed very well in cycle III by using letter ball media plus media decorating plastic cups.

This study aims to improve the writing skills of negotiation texts through the application of problem-based learning strategies. This research is a classroom action research with the research subjects of class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi consisting of 25 students. The research instrument used tests, observations, document analysis, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that in the process there is an increase in student enthusiasm in participating in learning, student interaction in groups, and student attention. This can be shown from the results of observations during the learning process. The product improvement can be seen with the increase in the students' writing value of negotiating text. In the pre-cycle there were 16 students who had not yet completed it and in the first cycle there were still 6 students who had not finished, and in the second cycle it increased again, that all 25 students had all completed. These results indicate that the application of problem-based learning strategies can increase student activeness in teaching and learning activities and can improve writing negotiation text skills for class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Labuapi.

This study aims to develop a character economy comic for early childhood. This research is a type of research development (Research and Development) includes 5 stages, namely needs analysis; Identify the material to be developed; Development; Production; as well as the Trial stage. After the product has been designed, a material expert will assess the feasibility of the material content developed in a comic character design, as well as a design expert to assess the feasibility of the design side, both in the structure and appearance of the images as outlined in designing thematic economic comics. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that thematic economic comics were feasible to be developed and tested on users based on the results of due diligence by experts. The average value of the results of the material expert trial was 4.7, while the results of the design expert's assessment obtained an average score of 4.5. The two results of the assessment are in the very feasible category for use in the field trial phase. After conducting field trials on elementary school level students, an average score of 4.7 was obtained and was in the very feasible category. Thus, it can be understood that the character economy comics that are developed can be a supplement in learning, especially in fostering children's economic character from an early age

The purpose of this study was to describe the feasibility of the inquiry learning process of elasticity material using the P4TK IPA Hooke Law learning unit in class XI IPA students at SMA Negeri 2 Donggo. In the learning process of the elasticity material using Hooke's Law learning unit with an inquiry learning model with 6 levels. This research method used descriptive method. The research instrument used observation, interview, and tests. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the inquiry learning process on the subject of Elasticity and Hooke's Law using the Hooke P4TK IPA Law Physics learning unit in class XI IPA students of SMA Negeri 2 Donggo can be implemented properly and student learning outcomes are 100% complete.

This study aims to increase student learning motivation by using group work methods in Christian religious education subjects. This research method uses classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 18 grade students of SMP Negeri I Totikum. The research instrument used tests and observations. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning process using work methods can increase student motivation so that it has a positive impact on the final grades obtained by students. Based on the results of observations in cycle I and cycle II through observing student activity in the learning process and student learning outcomes, it was obtained data that all students liked the way of learning and were motivated to learn using the group work method on the grounds that the learning process was fun and did not make it saturated.

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning activity through the application of CTL (contextual teaching and learning) strategies. This research method uses classroom action research which is carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 27 MTs class VII students. Al-Ikhlas Mentigi. The research instrument uses observation and tests, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the application of the CTL (contextual teaching and learning) strategy is proven to increase learning activity which has an impact on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects. In addition, students feel happy about this learning strategy, this is manifested by the growing sense of togetherness in the group, the class atmosphere becomes more lively and there is a new experience for students to conduct a simple analysis of a problem that arises around them.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com through several stages, such as: identification dimensions empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication. Further reviewed how the effectiveness of promotion Tiket.com it can affect the decision to buy air tickets to Bali. Data collection techniques used obeservation, interviews, questionnaires, literature studies and documentation. Data collection techniques use non-probability sampling with accidental sampling procedure. The analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that the dimension of empathy (x1) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), persuasion dimension (x2) has a positive and significant effect of 0.001 on buying decisions (y), impact dimension (x3) significant 0,041 to the buying decision (y) and the last dimension of communication (x4) have a positive and significant effect of 0.000 on buying decision (y). From the EPIC model is the face of communication is the biggest factor influencing the decision of tourists to buy ticket through the website Tiket.com. This is because the communication contained in promotion Tiket.com easy to understand and attached to the memory of tourists to use the website Tiket.com when buying air tickets if want to travelling.

This research was motivated by the high self-confidence of students in the Ar-Royyan Elementary School, especially the first (1) class students who had the courage to appear in front of the class, dare to express their opinions, and dare to write in front of the class during the teaching and learning process. Allegedly the high self-confidence of students because of the implementation of outbound activity programs before the teaching and learning process in school. The purpose of the research is to see an overview of the planning, implementation and evaluation of outbound activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of the research was the executive committee of outbound activities at the Ar-Royyan Nature Elementary School (educators and education staff) totaling 50 people. The research sample was taken 50% of the total population of 25 people with simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and questionnaire data collection tools. Data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive technique with percentage calculation. The results of the study found that, (1) planning outbound activities looked very good, (2) the implementation of outbound activities looked very good, and (3) evaluation of the implementation of outbound activities looked very good. Suggestions to the Ar-Royyan Nature Elementary School, (1) in order to maintain the outbound activity program is always carried out at the time of admission of new students, and (2) the implementing committee of outbound activities maintain the quality of the implementation of outbound activities that have been carried out properly.Keywords: Outbound, Confidence

ABSTRACT This reseaarch aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo, based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN no. 100 / MBU / 2002 on Rating of State-Owned Enterprise Health Level during the period of 2013 - 2015. Data collection methods in this study is obtained by quoting directly from the financial statements in PT. Indoris Printingdo from 2013 to 2015. The analysis technique in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis used is based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN no:100 / MBU / 2002.Based on the results of research known that the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo based on Decree of the Minister of BUMN no.100 / MBU / 2002 is in 2013 to get the title of "HEALTHY A", in 2014 get the title "UNWELL BBB" and in 2015 the company get the title "HEALTHY AA". This shows the financial performance of PT. Indoris Printingdo is still in good category or experiencing increasing trend. Keywords : Financial performance and healthy level.
