Abstract This research was conducted with the main objective to develop a model of character education integrated with science learning in elementary, junior, and senior high schools. The research was focused on the needs analysis study involving 36 elementary school science teachers, 34 junior high school science teachers and 27 senior high school science teachers to collect information on science learning in relation to character education. Data were collected by questionnaires, observation and interviewing techniques. Data were analyzed by descriptive and qualitative meaning. The results showed that: 1) character education can be developed through selection of science learning model, assessment model, and teaching materials, 2) science learning models that contribute significantly to the development of the character of students are inquiry learning, problem-based learning, cooperative learning , science-technology-society, problem solving, and contextual learning models, 3) science teacher’s responses to the character education are generally very positive and seek to develop good character through a learning process, 4) some (55.3%) science teachers include indicators of character values that to be target of learning in the syllabus and lesson plans, and some (44.7%) do not explicitly specify its, but implicitly implied in the syllabus and lesson plans. The formation of character is needed by adolescents in this era. It is based with the many phenomena of juvenile delinquency. Characters will not be formed away so it needs an effort should be made of teachers in shaping the character of teenagers. In addition, the authors found the variation of the efforts of teachers holistically so that teenagers will easily formed his character in accordance with the purpose of the character education. The problem of this research is how the character education model Vocational High School who applied in the implementation of the formation of character in SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. The purpose of this study is the author would like to know a clear picture of the implementation of character education model in efforts to form children's character in School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This paper discusses the character education model be applicable in the planting of character values ​​to students in Vocational High School Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga. This type of research is a field research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used include interviews, observation and documentation. As for analyzing the data obtained, the authors do by collecting all the data, reducing the data, presenting data, and verification of data. Results from this study showed that the model of character education is done to instill character values ​​to learners School SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Purbalingga using reflective models. Use of the character models adhering to the principles of character education and values ​​are developed in accordance with the level of development of learners.

Kurangnya moral anak bangsa saat sekarang ini, seperti pembegal yang marak dilakukan oleh kalangan pelajar SMP atau SMA, seks bebas, pornografi, narkoba, dan minum minuman keras sudah membuat miris kalangan pendidik. Karena pendidikan moral anak tidak hanya tugas keluarga, tapi juga guru sebagai pendidik. Dan tidak hanya tugas guru agama, tapi guru mata pelajaran biologi. The media serves to direct students to gain various learning experiences. The aim of this study is to know the feasibility of interactive multimedia development in children' story of character education-based. Sources of data in this study were obtained from: 1) Respondents: 7th grade students of Junior High School Panca Budi Medan which amount to 23 students, 2) Informants: validators, students and Indonesian language teachers of Junior High School Panca Budi Medan. The results of the feasibility of learning media validation by instructional media design experts was declared "very good" The assessment of the content feasibility aspect was declared "very good" with a total average percentage of 91%. The assessment of the presentation feasibility was declared "very good" with a total average percentage of 83%. The assessment of the graphic feasibility was declared "good" with a total average percentage of 77%.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Jigsaw learning model on mutual respect in grade VIII junior high school students. The study population consisted of 3 classes totaling 72 students. The sample of this research is class VIII students, amounting to 23 students. The determination of the sample class of this study was carried out using random sampling techniques. The research data were obtained through the distribution of pre-test and post-test in which validity were tested using the product moment formula. Research data were analyzed using quantitative techniques through independent sample t-test. The results showed that the use of the Jigsaw learning model had a significant effect on the mutual respect of students in the eighth grade. The results of this study can be a reference for education practitioners and related parties in an effort to instill mutual respect for students in schools, especially in the learning process.These findings can be further research material to find models, methods, or media that can be used by education practitioners and related parties for character education in schools.

The Core

Islamic education and character education within the 2013 Curriculum at Senior High School in Indonesia are included in group A topics which is considered as compulsory.  The central government has formulated purposes, learning outcome competence, core competence as well as basic competence of those two topics. Thus, it requires high-quality management to achieve the standards. However, in reality,  Islamic education and character education teachers, particularly at State Senior High School I Pakem, Yoyakarta, are rarely aware of this scientific content in relation to management activities.    It is admitted there that management activity is, in fact, teacher obligation yet it is often regarded merely as routine. This research, which is aimed at describing curriculum management on Islamic education and character education with integration –interconnection scientific content at Senior High School, is a field study using qualitative approach. The subjects are Islamic education and character education teachers at State Senior High School I Pakem Yogyakarta while the object is the curriculum management of Islamic education and character education of Senior High School class X, XI and XII. Data were gathered using observation, interview and documentation which are then analyzed based on  Matthew B. Miles and A. Michael Huberman. Flow model was used as data analysis including three elements namely, data gathering which was done along with data reduction using classification, topic concentration and generalization, abstraction and rough data transformation; data analysis which comprises data display, information arrangement and conclusion or data verification under the topic of curriculum management of Islamic education and character education at Senior High School particularly on planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling phase related to integration-interconnection among bayani, irfani and burhani. The result shows that, at class X, there is core topic under the themes of ”Living virtuous life” and ”Managing wakaf truthfully”, while at class XI, the core topic is ”Hi Moslem warriors, wake up and rise!”, whereas at class XII, the core topic is ”Worshiping spiritfully by believing on the doomsday”.

Many teachers only pay attention to cognitive and psychomotor development and override affective domain of the students, but that did not happen at SMA Negeri 1 Asembagus (State Senior High School 1 Asembagus. Authentic assessment in Kurikulum 2013 (2013 curriculum) has been conducted for attitude assessment on Islamic education subject and character education subject at at SMA Negeri 1 Asembagus (State Senior High School 1 Asembagus). This research is descriptivequalitative research by data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzing data in this research using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Triangulation is done for checking validity of data. The results of this study are the implementation of authentic assessment through four stages involves determining basic competence, determining object, determing assessment technique, and assessment enforcement, both in the classroom or outside the classroom.

This study aims to develop elearning learning based on supplemental elearning mapping in the curriculum course of SMP and SMA in PPKn III semester study program on MoDELss website (Moodel Elearning for Sriwijaya Student). This research uses development method by Rowntree. There are three phases in this study: the planning stage, the development stage, and the evaluation stage Material validity test, multimedia is done by Sriwijaya University Quality Assurance Unit which the result is declared good with number 84. The development is done by displaying multimedia in the form of best video made by student of semester III of previous academic year and conducted online discussion from multimedia display. The results showed an increase in student learning motivation, shown by students who actively discuss online and actively make learning videos based on the results of group discussions as well as actively viewing or downloading learning videos. Keywords: character education, student coaching, SMA Adabiah high school Padang ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran elearning berdasarkan mapping suplemental elearning dalam mata kuliah Telaah Kurikulum SMP dan SMA Program Studi PPKn semester III pada website MoDELss (Moodel Elearning for Sriwijaya Student). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Rowntree. Ada tiga fase dalam penelitian ini: tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap evaluasi. Uji validitas materi, multimedia dilakukan oleh Unit Penjamin Mutu Universitas Sriwijaya yang hasilnya dinyatakan baik dengan angka 84. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menampilkan multimedia berupa video terbaik yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa semester III tahun ajaran sebelumnya dan dilaksanakan diskusi online dari tampilan multimedia tersebut. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam motivasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan oleh mahasiswa yang aktif berdiskusi online dan aktif membuat video pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil diskusi kelompoknya serta aktif melihat atau mendownload video pembelajaran.
