Mobile media are not a new phenomenon. In the media history consumers always searched for the possibility to kill time while they are mobile and certain products and devices were used for this purpose (printed media, portable radio, MP3, game consoles, etc.). But in the case of television mobility is not usual at all. Due to the technological deployment television services offered on mobile phones are already available, but the market potential is uncertain. There are different technologies and mobile operators try to find the business models that best fit these technologies. The supply chain of mobile television involves market players of different markets (e.g. content production, broadcasting, mobile market). The way and level of vertical integration depends on the ability of these companies to exploit theirs core competences. The real question if the consumers really need mobile television services or it is only just a new revenue-generating service pushed by the operators. Several findings of the pilot projects are available and there are some really surprising results. The main aim of the paper is to give an overview about the potential market demand for mobile television services. Even it is a new service, some speculative predictions can be made based on the current media consumption patterns. Although the business models and the technological background are also crucial, the real question is who, when, and where will watch television on mobile devices and which genres/programs will be the most popular.

This research aims to know the techniques of cultivation and silk worm life terms with the media tray multilevel. To calculate the income level of the silk worm cultivation efforts with media in the village-floor tray Karangtejo Kedu Temanggung Central Java as well as key factors for the development of silk worm in Belitang OKU East. Data processing methods used are of financial analysis (cost of production, production, reception, income and RC ratio) and non financial analysis (Bahaninput, Agroklimat, potential market). The research results obtained with silk worm cultivation media tray multilevel can be dikebangkan in the East viewed from the OKU Belitang market potential is great with silk worms requests in one month about 2815 glasses. The available input materials among others, silk worm seed dregs of tofu, chicken manure, fine bran. Temperature suitability trials with cultivation in Eastern silk worm Belitang OKU can adapt and expand the container trays. Production costs incurred in one fell prosesproduksi amounting to Rp 9,256,350, Rp gained acceptance 18,977,000 and revenue amounting to Rp 9,720,650 with a value of RC ratio of 2.05.

Objective: Biokinetics, a profession registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), address inter alia chronic diseases of lifestyle (CDL) with exercise as treatment modality. The purpose of this investigation is to determine the potential market demand for biokinetic services in the private health care sector of South Africa. Methods: Data from a pharmaceutical benefit management system (PBM) were analysed to determine the prevalence of chronic diseases in the private health care sector for 2007. Telephonic interviews on a sub-sample of 50 biokineticists revealed the average number of patients that can be treated monthly per biokineticist. The number of biokineticists with active practice numbers was obtained from the Board of Health Care Funders (BHF). Results: The results indicate that 47% (747 199/1 600 000) of the patients managed by the PBM are treated with medication for one or more CDL. Non-steroid anti-inflammatory medication (21%), medication for cardiovascular diseases (13%) and bronchodilators (11%) had the highest prevalence. The sub-sample of biokineticists indicated that one biokineticist can treat an average of 100 patients per month. The potential market demand calculated from the above numbers indicated that 7 472 biokineticists are needed in the private health care sector, while only 625 active practice numbers were registered with the BHF in 2007.Conclusion: In conclusion, it is estimated that only 7.6% of patients with CDL can potentially be treated by the current number of registered biokineticists. Therefore an enormous market potential for biokinetics exists in the private health care sector of South Africa.

Abstract: The policy of high-tech application in agriculture plays an important role in bringing research results into agricultural development, maximizing the release of human muscle labor, creating quality agricultural products. High, safe, meeting human needs and being competitive in the market, avoiding waste of natural resources, minimizing environmental pollution and other negative impacts on society. However, this policy still has inadequacies both in theory and practice, leading to difficulties in bringing high technology into agricultural production. This chapter considers the role played by radio in popularizing and defining country music. Radio as a format pursued a commercially driven mediation of identity that worked against applying an artistically driven musical genre definition. In particular, these debates revolved around gendered presentation and women as listeners and performers. From the 1920s through World War II, radio’s prominence in country turned on live radio shows as the media introduction of southern whites. A second era, from the end of the war to mid-1970s, saw a shift to disc jockeys and records: personality radio. Format radio country, a tighter programming approach, solidified from the mid-1970s to the mega mergers of the late 1990s. Most recently, in an era of Internet access and new business models for music, country has confronted the less sympathetic position of networked radio.

Biochar is a co-product of advanced biofuels production from feedstocks including food, agricultural, wood wastes, or dedicated energy crops. Markets for soil amendments using biochar are emerging, but little is known about consumer preferences and willingness to pay (WTP) for these products or the depth of the products’ market potential for this product. This research provides WTP estimates for potting mix amended with 25% biochar, conditioned on consumer demographics and attitudes about product information labeling. Data were collected with an online survey of 577 Tennessee home gardeners. WTP was elicited through a referendum contingent valuation. Consumer WTP for an 8.81 L bag of 25% biochar potting mix is $8.52; a premium of $3.53 over conventional potting mix. Demographics and attitudes toward biofuels and the environment influence WTP. Biochar amounts demanded are projected for the study area’s potential market. Optimal prices, profits, and market shares are estimated across different marginal costs of producing biochar potting mix.

The most potent weapon against COVID-19 is a vaccine based on messenger RNA (mRNA). The first of these vaccines authorized for use was developed by the German company BioNTech in cooperation with Pfizer, closely followed by the (U.S.-produced) Moderna vaccine. These vaccines send a piece of mRNA into cells of a host. The mRNA instructs the cells to produce masses of the same spike protein that also occurs on the shell of the real coronavirus. The immune system responds by learning to destroy anything showing that protein: if the real virus arrives, the immune system will attack it immediately. This much has been reported widely by the media. But important questions remain. How is mRNA actually synthesized as a transcription of the spike-producing segment of the virus' RNA? How is the selection and replication done? How does mRNA enter a host cell, and how long will it stay there? Will it produce the spike protein forever? Is it perhaps dangerous? And the biggest question of all: How does the immune system record the structure of the foreign protein, how does it recognize the invader, and how is the immune response cranked up? The story is now familiar. In the late 1960s humanity finally saw photographic evidence of the Earth in space for the first time. According to this narrative, the impact of such images in the consolidation of a planetary consciousness is yet to be matched. This book tells a different story. It argues that this narrative has failed to account for the vertiginous global imagination underpinning the media and film culture of the late nineteenth century and beyond. Planetary Cinema proposes that an exploration of that media culture can help us understand contemporary planetary imaginaries in times of environmental collapse. China has carried out a large number of real estate market reforms that change the real estate market demand considerably. At the same time, the real estate price has soared in some cities and has surpassed the spending power of many ordinary people. As the real estate price has received widespread attention from society, it is important to understand what factors affect the real estate price. Therefore, we propose a data analysis method for finding out the influencing factors of real estate prices. The method performs data cleaning and conversion on the used data first. To discretize the real estate price, we use the mean ± standard deviation (SD), mean ± 0.5 SD, and mean ± 2 SD of the price and divide it into three categories as the output variable. Then, we establish the decision tree and random forest model for six different situations for comparison. When the data set is divided into training data (70%) and testing data (30%), it has the highest testing accuracy. In addition, by observing the importance of each input variable, it is found that the main influencing factors of real estate price are cost, interior decoration, location, and status. The results suggest that both the real estate industry and buyers should pay attention to these factors to adjust or purchase real estate.
