Abstract There is great optimism that artificial intelligence (AI), as it disrupts the medical world, will provide considerable improvements in all areas of health care, from diagnosis to treatment. In addition, there is considerable evidence that AI algorithms have surpassed human performance in various tasks, such as analyzing medical images, as well as correlating symptoms and biomarkers with the diagnosis and prognosis of diseases. However, the mismatch between the performance of AI-based software and its clinical usefulness is still a major obstacle to its widespread acceptance and use by the medical community. In this article, three fundamental concepts observed in the health technology industry are highlighted as possible causative factors for this gap and might serve as a starting point for further evaluation of the structure of AI companies and of the status quo.

A novel coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, was identified as the cause of an outbreak of viral pneumonia in Wuhan, China. The disease, later named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), subsequently spread globally. COVID- 19 is an aggressive disease with a low median survival rate. Ironically, the treatment process is long and very costly due to its high recurrence and mortality rates. Accurate early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of COVID-19 are essential to enhance the patient's survival rate. Mount Sinai researchers are the first in the country to use artificial intelligence (AI) combined with imaging, and clinical data to analyze patients with COVID-19. They have developed a unique algorithm that can rapidly detect COVID-19 based on how lung disease looks in computed tomography (CT scans) of the chest, in combination with patient information including symptoms, age, bloodwork, and possible contact with someone infected with the virus. AI has huge potential for analyzing large amounts of data quickly, an attribute that can have a big impact in a situation such as a pandemic. There is increasing evidence that some racial and ethnic minority groups are being disproportionately affected by COVID-19.

The traditional English online teaching model is limited by the teaching location and the difficulty of online teaching, which prevents teachers from controlling students. In order to improve the ability of the English online teaching model to supervise and recognize the status of students, this paper proposes an English online teaching model based on artificial intelligence technology, and adopts a positioning method based on an improved deep belief network for real-time position control and status recognition for students in online learning. Moreover, this study combines intelligent algorithms to build the model structure and verify the performance of the model. The results show that the performance of the model is good. In addition, on the basis of performance testing, the recognition effect of the artificial intelligence-based student online learning recognition model constructed in this paper is recognized. The results show that the model proposed in this paper has a certain effect and meets the actual needs of intelligent teaching.

Abstract. Information technology is constantly changing in the torrent of the times. Big data, Internet of Things, cloud computing and other technologies continue to break through their own barriers, strengthen the mutual integration between technology and education, and slowly fill the gap between artificial intelligence technology and education. Gradually realized education informatization and technology. In 2018, the State Council issued “China Education Informatization 2035”, “Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan” and other documents, all of which are guiding, supporting and encouraging my country to realize the wisdom of education. The term role was first introduced by the American social psychologist George Herbert Mead to analyze that what is individuals should behave in different situations. This article takes artificial intelligence as the starting point and school education as the background, by analyzing the changes of artificial intelligence for education and the differences between traditional education, which will deepen the thinking and understanding of artificial intelligence and the professional roles of teachers.

Introduction:To make itself more relevant in a longer perspective health technology assessment (HTA) will have to make use of novel ways to improve its services; in particular in terms of rapid response, cost savings and reduction of risk of bias. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) offers significant assistance at essentially all stages of any HTA. It can search, retrieve, read and organize relevant literature, not only from traditional databases but from numerous data sources related to specific issues (e.g. clinical trials, health outcomes, payment of services), and from databases in other areas such as in social, justice, and educational services, and public health. Methods:This presentation will explain the use and feasibility of AI in HTAs based on the findings from a currently ongoing project in the province of Alberta Canada. It will (i) provide an overview of AI in healthcare, (ii) outline selected international efforts of using AI in systematic reviews, such as the Robotreviewer, (iii) describe the information needed, and the development of the algorithms for using AI in HTAs, and (iv) report on the findings from a comparative study of human versus AI resources in performing an HTA.Results:This project has just started, however preliminary findings from the comparative analysis of AI versus human performance on a specific topic for HTA will be presented. Conclusions:It is expected that the comparative study will demonstrate that artificial intelligence will become a useful tool in HTA in that it will significantly speed up systematic reviews, and decrease the risk of bias in syntheses of findings from research.

UNSTRUCTURED The dexterity of computer systems to resemble and mimic human intelligence is artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has reformed the diagnostic and therapeutic precision and competence in various fields of medicine. Artificial intelligence appears to play a bright role in the medical diagnosis. Computer systems using artificial intelligence help in assessment of medical images and enormous data. This research aims to identify how the artificial intelligence-based technology is reforming the art of medicine. Artificial intelligence empowers providers in improving efficiency and overall healthcare. Newer machine learning techniques lead the automatic diagnostic systems. Areas of medicine such as medical imaging, automated clinical decision-making support have made significant advances with respect to artificial intelligence technology. With improved diagnosis and prognosis, artificial intelligence possesses the capability to revolutionize various fields of medicine. Artificial intelligence has its own limitations and cannot replace a bedside clinician. In the evolving modern medical digital world, physicians need to support artificial intelligence rather than fear it replacing trained physicians for improved healthcare.

The article analyzes the issue of determining the author and patent holder of an invention created by artificial intelligence software. The problem of determining the authorship of objects of patent law created by artificial intelligence is considered from two sides: the definition of the author of an individual under the guidance and control of which artificial intelligence has achieved a patentable result, and the recognition of the status of the inventor for the artificial intelligence itself due to the creative nature of the inventive process. It is proved that the definition of the behavior of artificial intelligence by setting the problem and giving the necessary instructions for its solution leads to the recognition of the person giving such instructions as the inventor of the result, and artificial intelligence makes only a means to achieve the result. It is concluded that in order to recognize the author of artificial intelligence software as the inventor of the result developed by such artificial intelligence, it is not enough for the author to take an indirect part by "training" artificial intelligence algorithms and determining the identified errors in their work. The unpredictability and non-obviousness of the decision-making process by artificial intelligence for the programmer does not allow him to recognize the inventor of the results created by the software. At this stage of the development of artificial intelligence technology, the process of creating an invention by artificial intelligence is proposed to be considered as a revision of the parameters and characteristics existing in this field of technology, and the implementation of a choice from certain categories.

Pacman is one of the labyrinth-shaped games where this game has used artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence is composed of several algorithms that are inserted in the program and Implementation of the dijkstra algorithm as a method of solving problems that is a minimum route problem on ghost pacman, where ghost plays a role chase player. The dijkstra algorithm uses a principle similar to the greedy algorithm where it starts from the first point and the next point is connected to get to the destination, how to compare numbers starting from the starting point and then see the next node if connected then matches one path with the path). From the results of the testing phase, it was found that the dijkstra algorithm is quite good at solving the minimum route solution to pursue the player, namely by getting a value of 13 according to manual calculations
