This study was motivated by the importance of Tajweed to be mastered by a Muslim in learning and reciting the Qur'an, especially for TPQ teachers. However, based on certification test results, the Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers were very diverse. Based on this reality, researchers had the interest to conduct an in-depth study on Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers and their influence on BTQ learning outcomes. This study aimed to find out Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers and their influence on BTQ learning outcomes in TPQ. This study used qualitative and quantitative approaches (mixed methods). The study was conducted on 7 TPQ teachers and heads as well as 20 TPQ students in Lamposi Tigo Nagari Sub-District Payakumbuh City West Sumatra. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation study, and written tests. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, as well as quantitative analysis on BTQ learning outcomes in TPQ using Microsoft Excel 2007. Based on the results, firstly, practically, all TPQ teachers in Latina Payakumbuh City. mastered the Tajweed, but theoretically, not all TPQ teachers understood certain terms and rules. Second, BTQ learning activities were not evaluated in a clear and measurable manner. Third, BTQ learning outcomes showed the insignificant influence of the Tajweed competencies on BTQ learning outcomes. The Tajweed competencies of TPQ teachers only had a 19.38% influence on BTQ learning outcomes, while the remaining 80.62% was influenced by other factors

In this study, we have conducted a quasi-static lateral overturning test and derived a static falling down sidelong angle by using a miniature tractor model. We analyzed the lateral overturning condition of tractors theoretically by literature review and derived a method to manufacture a miniature model based on the analysis result. A miniature model was manufactured using a 3D printer at a scale of 1/20, relative to the actual dimension of a tractor. In addition, a test platform was constructed to perform lateral overturning tests. The miniature model was placed on the test platform, and the inclination angle of the ground was gradually increased. Then the static falling down sidelong angle, that is the inclination angle at the moment of lateral overturning occurred, was measured. The test result indicated that the difference of average static falling down sidelong angle was 1.0%. comparing to the accredited certification test result of the original tractor. Therefore, by utilizing the method applied in this study, the static falling down sidelong angle of tractors could be derived quickly and conveniently from a miniature model. As future research, the in-depth verification for the developed method is required by applying to a variety of agricultural machines.

Integrated System for Online Competency Certification Test (SITUK) is an application used to carry out the assessment process (competency certification) at LSP (Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesional) UPN (University of Pembangunan Nasional) “Veteran” Jawa Timur, each of which is followed by approximately five hundred (500) assessments. Thus the data stored is quite a lot, so to find data using a search system. Often, errors occur in entering keywords that are not standard spelling or typos. For example, the keyword "simple," even though the default spelling is "simple." Of course, the admin will get incomplete information, and even the admin fails to get information that matches the entered keywords. To overcome the problems experienced in conducting data searches on the SITUK application, we need a string search approach method to maximize the search results. One of the algorithms used is Levenshtein which can calculate the distance of difference between two strings. Implementation of the Levenshtein algorithm on the data search system in the SITUK application has been able to overcome the problem of misspelling keywords with the mechanism of adding, inserting, and deleting characters.

Abstract This article deals with the description of the management of variable braking force at the request of multi-level braking on certification test bench UIC. The device is used to analyze the frictional properties of rolling stock brake accessory components. The introduction of the article describes and approaches the function of the measurement and control process. Based on the UIC standard, the requirement for variable braking force for multi-level braking is described. The conclusion of the article is devoted to evaluating the accuracy of measured data and analyzing undesirable phenomena.

The subject of the article is proposed proprietary M toxicity indicator, which is based on the assumption that CO2 emissions are a measure of the correctness of the combustion process. For this purpose, gaseous exhaust compounds such as hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide were measured and analyzed. The test object was a motorcycle, equipped with an gasoline engine with a displacement of 0.7 dm3 and a maximum power of 55 kW. The tests were carried out using the PEMS (Portable Emissions Measurement System) AxionR/S+. The exhaust emissions measurement was done in line with the WMTC (World Motorcycles Test Cycle) certification test, dedicated to vehicles in this category. The test consists of three parts, each of them lasts 600 seconds and has a different maximum speed value. The test was performed on a single-roller chassis dynamometer, designed for testing two-wheeled vehicles. The toxicity indicators and rotation speed results were presented as a function of time.

The presented article discusses the issue of authenticity in testing Polish as a foreign language through a certificate exam. The pursuit of authenticity can manifest both in the general concept of the exam sheet (in its layout and structure), as well as in tasks testing individual skills. When testing reading comprehension, the authenticity requirement can be met by appropriate use of texts from different sources in the examination tasks. These can be both original texts that were created for purposes other than examination, and prepared texts (written specifically for the certification test by the authors of the tasks).

Teacher quality and student achievement have shown positive relationships in prior studies of elementary and secondary grade levels in the United States. However, postsecondary career and technical education (CTE) teacher quality and student achievement is an understudied topic. According to the literature, teacher quality is measured by pedagogical knowledge, level of education, and professional development. For postsecondary CTE teachers, occupational experience is a hiring requirement for teacher quality. Student achievement is measured by test scores and graduation rates. Postsecondary career certificate programs usually have a summative evaluation with an industry-specific certification test, which assesses the student's employability in the program's field of study by industry standards. The purpose of this retrospective causal-comparative study was to examine the relationship between postsecondary CTE teacher quality and student achievement in Florida's career certificate programs. An online survey was conducted with 203 postsecondary CTE teachers in Florida. Findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between the level of pedagogical knowledge and educational degree attainment of postsecondary CTE teachers and students' passing an industry certification test. This finding is consistent with prior studies in K-12 grade levels. Recommendations include increasing the pedagogical knowledge and educational degree attainment of postsecondary CTE teachers to improve student learning outcomes.
