According to many analysts, the modern digital technological transformation of the economy, both at the macro level and at the level of industrial enterprises, has a deep character and is aimed at establishing a new global economic structure. Programming at the level of international, climate, anti-pandemic, sanctional, technological, military-political and other agreements to reduce the level of production and consumption in accordance with the principles of sustainable development determines the prospect of transformations in industry, including in the raw materials sector. A significant part of the industrial companies of the Siberian regions belongs to the field of raw materials extraction, which forms new guidelines in the new technological conditions, both in personnel and technical areas. Large-scale introduction and application of a new generation of equipment that meets modern environmental standards requires accelerated training of a significant number of professional personnel. In fact, the education system, which should ensure the educational process of a high strategic status, both in scale and in terms of engineering and technical level, requires a systemic transformation based on the principles of digital technological innovations. The release of a significant number of workers, both representatives of the working professions and the intellectuals, which is happening and threatening to intensify, in the light of the ongoing contraction of the economy, will require the formation of millions of new jobs. This fillip, aimed at the development of small industrial forms of production of end-use goods, is able to provide employment for the population, as well as an increase in the level and quality of life in export-raw materials regions with the support from the state. The creation and development of engineering, technical and technological business franchises with the formation of a large retail network representing the goods of "industrial farms" are promising in this aspect. The upcoming steps of digital technological transformation require a comprehensive balanced scientific understanding, the development of appropriate justifications and recommendations.

The article presents the characteristics of the legislation regulating the right of water use of industrial enterprises in the European Union. Three periods of formation and development of the provisions of water legislation that restrict or prohibit the industrial discharge of hazardous substances into the water are considered. The institute of integrated environmental permitting is considered. It is noted that the issuance of this type of permits is carried out on the basis of the best available technologies. The best available technologies are those technologies that achieve a high level of environmental protection in the most effective way, developed and ready for implementation, cost-effective, technically feasible, applicable to a particular enterprise. At the same time, enterprises should prevent large-scale and cross-border environmental pollution, effectively use water, energy, raw materials, reduce the risks of accidents and minimize the consequences, monitor emissions, and reclaim the land after the termination of their activities. It is concluded that according to the European water legislation, water is defined as a natural object, and in some cases-as a natural resource that requires special protection from the state.

In the article fundamental directions of mountain tourism development in central part of Croatia and western part of Bosnia and Herzegovina are considered. Favorable natural conditions and transport accessibility contribute to the development of tourism. From other side, the consequences of the war 1991–1995s are still being felt. Contradictions between the goals of mass recreation and the objectives of environmental protection slightly aggravated due to the organization of specially protected natural areas where the rules of visiting are brought to perfection. There are great opportunities for the development of tourist infrastructure. To ensure that the recreational load on natural objects is not excessive it is necessary to regulate tourist flows and advertise new types of tourism. Recreational development of natural resources is part of the overall problem of their rational economic use and protection. Economic activities have different impacts on natural recreational resources. In this region under economic circumstances, it is more profitable to organize a vacation than to undertake the exploitation of natural resources in industry and agriculture. Another advantage is the lack of raw materials bases and closure of small industrial enterprises, this made it possible to organize open-air museums. From other side, agrotourism has been widely developed, it is a sign of the agricultural development of the territories. The features of different tourism types (water, walking and large-scale, mountaineering, sports and walking, speleological) are reviewed. Tourists should to spent the rest at winter and at summer in definite areas. A lot of natural and anthropogenic factors were taken into account under assessing recreational potential. Mapping produce in ArcMap 10, also for processing of Earth remote sensing data ERDAS Imagine program are used. Nature protection areas and principal rules regulating visits them was described.

The article presents an analysis of the literature data on research related to the use of DNA technologies in the brewing industry. Significant relevance among them is the work on combating widespread falsification of food products, including alcohol. Classical methods of assessing the quality and safety of beer do not allow us to identify the substitution of raw materials declared by the manufacturer — one of the large-scale areas of falsification. Therefore, the question of applying new approaches to the assessment of the authenticity of brewing products is relevant. In particular, the most complete identification of falsifications in the alcohol industry is made by molecular genetic analysis methods. This article discusses the methods of extraction of nucleic acids, as well as markers used as genetic targets in the DNA authentication of alcoholic beverages. The analyzed material indicates the possibility of using molecular genetic methods based on the polymerase chain reaction as modern laboratory tools for determining the authenticity of manufactured goods. In addition, the potential of using DNA technologies in the fight against contamination of industrial enterprises has been identified.

The purpose of this review is to evaluate progress inmolecular epidemiology over the past 24 years in canceretiology and prevention to draw lessons for futureresearch incorporating the new generation of biomarkers.Molecular epidemiology was introduced inthe study of cancer in the early 1980s, with theexpectation that it would help overcome some majorlimitations of epidemiology and facilitate cancerprevention. The expectation was that biomarkerswould improve exposure assessment, document earlychanges preceding disease, and identify subgroupsin the population with greater susceptibility to cancer, thereby increasing the ability of epidemiologic studiesto identify causes and elucidate mechanisms incarcinogenesis. The first generation of biomarkers hasindeed contributed to our understanding of riskandsusceptibility related largely to genotoxic carcinogens.Consequently, interventions and policy changes havebeen mounted to reduce riskfrom several importantenvironmental carcinogens. Several new and promisingbiomarkers are now becoming available for epidemiologicstudies, thanks to the development of highthroughputtechnologies and theoretical advances inbiology. These include toxicogenomics, alterations ingene methylation and gene expression, proteomics, andmetabonomics, which allow large-scale studies, includingdiscovery-oriented as well as hypothesis-testinginvestigations. However, most of these newer biomarkershave not been adequately validated, and theirrole in the causal paradigm is not clear. There is a needfor their systematic validation using principles andcriteria established over the past several decades inmolecular cancer epidemiology.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have been used in adsorption, separation, catalysis, sensing, photo/electro/magnetics, and biomedical fields because of their unique periodic pore structure and excellent properties and have become a hot research topic in recent years. Ball milling is a method of small pollution, short time-consumption, and large-scale synthesis of MOFs. In recent years, many important advances have been made. In this paper, the influencing factors of MOFs synthesized by grinding were reviewed systematically from four aspects: auxiliary additives, metal sources, organic linkers, and reaction specific conditions (such as frequency, reaction time, and mass ratio of ball and raw materials). The prospect for the future development of the synthesis of MOFs by grinding was proposed.
