With the rapid development of computer technology and deep integration of disciplines, translation technology has gradually become an important research direction and a new focus of translation studies. In order to reveal the present situation of research on translation technology, we take the academic journals on translation technology from CNKI published between 1999 and 2017 as our data sample for analysis. The results show that the main research hotspots of translation technology cover four areas, i.e. computer-aided translation, human-computer interaction, translation technology teaching and talent training, as well as terminologies of the field. Through analysis of the current situation and existing problems in the above mentioned areas, some thoughts and prospects are put forward to provide guidance and illumination to scholars in this research field and promote further and deeper studies into the subject.

With the rapid development of the Remote Sensing (RS) technology, Remote Sensing Services for Emergency Monitoring (RSSEM) are playing a more and more important role in the field of emergency management, where the collaborative RS approaches (including such as Space-Air-Ground platforms) can provide the decision-makers a quick access to the detailed, real-time information about the emergencies. However, there are still some problems in the current mechanism of RSSEM, for example, the inappropriate choices of the collaborative RS approaches, the miscellaneous procedures and so on. It is urgent to formulate a collaborative RS emergency plan for regulating the applications of the RS monitoring approaches in order to be well prepared for the emergency management.

In our studies, creating a good collaborative RS emergency plan is the main research objective. This paper is divided into four parts. The Part Ⅰ gives a brief introduction about the research background. The Part Ⅱ investigates four case studies to analyze the applications of the RS technologies under the guidance of the available RS related emergency plans, and then points out the existing problems in the mechanism of the RSSEM. The Part Ⅲ proposes our suggestions for formulating the collaborative RS emergency plan to explore the countermeasures of the problems pointed out in the Part Ⅱ. The last part concludes this paper and discusses the future work of the collaborative RS emergency plan.

In the rapid development of network technology, with the improvement of the quality and quantity of network users’ demands, more and more network information technology and excessive network traffic also raise people’s attention to the internal network security. Especially for the classification and resource allocation of encrypted network traffic, the research of related technologies has become the main research direction of the development of network technology. The extensive application of deep learning provides a new idea for the study of traffic classification. Therefore, on the basis of understanding the current situation, the improved convolutional neural network is selected to conduct an in-depth discussion on traffic classification and resource allocation of encrypted networks based on deep learning. The performance of the system is verified from the perspective of practical application.

Completely repairing of damaged cartilage is a difficult procedure. In recent years, the use of tissue engineering approach in which scaffolds play a vital role to regenerate cartilage has become a new research field. Investigating the advances in biological cartilage scaffolds has been regarded as the main research direction and has great significance for the construction of artificial cartilage. Native biological materials and synthetic polymeric materials have their advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantages can be overcome through either physical modification or biochemical modification. Additionally, developing composite materials, biomimetic materials, and nanomaterials can make scaffolds acquire better biocompatibility and mechanical adaptability.

Achieving Net zero emissions is a common challenge facing all mankind. Low-carbon electricity has always been the main research field of global GHG emission control. The current article aims to use the bibliometric analysis to describe the characteristics and trends of low-carbon electricity publications from 1983 to 2021. We found that: (1) the number of publications in this area has shown an overall increase in the past 33 years. (2) the United States is the most powerful country in this field of research. Moreover, with the exception of major developed countries, more and more emerging economies have also joined the research on low-carbon power systems. (3) co-citation analysis and literature clustering characteristics show that the knowledge base in this field is focused on the decomposition of driving factors for carbon dioxide emissions and the optimization of the operation of renewable energy (RE) in low-carbon power systems. (4) the utilization of RE is a hot topic in low-carbon power research. Through this research, global scholars can be provided with the latest overview of valuable low-carbon energy research trends.
