AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari is engaged in vehicle repair services, in addition to genuine parts to meet the need for replacement of vehicle parts that repair damage. Research conducted to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on consumer satisfaction in conducting vehicle services at AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari. The data used are primary data using questionnaire distribution techniques and conducting interviews. For this study the sample obtained amounted to 35 respondents, as well as by purposive sampling technique as for the criterion is someone who has serviced vehicles in AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari, this research was conducted in February 2020. For the data analysis technique using validity, reliability, reliability, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression equations, and data processing using the SPSS version 25 application, the results of data analysis in accordance with the quality of service that consumer satisfaction in AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari significantly also provides significant consumer satisfaction at AHASS Astra Motor Kedungsari and is related to simultaneous significant variable quality of service and facilities on significant consumer satisfaction at AHASS Asta Motor Kedungsari Magelang.

This study aims to determine the influence of trust, convenience, security, and quality of service to online purchasing decisions on consumers in the area of South Tangerang. The population is all consumers who buy products online in South Tangerang region. The type of data used is the primary data using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique is using non probability sampling with sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) Trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. (2) Convinience has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions. (3) Security has a negative and insignificant effect on online purchasing decisions. (4) Service Quality has a positive and significant impact on online purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia company in Denpasar City. Total population taken as many as 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is path analysis and test of sobel. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of service mediated consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Quality of service partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty, meaning that if there is a change in the quality of service then the loyalty of consumers will also experience changes. Consumer satisfaction also partially significant effect on consumer loyalty. Keywords: Quality of Service, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer Loyalty

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and user value on the satisfaction and loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS 16. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method with path analysis technique. The results of the study found that the quality of service had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service, the value of users had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the City of Library and Archives Service, the quality of service had a significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors at the Department of Library and Archives of Padang, the value of users have a significant effect on the satisfaction of library users in the Padang City Library and Archives Office, satisfaction has a significant effect on the loyalty of users in the Library and City Archives Office in Padang, the quality of service through satisfaction has no effect on loyalty and so does the value of users through satisfaction does not affect the loyalty of users in the Padang City Library and Archives Service.

The aim of the research title was to know whether the training influence and service quality effect to consumer satisfaction in Giant Ekstra Sempu Serang city. The hypothesis test used description quantitative method. The population of this research was consumers who shop at Extra Giants Sempu Serang city by the amount 800 people, in taking the samples using Slovin formula found 89 people. To get the data, this study used observation, distributed questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used for processing the data was likert scaale and was assisted by SPSS 24 tool, therefore from research results could be seen the correlation coefficient value between training grades and service quality on consumer satisfaction was 0,827 (very strong), the coefficient of determination was 0,823 or 82,7%, that described the value of training (X1)  and service quality(X2) contributed for 82,7% to costumer satisfaction (Y), while the remaining of 17,3% was influenced by other variables out of this study. The results of this study showed (1) there was a positive and significant effect the value of training on costumer satisfaction at 3,015, (2) there was a positive and significant influences quality of service to customer satisfaction at 4,485, (3) there was a positive and significant influence of the value of training and simultaneous service quality on customer satisfaction at 205,647

Bamboo Coffee and Resto become a restaurant that is great demand because it serves a variety of menu choices that continue to improve the quality of service to stay afloat and compete. This study discusses analyzing how to affect service quality on customer loyalty in Bamboo Coffee and Resto in Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 94 consumers and multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique. SERVQUAL Theory is a theory used to measure the quality of services, namely the dimensions of reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), empathy (X4) and tangible (X5). The results of this study indicate the facts both simultaneously and simultaneously, this dimension has a very significant influence on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in order to test how much influence product quality, price and brand to the volume of sales at PT. Gemilang Jaya Bella bracelets Spring Bed Semarang. Independent variables include variable product quality, price and brand while the dependent variable is the volume of sales.In determining the data to be studied sampling technique used is the census. Census is a sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample .. Respondents were selected is the consumer stores PT. Gemilang Jaya Bella bracelets Spring Bed Semarang. Thus obtained sample was 50 respondents. Data analysis methods used to perform hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of research that has been conducted on all data obtained, the importance of the research that 1). There is a positive and significant effect of the variable quality of the product (X1) to sales volume (Y). 2). There is a positive and significant impact on price variable (X2) to sales volume (Y). 3). There is a positive and significant impact on brand variables (X3) to sales volume (Y). 4). The e-commerce business has now developed rapidly, the impact of development is that the number of prosuct varies and easily earned. The ease of such information will result in consumers will be more consumptive infulfilling their needs, even they tend to make impuse buying. As one of the emerest e-commerece in Indonesia, Lazada should be able to see this as a great opportunity in as effort to increase the company’s sales and sustainability. One effort in increasing impulse buying is of external factors ranging from the promotion and quality of websites that are launched on e-commerce bussines. This study aims to know and prove how much influence promotion and website quality to impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang City. The samples were taken using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Promotion has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,014 < 0,05). (2) Website Quality has positive influence and significant effect toward impulse buying e-commerce Lazada in Padang city (0,046 < 0,05)Keyword: promotion, website quality, impulse buying.
