This article aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. The research method used Expalanatory Survey method with data collection technique used questionnaire. Respondents are 80 students grade eleventh from Office Administration major of a vocational high school in Lembang, selected by used sampling technique. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the research revealed that: (1) the classroom management is in the quite effective category, (2) the students' learning discipline is in the moderate category, and (3) there is a significant influence of classroom management on students’ learning discipline. Therefore, students’ learning discipline can be improved through increased classroom management by teachers.ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas hasil penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan disiplin belajar siswa serta ada tidaknya pengaruh manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa pada sebuah SMK di Lembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ekspalanatory Survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Respondennya berjumlah 80 orang siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) manajemen kelas berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajemen kelas terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, artinya disiplin belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui manajemen kelas yang dilakukan oleh guru.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work discipline  on teacher performance. The research method used survey. Data collection technique used questionnaire rating scale models. Respondents are 45 teachers of Vocational High School in Cimahi. Data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study revealed that work discipline  have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Therefore, performance of teacher can be improved though improving work discipline.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale. Responden adalah 45 guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kota Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh sebab itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan disiplin kerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model rating scale. Responden adalah guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi di sekolah dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan budaya organisasi dan motivasi. Physical fitness is influenced by the food they consume. Nutritious food can increase the athlete's stamina so that athlete's achievement will be easily achieved. Fulfilling the need for nutritional intake requires a good level of understanding of the importance of the nutritional intake needs of athletes, especially soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. The purpose of the study is to measure the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of adolescent soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. This type of research is evaluation. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data collection technique is carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method by testing the level of validity and reliability. The population in the study amounted to 35 male soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports State Senior High School. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results shows that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports High School can be seen that 65.7% gives a good assessment. This indicates that the level of understanding of the nutritional needs of athletes is in the good category so this needs to be maintained. Likewise, the athletes' understanding of the athlete's daily nutritional adequacy and the regulation of the athlete's nutritional intake during the training period is in the good category. So it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes is in the good category.

This study. aims to reveal.the effect of the implementation of entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness students. This type of research is associative descriptive. The study population is all students of class XII at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 75 students as samples. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the. Implementation of entrepreneurial learning has a significant influence on the readiness..of..entrepreneurial grade XII students at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung; (2) self-efficacy has a significant influence on entrepreneurial readiness of class XII students at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung; (3) the implementation of entrepreneurship learning and self-efficacy together have a significant effect of 63.2% on..the readiness..of entrepreneurship..in class XII..students..at vocational high school 1 Lubuk Basung.Keywords : entrepreneurship learning, self-efficacy, entrepreneurship readiness

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence self efficacy and learning motivation to learning outcomr. This research used survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 with likert scale,. The respondents are students of Vocational High School in Kabupaten Bandung Barat . Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result of the study revealed self efficacy and motivation learning both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward influenced students’ learning outcomes. Hidden curriculum is an integral part of the implementation of the education system. The existence of a hidden curriculum is absolutely necessary as a means of transfering positive character values to students. This study aims to determine the shape and implementation of hidden curriculum at Ehipassiko High School as one of the schools characterized by Buddhism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the study show that the hidden curriculum that appears in actual curriculum practice is reflected in learning activities such as: (a) the initial, core, and final activities of learning, (b) attached to all subjects; (c) student attitudes and comliance, and (d) exemplary teacher. Hidden curriculum in the learning process has a function as a tool and methid to increase the repertoire of students knowledge as well as a melting atmosphere of learning, resenting a respected and interesting teahing educator mode, so as to arouse students interest in learning. This research is expected to be an input for Ehipassiko Hidh School n particular and Buddhist schools in general to improve the quality of good Buddhist education.

ABSTRACT Vocational High School (SMK) S 8 Grakarsa Bengkulu which is located on Jl. Adam Malik Km 8, Kel. Sido Mulyo, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection technique in this study was by means of Observation, Interview, Questionnaire and Documentation, when teaching students the teacher went through (3) stages, namely the initial, core and closing stages of using learning media, knowing the concept of learning media, who used learning media, the stages of making learning media and internal and external factors that were found when video-based learning media were applied, in the implementation of learning in the room, students were seen to be active and enthusiastic in participating in learning because the teacher used video-based media by sending videos via android with an attractive display and media on when learning takes place, so that learning is interesting and good.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the teacher performance in vocational school. This research used a quantitative approach. Data collection technique was by distributing a questionnaire using a five-likert scale. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Samples taken from each school amounted to 3 teachers from each department, so there were 42 respondents from 5 schools. Validity test used the Pearson product moment. The analysis technique used to answer the research hypothesis uses simple linear regression. The results showed that teacher compensation had an effect on teacher performance in vocational high school.
