This study aimed to reveal the Implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers’ performances. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered rating scale model questionnaire between one to five measurement. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The data analysis technique employed simple regression. The result shows that the implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 affects the teachers’ performances partially and significantly.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008) terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008)  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan parsial terhadap kinerja guru.

This study is aimed to analyze the influence of professional competence of teachers and powerpoint as a media of learning on the effectiveness of learning. This study employed explanatory survey method. This research also used data collection technique in the form of questionnaire with rating scale model. Respondents of this study include students of a Vocational High School in Bandung. Data analysis technique in this research is regression technique. The results show that the professional competence of teachers and powerpoint as a media of learning have a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of learning, either partially or simultaneously. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru dan media pembelajaran powerpoint terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan model rating scale. Responden adalah siswa salah satu SMK Swasta di Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas Competency Based Training, tingkat penguasaan kompetensi siswa dan Pengaruh Efektivitas Competency Based Training terhadap kompetensi siswa Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji masalah rendahnya kompetensi siswa. Rendahnya kompetensi siswa ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Competency Based Training diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kompetensi Siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 4. Kemudian responden adalah siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Kota Bandung sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Competency Based Training berada pada kategori efektif; (2) tingkat penguasaan kompetensi siswa berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) Competency Based Training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa. Dengan demikian kompetensi siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efektivitas Competency Based Training.Kata Kunci: kompetensi siswa, pelatihan berbasis kompetensi IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS’ COMPETENCY THROUGH COMPETENCY  BASED TRAINING EFFECTIVENESSThe purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Competency Based Training, the level of student’s competency, and the effect of Competency Based Training on student’s competency This research focuses on issue of low student competency. The aim of this research is to measure the influence of motivation towards teachers’ work effectivity. The research used survey method. Collecting data technique used a Likert scale model questionnaire by scoring between 1 up to 5.  The respondents were all of the teachers of SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data analysis technique which used was simple regression. The result showed that motivation has a positive influence towards effectiveness of teachers’ work significantly. It means that work effectiveness can be improved by increasing motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh motivasi terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket model skala Likert dengan rentang skor 1-5. Responden adalah seluruh guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. This study aims to analyze the effect of office spatial on work effectiveness of employees by using survey method. This study performed data collection by using a questionnaire with a range of scores 1 to 5. Respondents of the study consisted of the employees of the Office of Education of Bandung City. This study used simple regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results reveal that the office spatial brings positive effects on the work effectiveness of employees. Therefore, the work effectiveness of employees can be improved through the improvement of office spatial conditions.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan rentang skor antara 1 sampai 5menggunakan model rating scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tata ruang kantor memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, efektivitas kerja pegawai dapat meningkat melalui adanya peningkatan kondisi tata ruang kantor.

The study aimed to reveal the figure of the levels of the implementation of quality management system and teachers’ performance efectivity. On the other hand, it was also intended to uncover the effect of the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers’ performance efectivity in SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered interval scale model. The data analysis technique employed simple linear regression. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung by 90 of respondents. Based on the analysis results, the figure of the implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 is in the effective category; and the teachers’ performance efectivity is in the high condition. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the Implementation of quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 (X) affects the teachers’ performance efectivity (Y) positvely and significantly.ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu, dan efektivitas kerja guru. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala interval. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 berada pada kategori efektif, dan gambaran efektivitas kerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas kerja guru (Y).

This study aimed to analyze the influence of workplace environment and discipline toward the performance of employees. Workplace environment and discipline were factors that presumed have an important role as supporting the success of employees in achieving good performance results. This research used explanatory survey method and data were collected by using questionnaire with score that ranged from 1 to 3 rating scale model. Respondents were 28 employees in the Bureau of Personnel of Indonesia University of Education. Techniques of data analysis used simple and multiple regressions. The results of research showed that the workplace environment and discipline had a positive and significant impact on employees’ performance, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore, the performance of employees can be improved through improving the workplace environment and discipline of employee.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan dan disiplin kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang diduga memiliki peran penting sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pegawai dalam meraih hasil kinerja yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 3 model rating scale,. Responden adalah pegawai di Biro Kepegawaian Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia yang berjumlah 28 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa lingkungan dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Oleh karena itu, kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa salah satu universitas di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat mutu layanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian lembaga perlu meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik agar kepuasan mahasiswanya pun meningkat.Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswaACADEMIC SERVICE QUALITY AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT SATISFACTIONThe aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. This research used explanatory survey method. The data were obtained used questionnaire with likert scale model. The respondents in this reseach were 348 student of university in Bandung.  The data was analyzed by using simple regression. The result of the data analysis revealed that academic service quality was classified as middle category, also student satisfaction classified as middle category. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction. Thus the organization need to improve academic service quality that the student satisfaction is also improve.Keywords: academic service quality, student satisfaction

The problem raised in this study is less optimum of student’s learning achievement in facility and infrastructure administration subject of class XI Administration office. This research was conducted to find out how teacher’s teaching creativity and interactional communication influence student’s learning achievement in facility and infrastructure administration of class XI office administration 2017/2018.This research uses explanatory survey method, and the data collection technique used is a questionnare with Likert scale model. The sample of the study are 102 students from 136 students of the total population of class XI office administration 207/2018  The data for analysis technique used is multiple regresion analysis.The result of hypothesis analysis testing obtained the conclusion that there is an influence between theacher’s creativity and interactional communication to student’s learning achievement that simultaneously have a strong influence in facility and infrastructure subject of class XI office administration.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMKN 11 Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari kreativitas mengajar guru dan komunikasi interaksional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana kelas XI Administrasi Pekantoran 2017/2018.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanatory dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dengan model Skala Likert. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 siswa dari jumlah populasi 136 siswa dari kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Untuk teknik analsis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda.Hasil dari analisis dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kreativitas mengajar guru dan komunikasi interaksional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Administrasi Sarana dan Prasarana kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran yang secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat.

This research aims to analyze student’s motivation learning, which is developed by keterampilan mengajar guru. This research employed survey method. Data colletion techniques used question form with rating scale model on scale of 1-5. The respondents consisted of students of the private vocational high schools in Cimahi. Data were analyzed with regression technique. The result of this research show that teacher’s teaching skills had positive influence on student’s motivation learning. So, student’s motivation learning can be improved by improvement of keterampilan mengajar guru.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis motivasi belajar siswa yang dikembangkan melalui keterampilan mengajar guru di kelas. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 dengan model rating scale. Responden adalah siswa dari salah satu SMK Swasta di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan mengajar guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa secara parsial. Sehingga motivasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan keterampilan mengajar guru.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru sebagai determinan terhadap minat belajar siswa yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang memuaskannya nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa serta masih banyaknya siswa yang tidak hadir tanpa keterangan. Kajian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan data yang diambil menggunakan metode survey, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar pada 54 responden yaitu siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di salah satu SMK di Kota Bandung. Model angket yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kompetensi profesional guru dan minat belajar siswa dikategorikan sedang dan hasil kajian dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru adalah faktor determinan dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: kompetensi profesional guru, minat belajar siswa TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT LEARNING INTERESTThis study aims to determine teachers professional competence as a determinant of  student interest in learning and motivated by the lack of satisfying student scores of knowledge and skills, and there are many students who are absent without explanation. This study used simple linear regression test as analysis technique with data taken by using survey method, while data collection technique using a questionnaire that was distributed to 54 respondents are students of class X Office Administration Program in one of Bandung Vocational School. Questionnaire model that used in this study is a likert scale model. Based on this research, professional competence of teachers and students' learning interest are in middle category and results from this study also shown that the professional competence of teachers is determinant factors and has significant impact on student learning  interest.Keywords: teachers’ professional competence, student learning interest
