Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa, juga untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa salah satu universitas di Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat mutu layanan akademik berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian lembaga perlu meningkatkan mutu layanan akademik agar kepuasan mahasiswanya pun meningkat.Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswaACADEMIC SERVICE QUALITY AS DETERMINANT OF STUDENT SATISFACTIONThe aim of this research is to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction. The aim of this research is to measure the influence of motivation towards teachers’ work effectivity. The research used survey method. Collecting data technique used a Likert scale model questionnaire by scoring between 1 up to 5.  The respondents were all of the teachers of SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Data analysis technique which used was simple regression. The result showed that motivation has a positive influence towards effectiveness of teachers’ work significantly. It means that work effectiveness can be improved by increasing motivation.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh motivasi terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket model skala Likert dengan rentang skor 1-5. Responden adalah seluruh guru di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja guru. Dengan demikian efektivitas kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan motivasi.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Media Utilization on Entrepreneurial Interest in Students at STMM Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were 94 students at STMM Yogyakarta. Data was collected by survey method by giving a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Simple Regression analysis, and t test which was operated through the SPSS program. The results showed that the use of online media had a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in students at STMM Yogyakarta.

The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

This research aims to determine and test the effect of service quality and profit sharing on customesrs’satisfaction of Mudharabah savings in Gorontalo branch office. This is a quantitative research. The research populations were customers at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Gorontalo Branch Office. The sample used in this research amounted to 90 customers. Primary datawerecollected through questionnaire whichwasthen processed using IBM SPSS 25 application. The data analysis method used simple regression analysis.The results indicate that there is positive and significant influence of service quality and profit sharing on Customers’ Satisfaction of Mudharabah savings at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Gorontalo Branch Office with value of 1,178 in its significance of 0.242, and the rest is affected by other factors out of this research discussion.

This research aims to analyze the influence of teaching styles on student learning outcomes on subjects Correspondence using explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used a 5-scale questionnaire with a ratting scale model. Respondents are 105 students of SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results showed that the teaching style has a positive and significant influence on the learning outcomes. Thus the learning outcomes can be improved through the increased effectiveness of teaching styles.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Korespondensi dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket skala 5 dengan model ratting scale. Responden adalah 105 siswa SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan demikian hasil belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan efektivitas gaya mengajar.

Evaluation of service quality at Prabumulih College of Economics is needed to find out what is actually expected and perceived by students with what has been offered. This study aims to determine the effect of academic service quality on student satisfaction at the Prabumulih College of Economics. The method used in this study is a survey method. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the interview method that is equipped with a questionnaire that has been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from related companies, as well as several library sources in the form of journals and books relating to this research. And the method used in this research is survey method. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the interview method that is equipped with a questionnaire that has been prepared. In this study, what will be analyzed is the effect of service quality consisting of 1) tangible (direct evidence) including physical facilities, equipment, employees, and communication facilities; 2) reliability, which is the ability to provide the promised service immediately, accurately and satisfactorily; 3) responsiveness (responsiveness), namely the desire of staff to help customers and provide services responsively; 4) assurance, including knowledge, competence, courtesy, and trustworthiness of staff, free from danger, risk or doubt; and 5) empathy (empathy), including ease in establishing relationships, good communication, personal attention, and understanding of the individual needs of customers. The results showed that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, concern and student satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction. Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the level of academic service quality, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of the quality of academic service on student satisfaction. (6) the influence of satisfaction on the achievement of learners, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on the achievement of learners mediated by the satisfaction of learners. The research method used, namely quantitative approach with descriptive-correlational. Population in this research was as many as 1582. For sampling by using purposive sampling technique and stratified random sampling so that obtained by sampel as much as 323 respondents. In this study the questionnaire is used to collect data. The data analysis by using path analysis. The result of the research shows that: (1) the quality of the academic service quality is in the high category, (2) the students' satisfaction level in the high category, (3) the achievement level of the students is in the medium category, (4) 6) there is a significant influence of students' satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is significant influence of academic service quality toward the achievement of students who mediated with student satisfaction variable at SMPN in Ponggok sub-district, Blitar regency. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat kualitas layanan akademik, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik, (4) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, (5) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) pengaruh kepuasan terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) pengaruh kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan deskriptif-korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1582. Untuk pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 323 responden. Dalam penelitian ini angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Adapun untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kualitas kualitas layanan akademik berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta didik pada kategori tinggi, (3) tingkat prestasi peserta didik berada pada kategori sedang, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan peserta didik (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan peserta didik terhadap prestasi peserta didik, dan (7) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas layanan akademik terhadap prestasi peserta didik yang dimediasi oleh variabel kepuasan peserta didik pada SMPN se-Kecamatan Ponggok Kabupaten Blitar.

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu  pelayanan terhadap  kepuasan  dan perilaku loyalitas mahasiswa serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan terhadap perilaku loyalitas  mahasiswa di Universitas YARSI.  Selain itu penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan memediasi pengaruh mutu pelayanan terhadap perilaku loyalitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas YARSI. Penelitiaan dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 78 mahasiswa  Universitas YARSI. Alat analisis data dengan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan perilaku loyalitas. Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku loyalitas mahasiswa  Universitas YARSI . Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memediasi pengaruh mutu pelayanan terhadap perilaku loyalitas mahasiswa di  Universitas YARSI.Kata kunci :  Mutu Pelayanan, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Mahasiswa, Universitas YARSIThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction and loyalty behavior and to determine the effect of satisfaction on student loyalty behavior at YARSI University. Besides this research is also to find out whether satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on loyalty behavior. The research population is YARSI University students. The research was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 78 YARSI University students. Data analysis tool with path analysis. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty behavior. Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on student loyalty behavior at YARSI University. This study aimed to reveal the Implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 on the teachers’ performances. It employed a survey method. The data collection technique covered rating scale model questionnaire between one to five measurement. The respondent of the study were ninety teachers of SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The data analysis technique employed simple regression. The result shows that the implementation of resource management based on ISO 9001:2008 affects the teachers’ performances partially and significantly.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008) terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Negeri 3 Bandung sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi manajemen sumber daya berbasis (ISO 9001:2008)  memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan parsial terhadap kinerja guru.
