This research was conducted at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. This research aims to analyze the influence of industrial internship program towards students’ competency of grade XII at SMK Bina Karya Lembang. The type of the research is survey research. The data were collected by using questionnaire with a score ranging from 1 to 5 Likert scale model. The respondents of this research were students grade XII of SMK Bina Wisata Lembang with the Expertise Program of Office Administration. This research consists of two variables namely industrial internship program (X) and students’ competency (Y). Furthermore, this research employs descriptive and verified methods. The data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis. Based on the result of the study, it is obtained that industrial internship program brings positive and significant impacts towards students’ competency partially. Therefore,  students’ competency can be improved through the improvement of industrial internship program.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh program praktek kerja industri terhadap kompetensi siswa kelas XII di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu program praktek kerja industri (X) dan kompetensi siswa (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa program praktek kerja industri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa, secara parsial. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan program praktek kerja industri.

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence teache’s creativity on teaching towards the student learning interest in entrepreneurship with used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question model on scale of 1-5 form with likert scale. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in Vocational High School in Cimahi. The technique of data collection with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information which are the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan dengan menggunakan metode survey explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model likert scale. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Cimahi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK di Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif, agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) allows marketers to differentiate their consumers into different personas and understand what motivates consumers in purchasing decisions so that marketers use AI to identify and predict consumer behavior, and through this information marketers are able to build unique experiences for consumers. This study tests and measures the effect of AI on customer experience by using simple regression analysis with four dimensions of AI: mechanical intelligence, analytical intelligence, intuitive intelligence and empathetic intelligence on the four dimensions of customer experience: immersion, flow, cognitive fit and emotional fit with a four-point Likert scale. Based on the results of study on 116 respondents, it it known that both AI and Gojek's customer experience are good and there is a significant effect of AI on customer experience. Artificial Intelligence (AI) memungkinkan pemasar untuk membedakan konsumennya menjadi persona yang berbeda dan memahami apa yang memotivasi konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian sehingga pemasar menggunakan AI untuk mengidentifikasi dan memprediksi perilaku konsumen, dan melalui informasi ini pemasar mampu membangun pengalaman unik bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengukur pengaruh AI terhadap customer experience dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan empat dimensi AI: mechanical intelligence, analytical intelligence, intuitive intelligence dan empathetic intelligence terhadap empat dimensi customer experience: immersion, flow, cognitive fit dan emotional fit dengan skala Likert empat poin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terhadap 116 responden, didapatkan bahwa baik AI maupun customer experience Gojek dinilai baik dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan AI terhadap customer experience.

This study aims to determine the effect of problematic financing on profitability in Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in the City of Bekasi and the efforts of the management of the Islamic People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in Bekasi City in overcoming problematic financing. This research is "qualitative" namely research that studies a number of information relating to financing. To process data in this study using quantitative analysis in the form of Simple Regression analysis (Likert scale), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) with SPSS version 23.00. The results of data processing by researchers have the value of validity and reliability can be used as the basis for retrieval of data, and the results of simple regression analysis with r square of 0.047. shows that H0 is accepted which shows that there is no significant effect of Non Performing Financing on Profit in BPRS in Bekasi City.

This study aimed at investigating the implementation of academic supervision by principals, from the planning, implementation, and follow-up. Academic supervision gave impact on teachers performance. Teachers evaluations will be seen from the lesson plan, the implementation of instruction, assessment of learners and the follow-up. To achieve these objectives, we used quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results showed there was significant correlation between the academic supervision by principals towards the teachers performance. If the academic supervision increases, the teachers performance will also increase.

This research was conducted at State Vocational School of 1 Subang. This study aimed to analyze the influence of pedagogic and social competence on students’ learning achievement. This study was focused on the factors which influencing students’ learning achievement from external factors. The method used in this research was Explanatory Survey. Data were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale model, which will be analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 56 students of grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang. From the result of hypothetical test, it was obtained that pedagogic and social competence had positive effect to students’ learning achievement on subject introduction of office administration in grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa dari faktor eksternal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Survey. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan model skala likert, yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Responden adalah 56 siswa kelas X Kelas Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, didapatkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada pengenalan subjek administrasi perkantoran di kelas X Kelas Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang.

Children are often forced to follow the wishes of their parents, which often leads to aggressive behavior, so that self-control is needed to minimize aggression. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all citizens of Makassar who are married and have children. Determination of the sample with the krejcie and Morgan tables, the total sample was 384 respondents. Methods of data collection through a questionnaire with a Likert scale model, and hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis. The results obtained were a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With a regression coefficient value of - 0.435 and an R Square value of 0.049 or equal to 4.9%. So that the results of this study state that there is a significant negative effect of self control on the aggression behavior of parents towards children in Makassar City. This means that if self-control increases, the aggression behavior of parents towards children will decrease, and vice versa.

ABSTRACTThe study investigates the effect of leadership style on employee’s work stress in ESS Transportation Management Service Telkom. The data were collected from 92 employees and obtained using a questionnaire consisted of 29 items with 6 point Likert scale. Desciptive analysis used to illustratedthe leadership style and work stress level inside the organization. Simple regression analysis was used to analyze the data and to measure the relation between independent and dependent variables. Employee perceives that the leadership style implemented in the organization was already appropriate and in line with their expectation regarding how their leader should engage the work relation. Meanwihle, the work stress level among employees were low. The regression analysis revealed the negative relation between leadership style and work stress level. When employeesperceived that their leader was act accordance to what their expectaion then the stress level will lessen. The coefficient of determination was 0.321. This mean the leadership style can only explain 32.1% of work stress, then the organization need to identify other factors which also affect the work stress. The comparison with the previous literatures also discussed.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap tingkat stres kerja karyawan di Divisi ESS Transportation Management Service Telkom. Data penelitian diperoleh daripenyebaran kuesioner terhadap 92 orang responden. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 29 pertanyaan dengan skala Likert 6 poin. Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan tingkat gaya kepemimpinan dan tingkat stres yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara dua ariabel tersebut digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa karyawan merasa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan sudahsesuai dengan apa yang mereka harapkan. Mereka menilai bahwa pemimpin sudah menerapkan gaya yang tepat dalam setiap kondisi yang terkait pekerjaan. Tingkat stres karyawan di perusahaan ini relatif rendah. Selanjutnya, analisis regresi memperlihatkan hubungan signifikan negatif antara gaya kepemimpinan dan tingkat stres. Karyawan yang merasa sesuai dengan gaya kepemimpinan atasan akan memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih rendah. Koefisien determinasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 0.321. ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan hanya dapat menjelaskan tingkat stres sebesar 32.1% of work stress. Hasil ini menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor lain penyebab stres. Pembahasan di dalam penelitian ini akan menyajikan pula hasil riset terdahulu dari berbagai latar belakang budaya

Objectives. Previous research has shown that the acquisition of personal pronouns benefits from input with higher amounts of stable reference. This paper aims to provide more evidence of how input is structured. The language under study is Slovak, a pro-drop language, allowing to extend the study of input to verb marking. Participants and setting. The longitudinal study follows speech directed to three children in two families from the age 1;9 to 3;0. Hypotheses. It was hypothesised that the incidence of the first and second person singular pronouns and verb marking as expressions with shifting reference grows with the child’s age while the incidence of proper names and category names as expressions with stable reference decreases with the child’s age. Statistical analysis. Occurrences of first and second person singular pronouns and verb marking as expressions with shifting reference as well as proper names and category names referring to the speaker and addressee as expressions with stable reference were found and analysed. Simple regression analysis testing was conducted on the data. Results. The results confirm the hypothesis, showing an increase in the first and second person singular pronouns and verb marking over time, at the expense of proper names and category names referring to the speaker and the addressee. Study limitations. The study is limited by the size of the sample.
