This research was conducted at State Vocational School of 1 Subang. This study aimed to analyze the influence of pedagogic and social competence on students’ learning achievement. This study was focused on the factors which influencing students’ learning achievement from external factors. The method used in this research was Explanatory Survey. Data were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale model, which will be analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Respondents were 56 students of grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang. From the result of hypothetical test, it was obtained that pedagogic and social competence had positive effect to students’ learning achievement on subject introduction of office administration in grade X of Office Administration Class in State Vocational School of 1 Subang.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa dari faktor eksternal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Survey. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan model skala likert, yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Responden adalah 56 siswa kelas X Kelas Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang. Dari hasil uji hipotesis, didapatkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik dan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada pengenalan subjek administrasi perkantoran di kelas X Kelas Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Subang.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how to student's perception about the pedagogical competence of accounting lecturer in the learning process, whether there is significant influence between the pedagogic competence of accounting  lecturer and professioalism of accounting lecturer with learning motivation accounting student at the Pamulang University in academic year 2015/2016. This research uses descriptive method that involved 169 respondent by using questionnaires. Analyzed using a statistical simple regression analysis  (SPSS V.23). Result showed that the variables (pedagogical competence of accounting lecturer and professioalism of accounting lecturer) simultaneously positive effect on learning motivation. Keywords: pedagogical competence, professionalism, learning motivation

This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Learning Habits and Learning Motivation on the Learning Achievements in Workshop Theory for Diploma III Aircraft Engineering Students in Aviation Politechnic Surabaya 2018/2019. The Effect of Study Habits and Learning Motivation together in Workshop Theory for Diploma III Aircraft Engineering Students in Aviation Politechnic Surabaya 2018/2019. This research includes Ex-post Facto with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 48 students of Diploma III Aircraft Engineering in Aviation Politechnic Surabaya 2018/2019. Data collection techniques are done through documentation and questionnaires. Documentation is used to obtain data on the number of students and Workshop Theory Learning Achievement data, while the questionnaire is used to collect data on Learning Habits and Learning Motivation variables that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used simple regression analysis and multiple predictor regression analysis. Before conducting the hypothesis test, the analysis prerequisite test is linearity test and multicollinearity test. Simple regression analysis is used to test the first and second hypotheses, while the double regression analysis of two predictors is used to test the third hypothesis. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence on Study Habits and Learning Motivation on Learning Achievements in Workshop Theory for Students of Diploma III Aircraft Engineering in Aviation Politechnic Surabaya 2018/2019, proven by the results of testing the study habits and learning motivation variables that have a t-value of 0,000. With a t-value below 0.050, the variables of study habits and learning motivation are very significant influences on learning achievement.

Disability employees are still relatively few employed in he company. When disability employees have to work in tandem with normal employees, of course there will be a little different treatment from their normal coworkers. It will have a impact on psychological conditions especially on mental health and workplace well-being disability employee, both in internal and external factors. This study examined the effect of workplace well-being on mental health. The study was conducted at one company located in Garut, West Java. Total participants are 70 employee with disability (30 men and 40 women). The researcher used a workplace well-being Questionaire and General Health Questionare (QHG). Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of workplace well-being on mental health. It can be seen from the significance value of 0,000 less than 0.005.

This research was conducted at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. This research aims to analyze the influence of industrial internship program towards students’ competency of grade XII at SMK Bina Karya Lembang. The type of the research is survey research. The data were collected by using questionnaire with a score ranging from 1 to 5 Likert scale model. The respondents of this research were students grade XII of SMK Bina Wisata Lembang with the Expertise Program of Office Administration. This research consists of two variables namely industrial internship program (X) and students’ competency (Y). Furthermore, this research employs descriptive and verified methods. The data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis. Based on the result of the study, it is obtained that industrial internship program brings positive and significant impacts towards students’ competency partially. Therefore,  students’ competency can be improved through the improvement of industrial internship program.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai 5 model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu program praktek kerja industri (X) dan kompetensi siswa (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa program praktek kerja industri memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi siswa, secara parsial. Oleh karena itu, kompetensi siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan program praktek kerja industri.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity on entrepreneurial motivation in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Padang. The population in this study were 1,209 students. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 300 students. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study using simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that creativity has a significant and positive effect on student entrepreneurial motivation.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh prokrastinasi akademik terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di Salah satu SMK swasta di Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey explanasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran 2 di salah satu SMK swasta di Bandung yang telah tersertifikasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model skala yang diadaptasi dari responden. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik berada pada kategori hamper tinggi, dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantorann kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran 2 di salah satu SMK swasta di Bandung berada pada kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil bahwa prokrastinasi akademik baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Artikel ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan perilaku siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan atau ciri-ciri prokrastinasi akademik dalam penerapan pembelajaran untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi akademik siswa agar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran siswa dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar-nya.Kata Kunci: prokrastinasi akademik, prestasi belajar siswa. ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION REDUCE STUDENTS ACHIEVEMENTThis article aims to describe the results of research on academic procrastination effect on student achievement in One of the private vocational school in Bandung . This research method used survey method explanatory . Respondents in this research were 48 students of class XI competence in Office Administration 2 in One of the private vocational school in Bandung which has been certified. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was developed using scale models adapted from the respondents . The collected data were analyzed using simple regression analysis .The result of the data analysis revealed that Academic procrastination included almost high category, meanwhile the student achievement in the skill competence of office administration class at one of the private vocational school in Bandung included in low category. Based on the coefficient calculation of simple regression, the result revealed that academic procrastination partially and simultaneously, has the significant influence toward student achievement. The article suggested that the teachers pay more attention to the behavior of students who have a tendency or characteristics of academic procrastination in the application of learning to reduce students' academic procrastination in the implementation of learning activities that students can improve his learning achievement.Keywords: intelligence quotion, student achievement.

This research aims to determine influence of spiritual intelligence on students achievement and differences in learning achievement between male and female in sharia economics students at Palu. The method used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample is 100 students based on criteria. Data analysis includes: normality test, simple regression analysis and T-test. The results of this research indicate that spiritual intelligent had a significant influence on student achievement in sharia economics student at Palu and there are differences in learning achievement between male and female in sharia economics students at Palu.

Children are often forced to follow the wishes of their parents, which often leads to aggressive behavior, so that self-control is needed to minimize aggression. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all citizens of Makassar who are married and have children. Determination of the sample with the krejcie and Morgan tables, the total sample was 384 respondents. Methods of data collection through a questionnaire with a Likert scale model, and hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis. The results obtained were a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. With a regression coefficient value of - 0.435 and an R Square value of 0.049 or equal to 4.9%. So that the results of this study state that there is a significant negative effect of self control on the aggression behavior of parents towards children in Makassar City. This means that if self-control increases, the aggression behavior of parents towards children will decrease, and vice versa.

Based on the results of simple regression analysis with summary models obtained R = 0.608 or rh = 0.608. It aims to find out the hypothesis rejected or accepted with N = 40 while rt = 0.312 then obtained 0.608 ,3 0.312 from these results it can be concluded that Hα is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between Hizbul Wathon's Scout Character Education with learning achievement. Regression equation, obtained from the determinant coefficient value R ² = 0.370 with the meaning that the character education of Hizbul Wathan contributed to the learning achievement of 37%. So it can be concluded that learning achievement is influenced by Hizbul Wathan's Character Education by 37% while the remaining 63% is influenced by factors outside this study. The simple regression analysis test results obtained by the regression equation: Y = 46.257 + 0.459 X. Based on the simple regression equation can be obtained a constant (α) of 46.257 with the understanding that if the Character Education Hizbul Wathan (X) or equal to zero (0) then the level of achievement learning (Y) of 46,257 units, the variable Hizbul Wathan Character Education (X) obtained a coefficient value of 0.459 which means that if the value of Hizbul Wathan Character Education (X) increases by one unit then the learning achievement (Y) will increase by 0.459 units. Hypothesis testing is done through testing the significance of the regression coefficient of Hizbul Wathan's Character Education variable. With the hypothesis of Hizbul Wathan's Character Education influencing student achievement. The analysis shows that the regression coefficient is 0.459 with a significance level of α = 5%, then the regression coefficient is significant because ρ = 0,000> 0.05.

ABSTRACTThe study investigates the effect of leadership style on employee’s work stress in ESS Transportation Management Service Telkom. The data were collected from 92 employees and obtained using a questionnaire consisted of 29 items with 6 point Likert scale. Desciptive analysis used to illustratedthe leadership style and work stress level inside the organization. Simple regression analysis was used to analyze the data and to measure the relation between independent and dependent variables. Employee perceives that the leadership style implemented in the organization was already appropriate and in line with their expectation regarding how their leader should engage the work relation. Meanwihle, the work stress level among employees were low. The regression analysis revealed the negative relation between leadership style and work stress level. When employeesperceived that their leader was act accordance to what their expectaion then the stress level will lessen. The coefficient of determination was 0.321. This mean the leadership style can only explain 32.1% of work stress, then the organization need to identify other factors which also affect the work stress. The comparison with the previous literatures also discussed.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap tingkat stres kerja karyawan di Divisi ESS Transportation Management Service Telkom. Data penelitian diperoleh daripenyebaran kuesioner terhadap 92 orang responden. Kuesioner yang digunakan memiliki 29 pertanyaan dengan skala Likert 6 poin. Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menjelaskan tingkat gaya kepemimpinan dan tingkat stres yang dipersepsikan oleh karyawan. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara dua ariabel tersebut digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa karyawan merasa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan sudahsesuai dengan apa yang mereka harapkan. Mereka menilai bahwa pemimpin sudah menerapkan gaya yang tepat dalam setiap kondisi yang terkait pekerjaan. Tingkat stres karyawan di perusahaan ini relatif rendah. Selanjutnya, analisis regresi memperlihatkan hubungan signifikan negatif antara gaya kepemimpinan dan tingkat stres. Karyawan yang merasa sesuai dengan gaya kepemimpinan atasan akan memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih rendah. Koefisien determinasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah 0.321. ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan hanya dapat menjelaskan tingkat stres sebesar 32.1% of work stress. Hasil ini menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor lain penyebab stres. Pembahasan di dalam penelitian ini akan menyajikan pula hasil riset terdahulu dari berbagai latar belakang budaya
