The Islamic work ethic and productivity are parts of the work concept that raise value in forming good personality in the work based on the recommendation of the principle in Islam. The research investigated 40 employees as research samples through the utilization of quantitative methods: questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and observation. The used analysis included validity test, reliability test, statistical collinearity test, partial test, and determination test (R2). The tool in analyzing the data was path way analysis with the Smart Pls 3.0 program. The results found that the Islamic Work Ethic has a positive washback on Employee Performance, Work Quality, and Productivity. Employee Performance has a positive washback on employee performance with a positive and significant effect on work quality. Productivity does not significantly influence employee performance, and it also does not significantly influence work quality.

This research aims to find out how much religious understanding, Islamic work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and education affect the professionalism of performance in sharia insurance employees in Samarinda City. The research method used in this study is quantitative research, with a population of 16 respondents from 3 Islamic insurance companies in Samarinda and all employees became respondents. The data instruments used in this study are validity test with product moment correlation formula, reliability test, classic assumption test, with analysis of multiple linear regression test data, partial test (t test), and f test, where to see the effect that occurs between variables free, religious understanding, Islamic work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and education (X) with dependent variable on employee performance (Y). The results of this study indicate data analysis, religious understanding variables, Islamic work ethic, and education do not have a significant effect on the professionalism of employee performance. While the discipline and responsibility variables have a significant influence on the professionalism of employee performance. Then the variables of religious understanding, Islamic work ethic, discipline, responsibility, and education together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the professionalism of employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. This study used  a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires and observations. With a population of 76 respondents. Analysis of the data used  the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Khasrisma Busana Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The F test results are 70,878> F table = 2,92 simultaneously. Partially work motivation of 8.433> t table 1.993 has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation of 4.564> 1.993 has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the work environment and intrinsic motivation significantly simultaneously on the performance of Sushi Tei Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya employees. With a population of 85 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection is through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the analysis of the influence of the work environment and intrinsic motivation on the performance of employees at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Sushi Tei on the results of the t test of the work environment wascalculated as -4.971 <Ttable 1.666 and intrinsic motivation of Tcount 13.189> Ttable 1.666. For the results of the F test it is known that Fcount 110,267> Ftable 3.11, it can be concluded that environmental variables and intrinsic motivation have ainfluence simultaneouson employee performance

The study was conducted at the collection division of PT. Summit Oto Finance Pekanbaru with the aim of research to determine the effect of sanctions from disciplinary actions on employee performance. The number of samples used was 42 people, using the census method. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and T test. The results of the analysis using SPSS can be seen that the position reduction variable has a negative effect on performance, transfer of position and termination has a positive effect on employee performance while complaints to parties authority does not affect employee performance. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination, the results are 82.2% and the remaining 17.8% are not examined

This study aims to determine the relationship between intrinsic motivation and communication on improving the performance of cashier employees at Transmart Ngagel Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. With a population of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the influence of intrinsic motivation and communication on the performance of the cashier employees at Transmart Ngagel Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The result of the F test is 69,428> F table 3.09 simultaneously. Partially intrinsic motivation of 6.464> t table 1.985 has a significant influence on employee performance, communication 4.066> t table 1.985 has a significant influence on employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of nonfinancial compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Bakrie Pipe Industries Bekasi partially and simultaneously. The research this use  quantitative approach by using interview and questionnaire. The samples using purposive sampling technique with Slovin formula resulted 217 respondent samples. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test. The result of the research found that: (1) Nonfinancial compensation has no significant effect on employee performance; (2) Motivation have significant effect on employee performance; (3) Job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance; and (4) Nonfinancial compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction have significant effect on employee performance. The research had purposed to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment toward Employees Performance and to determine the variable that had dominant influence on imployees Performance on Department of Agriculture in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The research had been done through survey opproach, the sample of research were the employees on Department of Agriculture in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province and the amount about 50 people. The data collected by questioner’s deployment and documentation. Analyzing tool used are validity test, reliability test, and test of classic assumption, multiple linier regression, t test and coefficient determination (R), then the data was processed use the SPSS. Result of research shows that partially work environment had negative and insignificant influence on employee’s performance, while leadership and motivation positively and significant had influence toward imployees performence on Department of Agriculture in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province.

Leadership style within the company or in the project location greatly influences the work progress. The use of improper leadership style would influence the execution of the project, which would have a negative impact on the success of the project. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style by using several indicators of leadership style, namely traits, temperament, habits, character and personality. The analytical method used in this study is the validity test, reliability test, determination test (R) and t-test. The data was obtained using questionnaires distributed at the research location. The results of the study indicated that the validity test and the reliability test was shown to be valid and reliable, an error rate of 95% or 0.05 resulted in the determination test results, which produced 88% of the variable variation in employee performance which can be explained by leadership style variables. While the t-test yielded the results of X1 = 2,71, X2 = 3,230, X3 = 4,278, X4 = 7,217 and X5 = 3,253, all of which are significant. Based on the results of the test, it can be interpreted that the leadership style has a significant and positive influence on performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Surabaya Regional Ojek Drivers Online. With a sample of 100 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the Influence of the Effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of Surabaya Regional Ojek Drivers on positive and significant results. The f test results were known at 214,590> f table 17,354 simultaneously. Partially compensation amounted to .211 t table 3,985 Significant effect on motivation of .119 t table of 2.689 has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction of .253 t table 4.194 has a significant effect on employee performance
