The Principles of Information Processing In Electronic Medical Monitoring System

The article is devoted to the intellectualization of information processing in the electronic monitoring technologies related to health care. The modern place of electronic and mobile health (eHealth and mHealth) in the world and in Russia is described. The world and Russian market of mobile electronic monitoring technology in health care is considered. Examples of medical devices and applications of electronic monitoring are given. The system of medical electronic monitoring, its functionality, equipment and subsystems are brought to a sharper focus. Possible intellectualization of information processing at different levels of the system is defined.

Currently, dry mixes (CDM) play an important role in the development of the world market of building materials. The industry of construction and finishing materials in Russia is quite young: the first time the dry building mixes appeared on the Russian market in the late 1980s, the consumption structure of CDM in the domestic market the main share (70%) are in the adhesive and plasters. The use of other compositions, in particular mixtures for self – leveling floors, does not have significant volumes and often the reason for this is the lack of design solutions and the low level of qualification of specialists at different levels from workers to designers who do not own CDM technologies.

The health care system around the world, both in developed and developing countries, is struggling with the problem of managing the provision of health care in conditions of limited resources. The availability and use of various medical equipment at all levels of the healthcare system were emphasized for the efficient and high-quality provision of services. The main purpose of this review article is to assess the availability and use of medical devices and identify the registered causes affecting the availability and use of medical devices in healthcare institutions.


Soon after the Royal Society’s Discussion Meeting on Technologies for Rural Health in December 1976 (published under the same title in Proc. R. Soc. Lond . B 199, 1-187 (1977)), it was suggested that a follow-up meeting would be valuable to deal with subjects omitted from the previous meeting for lack of time, and to review progress made towards the provision of health care to the underprivileged people living in rural areas around the world. We wondered at first whether there would be enough change and enough new material to justify another meeting. In the event, we found that things had undoubtedly changed, although not quite in the ways that had been expected. In the first place, international support has now been promised towards meeting many of the needs that were discussed. The W. H. O. /UNICEF joint meeting on Primary Health Care, held at Alma Ata in 1978, concentrated on ways to en­courage good health in rural areas. The call for ‘Health for all by the year 2000’ has gone round the world. The summer of 1979 brought the U. N. conference on Science and Technology for Development. The ‘Water Decade’ is almost upon us, and W. H. O. has increased its activity in providing laboratory and radiological services, training for different levels of auxiliary health care personnel, and looking at ways to ensure adequate supplies of suitable drugs and the many other things needed to improve the health of rural populations.

India’s medical device market is the fourth largest in India and one of the top 20 worldwide; however import dependence to the tunes of about 80 percent of overall sales is an impediment to achieve self-reliance vis-a-vis domestic manufacturing of medical devices and equipments. This high reliance on imports presents a grand opportunity to domestic manufacturers. An enabled ecosystem that promotes indigenous manufacturing of medical devices is crucial for the growth of the health care sector. The current white paper analyses various scenarios for manufacturing capability of different medical technologies and probable recommendations to augment and strengthen production within each scenario.The four scenarios described in the paper includes (1) those medical devices for which there is a high domestic demand that is fulfilled through imports even if domestic manufacturing capacity exists, implying low production in the country (2) relatively low-end technology medical devices for which there is domestic demand with high reliance on imports (3) high-end technology devices which are imported to satisfy domestic need and for which there is no domestic manufacturing capacity (4) medical devices which are being exported to rest of the World. The paper recommends for a comprehensive regulatory overhauls, review of existing taxation structure, calibrated customs duty, fixed term capital subsidy, extended coverage of PLI scheme, strengthening the research and innovation ecosystem, emphasis on technology transfer and building brand India as some of the measures that can potentially favour promotion of domestic manufacturing of medical devices and allow the India Med-Tech sector to grow into global champions.

The article considers the students’ tolerance as a spectrum of personal manifestations of respect, acceptance and correct understanding of the rich diversity of cultures of the world, values of others’ personality. The purpose of the study is to investgate education and the formation of tolerance among the students. We have compiled a training program to improve the level of tolerance for interethnic differences. Based on the statistical analysis of the data obtained, the most important values that are significant for different levels of tolerance were identified.

One of the approaching expertise that combines technology, communications and health care facilities are to refine patient care, it’s at the cutting edge of the present technological switch in medicine and applied sciences. Dentistry has been improved by cloud technology which has refined and implemented various methods to upgrade electronic health record system, educational projects, social network and patient communication. Technology has immensely saved the world. Economically and has created an institutional task force to uplift the health care service during the COVID 19 pandemic crisis. Hence, the pandemic has struck an awakening of the practice of informatics in a health care facility which should be implemented and updated at the highest priority.
