Despite the best efforts of programmers to create high-quality software, some errors inevitably escape even the most rigorous testing process and are first encountered by end users of the software. When this happens, developers need to quickly understand the reasons for the errors that occurred and eliminate them. Back in 1951, at the dawn of modern computing, Stanley Gill wrote that special attention should be paid to those errors that occur after the program is started, and lead to its termination. Gill is considered the founder of the so-called postmortem debugging, when a program or system is modified to record its state at the time of failure, so that the programmer can later understand what happened and why such a situation occurred. Since then, postmortem debugging technology has been used in many different systems, including all major general-purpose operating systems (OS), as well as specialized OS such as embedded systems and real-time systems. To ensure the high level of reliability expected from such critical systems, it is necessary, on the one hand, to implement the possibility of rapid recovery of the system or its part after a failure. On the other hand, it is necessary to provide a mechanism for storing as much information as possible after each failure, so that the cause of its occurrence can be determined later. To understand the real potential of postmortem debugging tools, we will first consider the current state of debugging methods and the role of postmortem analysis tools, as well as the requirements for postmortem debugging tools for critical systems. Next, we will describe the mechanism of postmortem debugging implemented by the authors in the RTOS Baget and formulate tasks for further development.

ABSTRACT This study examines the role of mutual funds in the pricing of accruals in China's stock market to evaluate the sophistication of Chinese mutual funds. Using a sample of A-share stocks in China from 2003 to 2011, I find that the mispricing of accruals is concentrated in firms with large mutual fund holdings. This result differs from a number of U.S. studies documenting a positive relation between institutional holdings and stock price efficiency. In an effort to explain this result, I provide evidence that mutual funds in China fixate on earnings and fail to understand the one-year-ahead earnings implication of accruals. Specifically, I find that the persistence of accruals is overpriced in stocks with a high level of mutual fund ownership. The mispricing of accruals in these stocks is largely driven by discretionary accruals and is related to their high stock price responsiveness to earnings. JEL Classifications: M41; G12.

Neurological early and long-term rehabilitation plays a crucial role in the therapy of patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC) such as unresponsive wakefulness syndrome or minimally conscious state. Neuroscience tries to explain the effect of music therapy on all levels of the nervous system = activity in patients with DOC, but full understanding is still incomplete. This paper attempts to answer how current clinical outcomes may reflect the influence of various factors including music's capacity. Based on their interdisciplinary perspective and previous experiences, the authors try to investigate the extent to which current occupations have been explored. The authors analyzed the literature data concerning the results of the studies published until the first half of 2016, to sum up the current state of research. Research in the main databases: PubMed, PEDro, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition was made using specified keywords and inclusion and exclusion criteria. Next, the authors sorted them all out into a coherent view of the current state. Music listening may constitute a part of an enriched environment setting. However, due to weak evidence, the therapeutic value of music-based interventions in patients with DOC is uneven or limited. The role of music therapy is thus complementary. Standardized clinical settings, protocols, and behavioral measures should be developed to increase its clinical validity, reliability, sensitivity, and objectivity. There is a reasonable hypothesis that music may produce a high level of diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes as stimuli usually reflecting strong personal meaning in patients with DOC.

Despite the intensive development of the diagnosis and surgical treatment of pancreatic necrosis (PN), mortality remains high, reaching 30-50% or more. This is due, on the one hand, with insufficient study of the mechanisms pancreatogenic toxemia, generalized infection, manifestations of the Systemic Inflammatory Response (SIR) and the role of organ-tissue barriers in the neutralization of toxins (the liver, lungs, muscles and cellulate array), on the other hand, the ineffectiveness of drugs in their system application as a result of blocking organ microcirculation and limiting their availability. As a result, research has found evidence of the complexity of the SIR and the mechanisms of toxemia in the PN (enzymatic, metabolic and bacterial), which showed a high level of leukocytosis, the study of enzymes, especially when infected Mon, reflecting the morphological and functional liver damage, as the primary detoxification barrier pancreatogenic aggression. These humoral indicators can serve when they raise specific markers of the severity of toxemia and SIR. Application regional arterial drug therapy provider medicinal effect is in the region of defeat, can achieve better results in reducing mortality in Mon, compared with traditional methods of treatment.

The article deals with the Russian pension system and make recommendations for its further development on the basis of international experience. The Russian pension system is in a state of transition. The reform of 2013-2015 is not completed, since in its current state pension system is still characterized by very low replacement rate value at a very high level of government spending. Moratorium on pension accumulation introduced in the course of recent reforms calls into question the future of the mandatory funded pension system. Review of international pension systems formation suggests that the most successful of them are not limited solely to public system, and use a combination of distribution and accumulation units. When choosing between mandatory or voluntary options they are guided by the characteristics of the national economy. Studying the successes and mistakes of world practice of voluntary and mandatory funded pension systems is of great scientific and practical interest, since it can contribute to a more accurate choice of the future path of development of the national pension system.

Introduction. The issue of providing humanity with food rightly holds one of the leading places in the hierarchy of global problems. Food safety of a country is an indispensable condition and guarantees its sovereignty and independence, ensuring its sustainable social and economic development, population’s high level and quality oflife and reproduction ofhuman capital. The purpose of the article is to assess the state of food security of Ukraine, the definition of the role of households in ensuring food security and the justification of directions for improving financial leverage in the context of the implementation of Ukraine’s agricultural and food potential. Main results of the study. For Ukraine, the problem of ensuring food security is of particular importance, which is conditioned by the current state of development of the domestic agricultural and industrial complex, the increase of production in which is carried out mainly by an extensive way. The most important conditions for achieving food security are: the potential physical availability of food for every person; economic opportunity of purchasing food by all social groups of the population, including disadvantaged ones, which is achieved by raising the standard of living or implementing the necessary measures of social security; consumption of high quality products in quantities sufficient forrational nutrition. In order to increase the food security financial support, it is necessary to improve the financial component of the comprehensive food security mechanism, which aims at ensuring the application of economic instruments and creating conditions for attracting monetary resources for the functioning ofthe food security system through the creation of amulti-channel financing system. Conclusions. Therefore, the main directions of improving the financial system for the purpose of ensuring food security ofthe country are: availability of financial and credit support to agricultural producers; introduction of innovations in agricultural production; regulation of conditions for foreign and domestic food trade through a system of tariff and non-tariff instruments; systemic measures to strengthen and extend the life expectancyofthe population, wages and salaryincrease.

The idea of the concept of Wasathiyah Islam (moderate Islam) reappeared in the High Level Consultation (Summit) of World Muslim Scholars and Intellectuals at the Bogor Palace, 1-3 May 2018. Wasathiyah Islam is perceived as a perspective that understands the position of Islam between two extreme opposite points: Fundamentalist and radical on the one hand, and liberal and permissive on the other. Women are the party mostdefeated by Islamic fundamentalists and most disadvantaged in the application of rigid Islamic sharia in various places in the Islamic world. In connection with concept of Wasathiyah Islam, women have monitoring ability that can promote constructive dialogue and provide understanding, both in the family and in the community. Therefore, women need to be equipped with a full understanding of the concept of WasathiyahIslam, because misleading understanding can foster religious radicalism on the one hand, and permissive attitudes will dwarf the understanding of religion on the other. The method used in this counselling includes several stages: 1) survey; 2) module making; 3) counselling; 4) interactive dialogue; 5) evaluation. The results of the counselling showed that after the training, participants enhanced their knowledge about the concept ofWasathiyah Islam. They began to realize that they had an important role in instilling a correct understanding of Wasathiyah Islam towards their families and communities.

We present the challenges facing Bulgarian experts in finding the balance between preserving the authenticity of archaeological structures and their context, and turning them into a comprehensible and attractive visitor site. Thanks to European funding over the past ten years, a number of projects have been implemented in Bulgaria for conservation, restoration, exhibition and public presentation of archaeological heritage, where the main aim is to achieve a complete visitor product. The economic and social effect, on the one hand, has a positive impact as an inspiration for archaeological research and the popularisation of this type of cultural heritage, but has led to a compromise of the scientific value at some sites. We note some examples to illustrate the combined role of experts, participants and stakeholders in their 'reading' and 'translating' the archaeology – seeking to generate interest, clarify and convey the experience of 'genius loci'. The role of the state in the management of archaeological heritage is examined through its different governmental levels and interaction. The requirements imposed by legislation and practice are also observed. First, the development of the archaeological heritage conservation system in Bulgaria will be briefly reviewed, its current state of the processes, its actors and the interactions between them, the positive and the negative aspects, and, in more detail, the problems we face in preserving authenticity while turning the archaeological site into an attractive one. Then we focus on our main topic; the authenticity and the attractiveness of archaeological sites in Bulgaria.
