Purpose. The aim of this project is the analysis of tendencies concerning the integration of science, education, and business on the basis of universities in Ukraine, as well as detection and production of recommendations for optimizing this process. Methodology. The methodology is based on the usage of an integrated approach, which allowed summarizing results of investigations regarding this topic. Despite that, were also used methods of general scientific researches, such as analysis, synthesis, and systematization. The basis for the initial information was literary and online sources. Results of researches. The main directions for the development of a modern innovative environment in the world and in Ukraine were thoroughly considered. On the basis of two universities was carried out a comparative analysis towards the interaction of the «science – education – business» system. On the example of innovative development in the field of tourism has been developed a model for the integration of science, education, and business. The role of universities was estimated as key links between the state, science, and business. Scientific novelty. The research stands on the fact that innovative development in the field of tourism, and its subsequent commercialization, was considered through the prism of the integration of science, education, and business on the basis of the university. The practical significance. The materials of this article can be used in the development of innovations in the field of tourism and their further promotion on the market.

The article presents the results of the research in adoption of the content of the programme “Water” developed by the scientists from the University of Rostock. The sample of the research included school learners from the 2nd and 3rd forms. The data of three testings were analysed and the evaluated change in the school learners’ knowledge development proved that application of the methodology of the programme “Water” significantly improved the respondents’ knowledge of water, its structure, states, the water cycle, the mechanism of water treatment and self-cleaning. This knowledge includes and expands not only learning about the environment, but also develops school learners’ ecological attitude to nature and natural resources. However, only well-established long-term knowledge (which is the focus of the programme under discus-sion) will ensure the application of this knowledge in the further process of natural science education. The article also presents the analysis of school learners’ reflections on learning, which shows that the respondents, involved in the investigation of the discussed object (i.e. water in this case) demonstrated a better acquisition of the presented material since visual aids, motivation and active involvement of learners are as relevant as the presented information itself. The conducted research allowed to evaluate the role of the programme “Water” in long-term knowledge adoption, that is, learning and internalisation of concepts. The change in test results showed that information provided together with the concepts daily used by children, which gradually are changed into scientific ones, has a positive effect on formation of concepts of natural science education, their understand-ing and learning. Orientating to the innovative development and economic growth, provided by them, nowadays allows enterprises to achieve competitive advantages not only in the production and sale of products (projects, services), but above all in the methods of business development. The theory of innovative development in the economy, which is one of the main economic doctrines of modern times for a large number of countries in the world, is now only being formed in Ukraineand is in the stage of active development. Considering the features and problems of the innovation processes of domestic enterprises, there is a need to further develop their competitiveness for domestic and external markets. The purpose of the article is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations in the field of enterprise development based on innovation, as well as to determine the role of innovation to ensure the stable development of the enterprise. The object of the study is the formation of an innovative strategy of the enterprise and its components for the implementation of an innovative project. Methods used in the research are a systematic approach, a method of generalization, comparison. The hypothesis of research is that innovation plays an important role in ensuring the stable development of the enterprise. The statement of basic materials. It is determined that innovative development is a consequence of innovative processes occurring in the enterprise. In its innovative development, enterprises go through a number of stages: research, development and implementation. The main properties of innovation are scientific novelty, practical applicability and commercial feasibility. The method of forming a strategy for the introduction of innovation, types of improvement of the competitiveness of the enterprise, stages and components of the innovation process are all considered, as well as factors that may affect the formation and outcome of the investment and innovation project. Originality and practical significance of the research. The article gives an idea of the role of innovation for a modern enterprise and helps to determine the main guidelines for the development and implementation of innovative solutions. The author reflects on the most important properties of economic innovation processes, which enables us to significantly distinguish them from other business processes. Conclusions of research. It was concluded that in the conditions of the modern economic environment, innovation for an enterprise is a necessary condition for survival.  However, by introducing innovations, managers of all levels are faced with the problem of uncertainty of new factors that have a significant impact on the progress of the innovation process and on the activity of the enterprise as a whole. The research results can be used in the development of strategies for the implementation of the innovation process in an enterprise of any form of organization.

This article describes the nature and impact of a major recent education policy aimed to transform higher education in Kazakhstan, the State Program of Industrial Innovative Development 2015 to 2019 (SPIID-2). This inquiry sought to understand and describe the role of internationalization of higher education in SPIID-2, and more specifically its role for developing university research. Kazakhstan’s industrial innovative development program promotes university–industry collaboration and universities’ international partnerships to enhance the role of the university in the economic development of the country, consistent with the imperatives and opportunities of the knowledge-based economy. The role of internationalization, particularly, involving international partner institutions, in this policy, contributes to quality assurance and informed decision making. Findings are based on content analysis of policy texts and interviews with university representatives.

The novelty of the study is determined by the possibilities of increasing the professional competence of students by applying the most effective pedagogical trajectory in the learning process. Practical significance is determined by the necessity to improve the quality training of students as a basis for the study of subsequent special disciplines.

Аннотация: В статье автор акцентирует внимание на возрастающую роль университетов в развитии интеграционных процессов в мировом образовании. Автор подчеркивает мысль о том, что международное сотрудничество в деятельности любого университета приобретает сегодня, в век глобализации, все большую значимость. Это обусловлено мировыми процессами глобализации, которые охватывают такие важные сферы жизни общества, как наука, образование и культура. На примере Бишкекского государственного университета им. К.Карасаева БГУ показан опыт успешного сотрудничества с ведущими университетами мира, а также роль и вклад БГУ в развитие и расширение интеграционных процессов в сфере образования и науки нашей республики. Сегодня Бишкекский государственный университет - современное многопрофильное, имеющее богатый опыт в международном сотрудничестве, высшее учебное заведение. Университету удалось добиться заметных успехов в области образования и науки, благодаря которым он занимает сейчас высокие места в рейтингах среди ведущих университетов Кыргызской Республики. Abstract: the author focuses on the increasing role of universities in the development of integration processes in world education in the article. The author emphasizes the idea that international cooperation in the activities of any University is becoming increasingly important today, in the age of globalization. This is due to the global processes of globalization, which cover such important areas of society as science, education and culture. On the example of Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev shows the experience of successful cooperation with leading universities of the world, as well as the role and contribution of BSU in the development and expansion of integration processes in the field of education and science of our Republic. Today Bishkek State University is a modern multi-disciplinary higher education institution with a rich experience in international cooperation. The University has achieved significant success in the field of education and science, thanks to which it now occupies high places in the rankings among the leading universities of the Kyrgyz Republic. Define the specifics of flat animation as an innovative means of visualizing information in the field of motion design. Methodology. General scientific methods of research are used: analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, for studying of flat animation and its specifics in motion design, determination of features of its design and composite decisions, formation of research conclusions. The method of comparative analysis of types of modern animation is applied. Results. The features of the use of flat animation in various fields of application are considered, compositional methods and tools that are used to implement a variety of design decisions are analyzed, specific graphic image methods are identified and the basic elements inherent in modern animation products are identified. Scientific novelty. The most effective methods of visualization of information in motion-design are determined, the role of flat animation in motion-design is shown, its means of expression and their influence on the readability of information are analyzed. Practical significance. Investigated and systematized the techniques and means of composite solutions flat animation for mobile applications. Features that distinguish flat animation from other animated products are defined. For the first time, a paper calendar with mobile interactivity has been developed and implemented. This opens up the possibility of creating innovative printing calendars.

Goals and objectives. The article analyzes the resources of support for families with disabled children living in the Leningrad region. There is substantial state support for this category of families, developing the potential of non-state support resources. The results of the government’s efforts to support families with children with disabilities, as well as the tasks set to be solved in the near and long term, are considered.Methods. The study used a set of general scientific methods, such as analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, system-functional and integrated approach. Within the framework of the stated theme, theoretical provisions and modern approaches have been organized by studying the works of various authors, regulatory documents and official statistics.The theoretical and practical significance of the study is that it can be the basis for further study of social resources and life strategies of families with children with disabilities, their transformation. The analysis provides an opportunity to identify the problems of families with children with disabilities in Leningrad, actualizes the importance of state policy regarding these categories of families, both in the process of formation and in its implementation. The materials provide us with positive results achieved by the authorities of the Leningrad region and identify ways to further develop both state and non-state social support for families with children with disabilities in the region.Results and conclusions. The article presents the results of the research of the resources of state and non-state social support for families with children with disabilities in The Leningrad region. Conclusions have been drawn on the need to unite the efforts of state and non-state resources in this direction.

The article defines the role of innovative potential in the innovative development of companies. The purpose of the article is to consider the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the innovative potential of the company, its economic essence, the content of elements and structure, as well as to identify the influence of factors on the development of the innovative potential of the company. The problem posed in the article made it necessary to study the publications of foreign scientists and economists in the field of innovation. The relevance of the article is due to a different understanding of the term “innovative potential of the company” by foreign scientists and practitioners, as well as the lack of comprehensive methodological research in this area. Existing approaches to the economic essence of the category of «innovative potential» of the company are considered. The positions of specialists in the interpretation of this concept are determined. The conceptual approaches to the study of the innovative potential of the company are analyzed. The economic essence and significance of the innovative potential are determined based on its genesis and role for the innovative development of the company. The basic elements of the innovative potential of the company are considered. The general, special and specific characteristics of this concept in the system of socio-economic relations are presented. The ambiguity of the analyzed approaches to this category is determined and the author’s interpretation of the “innovative potential of the company” is proposed. The key factors affecting the formation of the innovative potential of the company are identified. The direction of their impact is established, the features of the formation of the innovative potential of the company as a way to increase its competitiveness are disclosed based on the hermeneutic approach. Based on the analysis of theoretical provisions, the structure of the innovative potential of the company as a unity of components (resource, managerial, internal and effective) that coexist mutually, suggest and condition each other is improved. The classification of the components of innovative potential is improved and the directions of their influence on the formation of the innovative potential of the company are systematized. The morphological classification has been improved which allows optimizing the complex of existing approaches to the formation of the innovative potential of the company. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the proposals for the development of innovative potential developed in it can be used by companies to increase innovation activity and competitiveness.

The purpose of the study is to synthesize the principles of gastronomic tourism and justify their application for the purpose of development of tourist innovations, formation of innovative development in the field of gastro tourism. Method. The research uses the following research methods: analysis, comparison, statistical, etc. Results. The article analyzes the main trends of gastronomic tourism in the world and in particular in Ukraine. The most popular gastronomic festivals in Ukraine are explored. The directions of development of innovations in tourism are determined. Scientific novelty. The analysis of gastronomic festivals of Ukraine and modern global tendencies of gastronomic tourism development is carried out. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in planning the further development of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine and the corresponding adjustment of the policy of tourist innovations.
