The article discovers the development of an educational system and school types in Germany during the XVIII-XIX centuries. Main tendencies and development of primary, technical and higher schools, contribution of representatives of philosophical idea to the educational process were analyzed. The influence of German pedagogical education upon the Western European one, inasmuch as the educational level constitutes the intellectual condition of the state, social requirements of the society. The attention is focused upon the role of economical, socio-political, humanitarian factors in the development of education and science. The educational system of Germany became an important factor of national development of the XVIII-XIX centuries, consolidation of traditions and innovations of pedagogical school of XXI century.

The article deals with the complex and multistage system of higher education of the French Republic. The structural features of higher education in France, its complex and multi-stage system has been considered. Attention is drawn to the role of the state in the field of higher education in France. The importance of the development of education for the national development of the country and civilization as a whole has been stressed. A strong centralized presence and role of the state in the field of education in France has been noted, in particular in the organization of the educational process and in financing the education sector, as well as in determining the fundamental principles of the educational process, the details of the curriculum at all levels of education, the organization of the procedure for receiving teachers, determining the content, recruitment teachers who become public officers, ensuring their continuing education; recruiting and training inspectors responsible for quality control of the education system; funding public education and subsidizing “private schools under contract”. The article focuses on the constant attention of the state to the problems of education. It highlights the openness of the French system of higher education and its accessibility for most of the population. The features of France’s higher education management system and the specifics of its legislative framework have been disclosed. Four Legislative Acts of the Ministry of Education are characterized, played an important role in its functioning. A more democratic and collegial management of universities for today has been noted. The relevance of the study of the structure and legislative framework of university education in France has been grounded. The types of higher education institutions in France and their features in the context of development trends have been investigated. The current stage of development of the system of French university education and the features of structural transformations have been considered. The features of the functioning of universities, “grand schools” and private higher education institutions have been disclosed. The article draws attention to the achievement of the French system of higher education and its uniqueness. The role and place of large schools in the system of higher education in France have been highlighted. Leading elite schools and universities have been mentioned, as well as the conditions for entering them. Attention was paid to the almost equal quality of education in the capital and in the province.

In the presented study, the authors raise the question of the need to include in the educational process of a preschool institution to familiarize children with some philosophical categories. The educational system in which the child is included, starting from preschool childhood, provides him with the opportunity to gradually and continuously enter the knowledge of the world around him. It is in preschool childhood that the child is exposed to various relationships, values of culture and health, diverse patterns in the field of different knowledge. This contributes to a broader interaction of the preschooler with the world around him, which, in turn, ensures the assimilation not of disparate ideas about objects and phenomena, but their natural integration and interpenetration, which means understanding the integrity of the picture of the world. The authors prove the idea that the assimilation of philosophical categories by children contributes to the understanding of the structure of the surrounding world. The analysis of research is presented, proving that children's fiction in an understandable and accessible language, life examples and vivid images is able to explain to children the laws of the functioning of nature and society, as well as to reveal the world of human relations and feelings. Fiction surrounds the child from the first years of his life. It is she who contributes to the development of thinking and imagination, enriches the sensory world, provides role models and teaches you to find a way out in different situations. Philosophical categories such as "love and friendship", "beautiful and ugly", "good and evil" are represented in children's literature very widely, and the efficiency of mastering philosophical categories depends on the skill of an adult in conveying the content of a work, on correctly placed accents.

The article highlights according to the concept of social capital, the changes generated by the COVID-19 pandemic in the educational system. This research identified the attributes of social capital at the level of the adults involved in the educational process (parents, students), the impact of the current period on them and the opinion of the respondents regarding the education reform. The conclusions of the study prove an activation of the intentions of involvement and participation in the management structures and in the educational projects at the level of the school organization, along with a low degree of confidence in the way the reform of the educational system is designed and implemented. Change management in recent years has highlighted the need for school involvement in the development of social capital and also the need to increase the role of social stakeholders in solving the challenges facing school organizations.

Abstract In the 1930s W.H. Auden taught at several public schools in Britain while simultaneously embarking on his poetic career. Later in life, he lectured at various educational institutions and returned to Oxford, his alma mater, in the 1950s as Oxford Professor of Poetry. His experience of teaching allowed Auden to reflect upon the pitfalls of Britain’s interwar educational system and its social function. Therefore, this article diverts attention from the prevailing scholarly focus on Auden’s poetry to his critical prose in order to examine the poet’s concerns about the content, purpose and role of education in society, his views on the structure of the educational system and disquiet about the tension between the utilitarian and humanistic dimensions of the educational process. At a more general level, the paper points out the relation that Auden maintained existed between education, democracy, art and the “crystallizing” power of poetry.

This article presents a vision of the relationship that can be established between education and art in our country, starting from the analysis of the objectives of teacher education and the role it plays in the educational process, presents a critical analysis of the intentionality of Basic education and teacher training. It is an intentional study of the role of the teacher in a country where the role of the educating State takes on the functions of designing, orienting, organizing and directing, through the school the destinies of the new generations, forming them in an educational process according to the interests and needs of. Objective: to identify the influence that the State exerts through education, in active teachers, in the training of teachers and in students of the different educational levels of our country. Methodology: qualitative documentary research, where different moments of teacher training are analyzed in the light of theory, educational laws and others related to the subject. Contribution: originate discussion points around the educational process and the State's aims in educational matters, from the training of teachers and their performance in the classroom as an agent not of transformation, but as a reproductive agent of the wishes of the State.

In the state program "Spiritual modernization", among the global problems, the study of advanced models in the field of science and education is especially noted. In this regard, in the upbringing of the intellectual generation, it is important to study the works of prominent public figures and scientists-teachers, among whom a special place is given to the outstanding scientist linguist, doctor of philological sciences, professor Sarsen Amanzholov. His contribution to the development of higher schools, educational system and educational process in Kazakhstan is undeniable. He is a significant person who played an important role in the formation of literature and culture, language and mentality of the Kazakh people, with his participation important steps were taken in the development of an educated and qualified generation. The article analyzes the scientific collection of the scientist "Foundations of the theory of the Kazakh language" and gives an explanation of its relevance in the modern educational system.

If the crisis of the state has been a common trait in Latin America, its manifestations have not been the same throughout the continent. This article examines two general and apparently contraditory trends : the trend toward authoritarian capitalism resulting from the crisis of hegemony in South America and the trend towards popularly-based insurgency resulting from a crisis of domination in most of Central America. The author bases his general interpretation of these trends on the analysis of the historical and structural relationships between four factors identified as responsible for the drastic change in the role of the state, from "national development" to "national security" : the crisis in the model of accumulation, the growing polarization of political alliance, the transnationalization of the civil society and the state, and the interplay between relative autonomy of the state and transnationalization. He finds that the combination of transnational integration of the Latin American elites into one U.S.-centered project with hegemonic pretensions, and a growing marginalization and alienation on the part of the bulk of the internal constituencies has brought about an acute crisis of both legitimation and domination. As violence becomes the most common political currency -with repression and plain state terrorism evolving into a distinct style of politics - and the prospects towards redemocratization being very fragile, the author concludes that revolutionary struggles may be the only possibility for an indigenous redefinition of development, national self-determination and democracy.

Late in 1979 the Zambian Government unveiled its Third National Development Plan which will guide policies until the year 1984, and this implies that problems of unemployment, particularly in urban areas, will be partly overcome by an expansion of self-employment possibilities.Such was the enthusiasm for the new initiative that the absence of reliable information surrounding it was largely ignored. This article attempts to provide relevant data concerning a number of issues which will be vital in implementing any measures to encourage self-employment in the so-called ‘informal sector’ of the Zambian economy. In particular we shall endeavour to quantify the likely flows into the labour force, particularly from the educational system, the possible growth of formal wage employment in urban areas, and the current size and composition of the informal sector. Finally, conclusions are drawn concerning the possible rôle of this sector in absorbing the unemployed in the plan period.

Сегодня технологии виртуальной и дополненной реальности развиваются и внедряются в образовательный процесс на государственном уровне. Многие учителя выявили достоинства данной технологии в процессе обучения. This study focuses on the role of virtual and augmented reality in the educational process. The characteristics of virtual and augmented reality, a brief historical background, areas of application, and most importantly, the analysis of the impact on the educational process of learning is carried out, the main advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. Today, virtual and augmented reality technologies are being developed and implemented in the educational process at the state federal level. Many teachers have identified the advantages of this technology in the learning process.

Reformation of the educational system of independent Ukraine encourages the study of concrete experience of implementing radical changes in the field of education. The purpose of the article is to study the innovations of the trustee of the Kyiv Educational District M. I. Pyrohov in teacher training in the state. The methodological basis of the study is the socio-cultural approach in combination with psychohistory. As a result of the study it is proved that the authoritative doctor and scientist M. I. Pyrohov in Kyiv Educational District continued the mission of “serving the truth and the Motherland”. Progressive pedagogy, sincere humanism and democracy in the educational process became the core of the trustee’s administrative activity. The personality of a teacher was in the focus of change. The trustee implemented measures to improve the professionalism of the teaching staff in the District: projects of the Pedagogical Seminary and a special Pedagogical Gymnasium were prepared; training of university students in didactics was improved and their practical classes were organized on the basis of the Kyiv gymnasiums; the concept of pedagogical courses at provincial gymnasiums for training of teachers of the county and parish schools was offered; competitive procedure for appointing teachers; educational and methodical meetings of pedagogical councils were initiated. The strategy of innovations was to increase the pedagogical authority and personal dignity of teachers.We believe that under Pyrohov as the trustee there was an irreversible turn towards true democratization of the management system, relations between the subjects of the educational process, modernization of didactic and pedagogical technologies in the Kyiv Educational District. The success of innovations was due to the high public authority of Pirogov, his exceptional professionalism and integrity as an administrator, a sincere desire for the progress of education in the state.
