The article investigates interrelation between philosophy of ethnoculture, ethnoculturology and ethnoculturography as components of modern culturological discourse. Aim of the article is to extend the idea about the structure of modern culturological knowledge and, in particular, to analyze how philosophy of ethnoculture, ethnoculturology and ethnoculturography correlate with each other. In connection with this there is an important task − to ground the notion of ethno-culturalography as a discourse of science and art, in particular the discourse in which ideas, archetypes, signatures and values of ethnoculture are represented in a figuratively-artistic form. The methodological value of philosophy of ethnoculture is revealed for the construction of conceptual paradigms and conceptual tools of ethnoculturology and culturological regional studies. The concept of ethnoculturography as representation of ethnoculture in artistic images of literature and art is entered in modern sciences about the culture for the first time. In particular, ethnographic approach to artistic creativity is analyzed on the examples of painting of well known Ukrainian artists Olha Petrova and Anatolii Furlet. The author understands ethnoculturology as synthesis of scientific artistic reflection that combines knowledge of ethnocultures with their pictorial reproduction by means of artistic and aesthetical facilities. For instance, ethnoculturography in painting requires a special type of discourse, where metaphysics, aesthetics, semiotics and chronotopes of the region are crossed with artistic vision, individual practice of the artist. In works of Anatolii Furlet it is manifested through artistic restoration of the mystic world of ancestors connected with "A Stone Grave" near Melitopol − one of the oldest monuments of world and national culture. For ethnoculturology of Olha Petrova the "spirit of nation" in its multicultural measurements was presented at the exhibition "Other Shores". Five "shores" of spiritual oecumene of the artist (France, Spain, Ukraine, Arabic East, Japan) outline ethnic horizons of her real and virtual travels in space and time of Eurasian cultures. Consequently, ethnoculturology practically becomes an original guide-book, a road sign (vade mecum) in the world of ethnocultures.

In this article, the author can only use the ever-present cinematography, the unmerciful nationalistic culture, the ideological orientation of the film industry, the uniqueness or national identity. It's a good idea to have a world-renowned artisan who is doing all the same, seeking internationalization and gloss? Another - cinematic and astrophysical art of Shaken Aimanov, whose works live in volumes or polls, and others. For many years, many changes have taken place in the national cinema, such as national culture, a national emblem of national culture. For the first time in the history of national cinema, national cinema and the world of cinema, the future and future films have been transformed into a lot of changes. The Concept of distinguished singer Shaken Aimanova is embodied in the volume, which, unlike the researchers and artists all over the world of cinema Shaken Aimnayev, the director of which, as long as he is a filmmaker, creates a film studio as part of national culture.

This article explores the worldview in tales of the Buryat writers. The subject of this research is the role of categories of space and time in the architectonics of artistic image of the world in tales “Call of the Ancestors" by B. Mungonov and “Toonto” by D. Erdyneev. These works have not previously become the object of research in Buryat literary studies from perspective of significance of space-time interrelation. This defines the novelty of this article, and allows revealing other aspects of artistic vision in the works of Buryat writers. The key methods for studying the categories of space and time in a literary text include descriptive, comparative, and mythopoetic. It is demonstrated that the categories of space and time are localized in various artistic images, symbols and meanings, contain the concepts of endlessness, infinity, relativity and discreteness, as well as allow creating a vivid unique palette of artistic vision of the world in tales of the Buryat writers. Analysis is conducted on the artistic architectonics through the prism of correlation between the categories of space and time in tales of B. Mungonov “Call of the Ancestors and Sounds of the Forthcoming” and D. Erdyneev “Toonto”. Peculiarity of the categories of space and time in the artistic picture of Buryat writers is reflected in Eastern outlook upon the world, which is based on the models of cyclicity and substantiality. In the tale of B. Mungonov prevails the category of time. In the artistic worldview, one stems from the other. In the tale of D. Erdyneev “Toonto” dominates the by category of space. Toonto is translated from Buryat as a particular space, birthplace of a man, where him and his ancestors have roots. Tales of B. Mungonov and D. give thoughts on the value of life and chances to repair past mistakes.

INTRODUCTION: India being the second highly populated nation in the world. HIV/AIDS has acquired pandemic proportion in the world. Estimate by WHO for current infection rate in Asia. India has the third largest HIV epidemic in the world. HIV prevalence in the age group 15-49 yrs was an estimate of 0.2%. India has been classified as an intermediate in the Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) endemic (HBsAg carriage 2-7%) zone with the second largest global pool of chronic HBV infections. Safety assessment of the blood supply, the quality of screening measures and the risk of transfusion transmitted infectious diseases (TTIs) in any country can be estimated by scrutinizing the files of blood donors. After the introduction of the blood banks and improved storage facilities, it became more extensively used. Blood is one of the major sources of TTIs like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, and many other blood borne diseases. Disclosure of these threats brought a dramatic change in attitude of physicians and patients about blood transfusion. The objective of this study is to determine the seroprevalence of transfusion transmitted infections amidst voluntary blood donors at a rural tertiary healthcare teaching hospital in Chhattisgarh. MATERIAL AND METHODS: This retrospective study was carried out in Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Medical College, Kachandur, Durg. Blood donors were volunteers, or and commercial donors who donated the blood and paid by patients, their families, or friends to replace blood used or expected to be used for patients from the blood bank of the hospital. After proper donation of blood routine screening of blood was carried out according to standard protocol. Laboratory diagnosis of HIV 1 and HIV 2 was carried out by ELISA test. Hepatitis B surface antigen was screened by using ELISA. RESULTS: A total of 1915 consecutive blood donors’ sera were screened at Chandulal Chandrakar Memorial Medical College, blood bank during study period. Of these 1914 were male and 1 female. The mean age of patients was found to be 29.34 years with standard deviation (SD) of 11.65 Years. Among all blood donors in present study, 759(39.63%) were first time donors and 1156(60.37%) were repeated donors. 1 patient was HIV positive in first donation group while 3 (75%) were positive in repeat donation group. 7 (38.9%) were HBsAg positive in in first donation group while 11(61.1%) were positive in repeat donation group. Two patients in first donation group had dual infection of HIV and HBsAg. CONCLUSION: Seropositivity was high in repeated donors as compared to first time donors. The incidence of HIV is observed to be 0.2% and that of HBsAg is 0.94%. Strict selection of blood donors should be done to avoid transfusion-transmissible infections during the window period.

The article considers strategic issues of modernization of the transition economy. The analysis is based on the methodology of the World Economic Forum where special attention is paid to the sequence of the transformation stages. The main conclusion is that modernization should combine implementation of the governance mechanisms with the beneficial use of comparative advantages of the national culture. In fact, modernization of the transition economy should be evolutionary. It is precisely this course of development that is relevant for Azerbaijan which has successfully upgraded its economy in the recent years.

Rinamba opacicollis Cameron (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) was collected from Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, India for the first time from the larvae of white stem borer, Xylotrechus quadripes Chevrolat infesting arabica coffee. Its role in the biological or integrated control of X. quadripes remains to be evaluated. White stem borer could be the first host record of this parasitoid all over the world.

The author of the article discloses the prospects of development of the world feed production for aquaculture based on the analysis of key innovative technological and market trends. The author specifies that shortage, high cost, low ecological compatibility of traditional raw materials - fish flour - are among major limiting factors in the development of production of feeds for aquaculture. This fact, in turn, limits sustainable development of aquaculture both in Russia, and in the world in general. The article presents the overview of a current status of the world industry of feed production in aquaculture, where the regional situation is studied, as well. For the first time, there is given the outlook of innovative technologies in feed production based on the alternative sources of protein (on the example of projects of leading aquabiotechnological companies) which will determine industry’s objectives for the mid-term perspective.

Salman Rushdie remains a major Indian writer in English. His birth coincides with the birth of a new modern nation on August 15, 1947. He has been justly labelled by the critics as a post-colonial writer who knows his trade well. His second novel Midnight’s Children was published in 1981 and it raised a storm in the hitherto middle class world of fiction writing both in English and in vernaculars. Rushdie for the first time burst into the world of fiction with subversive themes like impurity, illegitimacy, plurality and hybridity. He understands that a civilization called India may be profitably understood as a dream, a collage of many colours, a blending of cultures and nationalities, a pluralistic society and in no way unitary.

Information on the Sphagnum mosses of the South Ossetia is generalized, the resulted list is presented. Nine species of Sphagnum are included in the list, whereabouts data and references to the publications are given, and the presence of a sample in the Herbarium of the Komarov Botanical Institute RAS (LE) is noted. The species Sphagnum platyphyllum (Lindb. ex Braithw.) Warnst. rarely occurring in the Caucasus is reported in the South Ossetia for the first time. The species was found in the Caucasus, South Ossetia, at the side of the Ertso Lake (42°28ʹN, 43°45ʹE), 1720 m a. s. l., among sedge thickets at the margin of the overgrowing lake. The peculiarities of its occurrence and ecological conditions are considered. Its distribution in the Caucasus and in the world is discussed.

The paper reflects the specificity of the fundamental ideas of the artistic world of M. G. Atamanov, which includes a wide range of literary facts from the content level of the text of the works to their poetics. A particularly important role in the works of M. G. Atamanov is played by cross-cutting themes and images that reflect the author's individual style and his idea of national-ethnic identity. The subject of the research is the book of essays “Mon - Udmurt. Maly mynym vös’?” (“I am Udmurt. Why does it hurt?”), which most vividly reflected the main spiritual and artistic searches of M. G. Atamanov, associated with his ideas about the Udmurt people. The main motives and plots of the works included in the book under consideration are accumulated around the concept of “Udmurtness”. The comprehension of “Udmurtness” is modeled in his essays through specific leit themes: native language, Udmurt people, national culture, mentality, geographic and topographic features of the Udmurt people’ places of residence, the Orthodox idea. The “Udmurt theme” is recognized and comprehended by the writer through the prism of national identity.
