Growth of optically transparent single crystals of thiourea succinic acid (TUSA) was grown successfully from aqueous solution by slow evaporation technique. The crystal structure was elucidated using the single crystal XRD. The various functional groups and the modes of vibrations were identified by FT-IR spectroscopic analysis. The optical absorption studies indicate that the optical transparency window is quite wide making its suitable for NLO applications. Thermal stability of the crown crystal carried out by TGA-DTA analysis.

Salman Rushdie remains a major Indian writer in English. His birth coincides with the birth of a new modern nation on August 15, 1947. He has been justly labelled by the critics as a post-colonial writer who knows his trade well. His second novel Midnight’s Children was published in 1981 and it raised a storm in the hitherto middle class world of fiction writing both in English and in vernaculars. Rushdie for the first time burst into the world of fiction with subversive themes like impurity, illegitimacy, plurality and hybridity. He understands that a civilization called India may be profitably understood as a dream, a collage of many colours, a blending of cultures and nationalities, a pluralistic society and in no way unitary.

Effective classroom teaching in science requires advance thinking and proper planning. Advance organizers are information the teacher presents, at the onset of a deductive lesson, used by students to help them mentally organize new material. In the present study, the investigator has made an attempt to find out the effectiveness of Advance Organizer Model on achievement in physics with respect to (a) Knowledge (b) Comprehension (c) Application (d) Analysis (d) Synthesis and (e) Evaluation of secondary school students. For the present study, the Equivalent group Experimental method was adopted. Two hundred and forty students were selected from three types of Higher Secondary Schools in equal strength of both control groups and experimental groups in the study and two levels of treatments of the instructional strategy (independent variable) namely Advance Organizer Model, and Conventional Method are selected. The dependent variable is the achievement in physics as determined by the achievement test scores. The major conclusions based on the statistical analysis of data is that the advance organizer model is more effective than conventional method on the achievement in physics with respect to (a) Knowledge (b) Comprehension (c) Application (d) Analysis (d) Synthesis and (e) Evaluation and is useful to improve retention ability of secondary school students.

Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3 ) nanoparticles are successfully synthesized by simple reflux method using starting materials Lanthanum Nitrate and Urea. Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3 ) have multiple applications such as gas sensors, catalyst, Hydrogen storage, catalysts, photocatalytic wet oxidation etc. This paper mainly focuses on the synthesis of Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3 ) nanoparticles at different precursor concentration at different reaction time on the properties of the synthesized Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3) nanoparticles can be explored. The synthesized samples were calcinated 500ºC for 1hr. The Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3) nanoparticles were investigated by XRD, FTIR, SEM, & UV studies. The morphology and particle size were analyzed by SEM. The structure of the crystallites was investigated using powder XRD technique. The FTIR analysis was used to examine the functional groups present in the synthesized Lanthanum Oxide (La2O3) nanoparticles. The optical band gap was calculated from the UV-Vis absorption spectra

Steganography is a technique that allows one to hide binary data within an image while adding few noticeable changes. There are many security algorithms are available in steganography, but in particular the algorithm Blowfish and Twofish both are used to secure information in telemedicine. Thisresearch aspires to compare both these algorithms how work well in securing information while transmitting the telemedicine data. This study focuses which algorithm can use for hiding information in health care domain. This research also aims to find out how much in-depth both algorithms hiding the information with securely.

The kinetics of induced electron transfer reaction has been attempted presently with Tetra Methyl Ammonium Chloro Chromate (TMACC) and pentaammine cobalt (III) complexes of α-hydroxy acid in the presence of micelles. The Tetra Methyl Ammonium Chloro Chromate (TMACC) oxidizes cobalt (III) bound and unbound α-hydroxy acids. In Tetra Methyl Ammonium Chloro Chromate (TMACC) induced electron transfer in the complex, the intermediate radical formed dissociates in a nearly synchronous C-C bond cleavage and the rest of it proceeding with C-H fission yielding cobalt (III) complex. With increase in surfactant Sodium Lauryl Ethersulphate (SLES) concentration, an increase in the rate was observed.

The Indo-Anglican literature is different from the Anglo-Indian literature. The former is the genre written and created by the Indians through the English language; the latter is written by the Englishmen on themes and subjects related to India. The Indo-Anglican fiction owes its origin to the translations of various fictional works from the Indian languages into English, notably from Bengali into English. The Indo-Anglican writers of fiction write with an eye and hope on the western readers. This influenced their choice of the subject matter. In Indo-Anglican novels there are Sadhus, Fakirs, Caves, Temples, Vedanta, Gandhi, Rajahs and Nawabs, etc. to are to show the interest of western audience. They represent essentially the western idea of India. But at the same time there are elements of Indianness, Nationalism and Patriotism, glorification of India’s past and sympathy for the teeming millions of the country.

Solid waste management is the prime one to be considered for the better standard of living of the people. The plastics, metals, hospital wastes, industrial wastes and other wastes affect the soil and leading to solid waste management. The degenerative effect of solid waste management affects the environment and unleashes unwanted pathogens causing untold miseries to the human population. The inhabitants of the cities and towns generate more solid wastes when compared to the counter parts in the rural areas due to the consumption life and non-availability of space for vitiating the solid wastes in a safe manner. The individual responsibility of safe disposal of household wastes is shifted to the local bodies and the financial and the technical resource crunch affect the business.
