The scientific article is devoted to the research analysis of innovation activity and activities of large companies in the retail market of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that innovation is the main tool that contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the trading business. At the same time, taking into account the modern conditions of digital transformation, innovative activity is a mandatory attribute in the development strategy of enterprises. Within the framework of the article, the main directions of digitalization of the activities of retail enterprises are considered The main trends of innovations and digital technologies in the retail sector of the Russian economy are described. The most pressing problems of ensuring innovative activities of the leading retailers in the Russian market are listed.

The role of innovation in the economy development is extremely significant. Within the framework of this work, the innovative activity of enterprises and its relation to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of particular interest. This study is aimed at modeling the project management of corporate innovation activity on the basis of CSR. The results obtained by the author for the Russian economy suggest that there is a positive relationship between the level of innovative development and CSR, both in general and in terms of investments in the transformation of human capital. In this regard, the model of project management of corporate innovation activity based on CSR is proposed. Author suggests, that this model's implementation for companies is promising, since transition to such a model should be resulted in an increase in the innovation activity of companies, regions and the whole country, as well as an increase in the economic, social and organizational effectiveness of innovative activity.

The scientific article presents the basic principles of innovation from the standpoint of law. The problems of legislative and normative-legal provision of the basic principles of innovation activity on the territory of Ukraine are considered. It was found that the basic principles of innovation in Ukraine are regulated by a number of legislative and regulatory documents. The legal content of the category "innovation" is revealed, based on the provisions of the legal framework. The legal peculiarities of innovation activity on the territory of Ukraine are determined. Objects and subjects of innovation activity are analyzed. The directions of implementation of innovative activity on the territory of Ukraine are considered. The role of the state in guaranteeing the subjects of innovation activity favorable conditions for innovation activity in accordance with the provisions of legislative and regulatory documents is revealed. The key functions of the state, which are to control and regulate the basic principles of innovation in Ukraine, are considered. The key areas of innovation in Ukraine are outlined, based on the provisions of the legal framework. The mode of implementation of innovative activity by technology parks, which is based on special legal bases, is characterized. The practical experience of carrying out innovative activity on the territory of Ukraine is analyzed. Prospects for further research in the direction of studying the legislation governing the basic principles of innovation from the standpoint of law, which are a more thorough study of legislation with the allocation of promising areas to improve the legal regulation of innovation in Ukraine in accordance with international standards and norms.

In modern conditions, there is a large-scale transformation of the Russian economy in the direction of its digitalization, accordingly, the innovative activity of enterprises and organizations is of particular importance. This work is devoted to the assessment of the dynamics of innovation activity of Russian enterprises for the period from 2010 to 2020 according to Rosstat of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the main indicators of innovation activity indicates that the level of innovation activity in the whole country is low, and most of the indicators show negative dynamics, which jeopardizes the implementation of many large-scale innovative projects. The results of the study can be used in planning and adjusting federal and regional programs for digitalization of certain industries and areas of activity.

Under these circumstances, the formation of innovative labor potential of society at all stages of its development is a priority in the article series reveals the stages of formation of innovative labor potential. There are the research directions, determined as relevant, such as the issues of innovation activity management of enterprises, identifying the main causes of low innovation activity of domestic companies, improving the innovation activity management system of industrial institutions, which necessitates the formation of a scientific and methodological basis that can realize the ability to describe the process of innovation activity of the enterprises and mechanisms to manage them. These issues are also relevant because in the context of strengthening the course on European integration, the management of domestic enterprises is tasked with identification of the methodological and practical experience of innovative management of the EU countries as soon as possible and harmonization of their policies in accordance with its provisions. The subject of the study is complex research of management of innovative activity of enterprises under self-development. The purposes of the article are a study of the main directions of operation of innovative-active enterprise under self-development; analysis of key indicators of innovation activity of an enterprise; characteristic of the mechanism of innovation activity management of an enterprise in terms of self-development; definition of directions of policy of strengthening of innovation activity with the purpose of increase of efficiency of development of domestic enterprises. To achieve these purposes the following research methods are used: analysis and generalization of theoretical sources and scientific literature; abstract-logical method in the process of theoretical generalizations and formation of conclusions; prognostic and diagnostic; general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. Results. The article describes the concept of innovation activity of the enterprise and details its main elements. The authors have also formulated the concept of innovative-active enterprise and presented the priority directions of its operation. The basic aspects of improvement of the innovation activity management system of the enterprise under self-development are considered. The key aspects of improving the management system are highlighted: analysis and evaluation of changes in the operation of the enterprise (evaluation of innovation activity); choice of direction of innovative development of the enterprise; development of strategy of innovative operation (definition of priority of directions, their correlation, development of scenarios); control of implementation of the enterprise development strategy. The process of improving the system of management of innovative activity of the enterprise under self-development is presented as a block diagram. The process is considered and the mechanism of innovation activity management is proposed. Practical implications. The article presents the process of managing innovation activity according to the degree of selfdevelopment of the enterprise. The proposed mechanism has practical orientation in forming a set of measures for strategic development of the enterprise. In general, the paper outlines the main tasks for improving the innovation activity management system, the solutions of which will improve the effective functioning of the enterprise.

The object of the research is the dynamics of the development of the labor market of the Russian economy. The subject is the labor market. Within the framework of the article, the degree of influence of the coronavirus pandemic and gender inequality on the current trends in the labor market in Russia is determined.

The scientific article is devoted to the research analysis of promising directions for improving the work of the sales department of a construction company through the digital transformation of business processes and the implementation of ready-made IT solutions. The relevance of the study is due to the digital transformation of the construction sector of the Russian economy, which is why an increasing number of competing organizations are introducing the latest technologies in managing the efficiency of their sales. Within the framework of the article, the characteristics of the directions of digitalization of the company's commercial sales cycle are considered. The advantages and efficiency, which is formed through the use of digital technologies and ready-made IT solutions, are analyzed.
