The main purpose of this article is to construct and justify a working hypothesis of the structure of the “reflection” concept in the age dynamics of human development. This is the foundation for understanding the content of developmental education and the creation of new modern educational technologies. The main task is developing a theoretical construct of the research object – the structure of reflective human development in the age dynamics. The main criteria are the logic and results of studies by leading psychologists, educators, philosophers. The first step for us is experimentally proven framework of the reflective development in middle childhood of V.I. Slobodchikov and G.A. Zuckerman, named as “defining reflection”. We build such structures for other ages: teen, youth, student age, as forerunners of adulthood. We use the established structure of the reflective development in student's age is used in experiments during developmental education teachers’ training in elementary school, which may be useful also for other psychological and pedagogical development practices.

What should be considered and evaluated in modern technological conditions as a result of school education? What are the consequences of "informational expansion of the individual"? How digitalization affects the fundamental psychophysiological processes of personal development. Without an answer to these questions, it is impossible to talk about understanding the significance of the development of digital educational technologies. It is proposed to identify invariants of learning outcomes in school based on the psychophysiology of human development.

The purpose of the article is to research and analyze indicators that directly effect on the level of country’s human resources development, and assessment of Ukraine’s rating place among other countries. The following methods of scientific research, such as generalization, comparison and analysis were used to achieve the goal. The attention is focused on the fact that in conditions of post-industrial economy, the role of human and its knowledge increase, resulting in implementing the human development concept. This concept is aimed at forming measures to prevent the population impoverishment, unemployment, loss of health by stimulating human development, increasing its role in society, and, at the same time, increasing responsibility to society. The main task of the concept is to ensure the welfare of the person. The article shows the comparative assessment of Ukraine’s ranking among other countries  according to the human development index and its components. The following indicators such as gross national income per capita, average and expected duration of training, average life expectancy at birth were analyzed. It was agreed that economic ability to create and use human resources to a greater extent determines human well-being and is the main criteria for assessing the social security level. Since the background for well-being is income, education, and human health, social security becomes an integrating link between the modern concept of human development and the state social policy. In this manner, everything that reduces welfare, harms a particular person and society as a whole are factors that threaten social security. In this context human resources emerged as a key resource to the state development.

The article substantiates the digitization of the agrarian sector as a major trend that determines not only the economic but also human development. Digitalization is defined as the process of transforming information into a digital form, and such a process which more or less touches absolutely all spheres of life making first of all qualitative changes and influencing human development itself. In Ukraine where the agrarian sector is in fact the locomotive of economic development, its digitalization becomes the main task that needs practical application. Today significant achievements of Ukrainian agricultural companies in the direction of digitalization can be observed but a large number of problems still need to be addressed and remain challenges for the future. First of all the focus should be on combining the use of digital technologies with the appropriate training of workers of all levels capable of working in the new environment. Then it is possible to ensure both the fulfillment of economic goals and the achievement of human development goals. To do this Government supporting programs for the agrarian sector's digitalization at all levels are needed.

Early in human development, children react negatively to receiving less than others, and only later do they show a similar aversion to receiving more. We tested whether theory of mind (ToM) can account for this developmental shift we see in middle childhood. We conducted a face-to-face fairness task that involved a ToM manipulation, measured individual differences in ToM, and collected parent-ratings of children’s empathy, a construct related to ToM. We find that greater ToM capacities lead to more rejections of unequal offers, regardless of the direction of inequality, demonstrating that children with greater ToM are more likely to engage in costly compliance with fairness norms. Moreover, drawing attention to mental states sufficiently elicits aversion to advantageous inequity in younger children. These findings contribute to our growing understanding that people’s concerns for fairness rely not just on their own thoughts and beliefs but on the thoughts, beliefs, and expectations of others.

The chapter gives an overview of the development of youth in two periods: middle childhood (6–11 years of age) and adolescence (12–18 years of age). During these two stages, major changes occur within the youth’s physical, social, and cognitive dimensions, with each stage having its own primary developmental task. For middle childhood, the main task is to acquire new physical, social, and cognitive skills. On the other hand, adolescents are tasked with sexuality and identity exploration. Within each stage, developmental aspects are discussed and understood in combination with Piaget’s theory of cognitive development and psychodynamic theories such as Freud’s psychosexual stages of development and Erickson’s psychosocial stages. It is important for social workers to learn about brain research, to understand brain functions and what the child experiences biologically and how they might affect the child’s development and mental health problems. Recommendations are given for the best intervention orientation in working with youth: relationship-oriented, empowerment-oriented, and collaboration-oriented practices.

The main task of the article is to define the concept of «educational technologies» in the context of modern educational space. The system of views of domestic and foreign scholars is revealed. It defines educational technology as an integration model, integrates into a holistic system of purpose, change, didactic complex. The main emphasis is on progressive educational technologies, especially: personally oriented, projective, cooperative, simulation, informational. It has been established that the highest result in learning is achieved by students under the following conditions: the formation of an active attitude to teaching, the teaching of material in a certain sequence, demonstration and consolidation while exercising various methods of mental and practical activity, the application of knowledge in practice. The theoretical component of pedagogical technology is the concept as a system of views on a particular phenomenon. In modern theory and practice, the most common are person-oriented technologies based on the theory of personality-oriented learning, the central figure of which stands for the personality, identity and self-worth. The subjective experience of each child is first disclosed and then is consistent with the content of education. The main factors that are laid down in pedagogical technologies and determine their fundamental difference is their basis - theory and concept. This explains their diversity, which is disclosed by domestic scientists in scientific and methodological works. It is proved that personally oriented technologies are focused on the personality of the child, providing comfortable conditions for its development, realization of its natural psychophysiological, intellectual, spiritual and spiritual instincts.
