SMART INTELLIGENT CONGESTION CONTROL AMBULANCE ASSISTANCE SYSTEM USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES

The proposed method aims in designing a system which is capable identifying the emergency situation in ambulance and automatically controls the traffic at the signal point. This feature helps in decreasing the death rate which occurs mostly due to traffic congestion in emergency situation. Traffic density sensor is used to increase the green time when the traffic is heavy. Zigbee is used for establishing wireless communication between system in ambulance and the system at signal point, few control buttons in ambulance are used for indicating emergency situation, and traffic signal indicators are to be controlled depending on emergency situation in the ambulance. In Zigbee transmitter, which is their in the ambulance and placed four buttons i.e. east, west, north and south. The driver presses either of these button depending on the ambulance direction. So, this transmitter sends signal to that Zigbee receiver placed at the traffic junction and the PIC microcontroller takes the action of controlling the LEDs and IR obstacle sensor identify the heavy traffic.

Lots of Traffic Congestion during office hours or some special Occasion also during heavy traffic usually results in uncertainty and dispute, auto crashes, waste of time and resources, and release more carbon into the ecosystem so to avoid heavy traffic jams and to avoid them to wait on signal. Proposed idea will be given more advantage to reduce waiting time on the signals and vehicle will be easily pass with the help of speed management notification on on Digital Gadget. Each vehicle is furnished with RFID and with the help of distance sensor location of vehicle signal system can easily detected and system will provide notification to a person who drives a vehicle on their mobile phone or Digital gadget, according to that person will manage the speed of the vehicle to reduce waiting time on signals with the help of this system. It reduces everyday congestion, by regulating traffic flows and prioritizing traffic to demand in running time. Reducing the pollution throughout the urban area and polluting also in our system if the traffic density is more or if there is a traffic jam, then we would be uploading the status on the GPS which would indicate that there is a traffic jam at a particular signal. Prevent Maximum amount of traffic flow & can prevent traffic congestions. Real time measurement of speed of vehicle to control the traffic congestion is possible through image processing. Huge amount of processing algorithms are present to detect the speed of vehicle.by using image processing algorithm we easily detect the number of vehicle and speed and motion of particular vehicle.

Currently, in Baghdad, vehicles driver still depends on the police of traffic to regulate the traffic system according to the density of traffic.  There has been made a lot of researches on making the traffic signals automated by using image processing techniques, infra-Red Sensor, and laser sensors. The cost and complicity are the biggest challenge in these systems.  So, to avoid the previously mentioned obstacles and with the employing of Machine to Machine M2M Communication, a system of traffic signaling that based ultrasonic sensor has been developed, where only one ultrasonic sensor is used at each road at 500 meters down the street away from the traffic light where there's obvious traffic congestion that needs to be solved.  The ultra-sonic sensor would detect the density of traffic and communicate to Arduino that is responsible for acquiring signals from sensors on the roads which in turn will communicate with other Arduino which is responsible for manipulating the traffic light signals accordingly. So, as a result, the collected data will help the authorized person in monitoring the roads and change the green light time of each road based on traffic density in a specified date and time also take a report where the analysis will be made on heavy traffic and less traffic.


Traffic congestion is becoming a huge problem, which is arising due to vehicle failure or accidents. Transportation and use of advanced technology has great importance in society and that has made many of our lives much easier. By automatic accident detection and alerting GSM & GPS based technology can be used to overcome these problems. Where as in case of Child and Women there are very few efficient security and safety measures adopted. Now in India the safety for women has become a major issue while travelling. Nowadays women think twice before taking any steps out of their homes, especially in the night time. Hence, this is unfortunately, the sad reality of our country and also due to various crimes like child abuse, rape, dowry deaths, trafficking and many more. At the time of women facing unsecured situations, there is a need to ensure safety while travelling. Hence automatic detection system needs to be established where one can send alert message to the police station or the relatives which detects the current location of the required ones by use of such technologies the women and children can get protection. Mainly in remote areas children use bicycles as means of transport from several years and nowadays, despite due to the large vailability of new and faster means, the bicycle users is not decreased. Despites the cyclists find difficult to travel within them and other vehicles find difficult to find them during night time. In case of any emergency situation faced at unknown remote areas the cyclist can send their location to required ones to help them. In this paper, report the survey on the existing mechanism for detecting locations, and sending signals and to collect parameters such as temperature of the human body, heart beat etc. using sensors. With the help of GPS and GSM we can track the location of the child, women or vehicle. Hence, by these we can save the life of person’s being injured in various locations by sending a text message using IOT technologies

This article attempts to address how Western and Arab (North and South) feminists are able to envision solidarity and empower women across local and national boundaries through (1) connecting local and global gender issues and (2) reconciling Western feminist scholarships and Arab women’s culturally specific positions in international and cross-cultural frameworks. Given the historical background of the Middle East, there is a need to understand multiple factors such as class, nation, racism, sexism, colonialism and imperialism that influence Arab women’s struggles for liberation. Arab women’s struggles cannot be defined and situated in a context that removes the diversity of their historical experiences, location, religion and cultural factors. I would like to examine how Arab women are marginalized within the sphere of Western feminism(s) because they have been portrayed as passive victims instead of active participants seeking mobility and changes in their society. In dismantling the binary construct of East/West, liberated/oppressed, colonizers/colonized and progressive/backwards in global feminist discourses, there is an urgent need for a cross-cultural dialogue between Western and Arab feminisms in order to create space that allows differences to be recognized and examined, and crafting a meeting point for women to relate across their differences. For Western feminists trying to make sense of Middle Eastern issues and Arab women’s struggles, solidarity will remain elusive unless they recognize that women’s experiences and struggles cannot be separated from race, class, nation, colonization and imperialism.

Penulisan artikel ini ditujukan untuk menjelaskan makna warna-warna yang ada dalam jenang mancawarna jenang banyak warna. Jenang mancawarna atau yang juga dikenal dengan nama jenang pepak jenang lengkap merupakan salah satu nama jenang dalam sesaji selamatan daur hidup masyarakat Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan etnolinguistik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara terhadap informan yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa masyarakat Jawa memiliki pandangan mengenai multikulturalisme atau tergolong masyarakat yang multikulturalis karena empat warna dalam jenang tersebut memiliki makna semiotis antara lain bahwa seorang manusia hendaknya senantiasa menyadari dan menghargai perbedaan pemikiran para saudaranya yang berada di kiblat papat lima pancer empat arah mata angin: timur, barat, utara, dan selatan.This article seeks to explain the meanings of various colors of jenang mancawarna multicolored jenang. Jenang mancawarna is also known as jenang pepak complete jenang, a name of jenang in a celebration offerings of Javanese people. The research was conducted by using ethnolinguistics approach. The research was done through observation and interview in Wonogiri Regency, Central Java. The result of the research, Javanese people have unique views of multiculturalism as reflected in the four colours of Jenang. The colours have semiotic-meanings, that people ought to being aware and respect to different thinking of his connections who are bound in kiblat papat lima pancer four directions: east, west, north, and south.

Traffic lights play such important role in traffic management to control the traffic on the road. Situation at traffic light area is getting worse especially in the event of emergency cases. During traffic congestion, it is difficult for emergency vehicle to cross the road which involves many junctions. This situation leads to unsafe conditions which may cause accident. An Automatic Traffic Light Controller for Emergency Vehicle is designed and developed to help emergency vehicle crossing the road at traffic light junction during emergency situation. This project used Peripheral Interface Controller (PIC) to program a priority-based traffic light controller for emergency vehicle. During emergency cases, emergency vehicle like ambulance can trigger the traffic light signal to change from red to green in order to make clearance for its path automatically. Using Radio Frequency (RF) the traffic light operation will turn back to normal when the ambulance finishes crossing the road. Result showed the design is capable to response within the range of 55 meters. This project was successfully designed, implemented and tested.

India’s intended nationally determined contribution emission which is safe, smart and sustainable green transportation network. Azadpur Mandi which is known for the biggest selling place of fruits and vegetable in Delhi is becoming a place of very heavy traffic area zone. People who are living nearby and the people coming to Azadpur Mandi facing a lot of traffic and also because of no proper direction hinted there people are not able to reach their destination on time. This paper assesses urban traffic congestions and its impact on the daily life of stakeholders and also advocates some possible solutions. In this research found results the number of vehicles has increased in the last ten to fifteen years. The total number of categorised vehicle has also increased. Azadpur Mandi has impacted the land value of the surroundings. The road infrastructure is not sufficient to cater to the traffic volume of this area. The number of lanes in this area is less. This paper outlines the problems of traffic congestion in Asia’s largest sabji (Vegetable) Mandi by using statistical tools. There are very few parking lots inside and outside of the Mandi. This paper investigates the goal 11 of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Goal 11 says to make cities safe, resilience, sustainable. According to the Delhi Traffic police, Azadpur is one of the most accident-prone hotspots of Delhi.
