By breaking down the impact for timely and reliable data transmission in industrial areas, the authors uncover that couple of distributions shed light on this viewpoint. By setting up these discoveries, this paper gives a stage to the comprehension of what might actually shape keen plan designing and its plan related exercises. To achieve this, the authors lead a methodical review of the literature, which gives different discoveries. As the new impact plan to an enormous degree characterizes the worth chain for an organization, the test lies in guaranteeing that the planned item will assist the organization with profiting the Industrial Areas. These discoveries are then dissected by 12 experts both from the scholarly community and the business, and the discoveries' relations to the impact for timely and reliable data transmission in industrial areas and their impact on the item advancement measure is examined. Industrial Areas are generally connected with what changes in regards to the operations of an undertaking mean for said venture's assembling frameworks. In any case, the impact of these changes surpasses the creation frameworks themselves; rather, they influence the whole worth chain, from the item plan and advancement measure through assembling and store network the board to promoting and removal. Therefore, the reason for this investigation is to set up highlights and properties that will shape all through the industrial areas and into a savvy configuration designing.

Selecting the “right” solid modeling software is a complex, multi-criteria decision-making problem. Some of these criteria relate to ease of learning, educational materials built into the software, learning curve issues, performance of the software for different solid modeling functions, operations and utilities, and cost. Beyond selecting the right software, the decision-maker should also be concerned about (1) conceptual learning of the solid modeling topics while “the right software” is being used, and (2) transfer of conceptual learning between solid modelers. This is because a sound conceptual learning using one software might increase the probability of learning another in less time. Accordingly, this paper investigates the impact of icon recognition as an aid to transfer conceptual learning between solid modelers. The investigation includes a review of the literature on icon design and usage as it relates to solid modeling, in addition to an experiment in which the icon recognition correctness for over 20 operation icons were compared across two modelers. The results shed light into the impact of icon designs on the transfer of learning between solid modelers using the correct recognition counts as the transfer measure.

In the article the analysis of methods and means of ensuring the noise immunity transmission in telecommunication networks that use technologies in real time to ensure quality, valid and reliable data transmission under conditions of interference. For telecommunication networks the problem of optimal quality reception of information is to use the properties of the useful signal, interference, and transmission channel to increase the probability of correct reception. To increase the probability of correct reception needs to be pre-processed received signal that increases the signal interference. Transmission channels that use technologies that allow real-time to ensure quality, valid and reliable data transmission under conditions of interference provide better instruction indicators reliable transmission of information is carried out through the use of the necessary coding. During transmission on such channels, there are many difficulties associated with the impact of natural, industrial, intentional and unintentional interference. All methods of a noise stability in General lead to temporal and hardware redundancy as part of the source of information and of the addressee. Examine noise immunity of TCN as ability of the system to counteract to the hindrances, then it is necessary to know, what to counteract and on what to counteract, for a fight against hindrances a priori information is needed about properties of transmitter of information and about hindrances. Knowing all these properties of the signal and noise, it is possible to establish certain differences between them and use them to develop ways, means and methods to provide noise immunity. The aim of this article is realization of analysis of methods and backer-ups of interference immunity information transfer in TCNS, which will allow real-time to guarantee the quality, reliable and reliable transmission of the hindrances given in the conditions of influence. Unlike distortions hindrances carry casual character. They in are good time unknown and that is why cannot be fully removed. Knowledge of methods and facilities of construction of modern channels of transmission TCN in the conditions of action of hindrances, will allow building the reliable channels of information transfer for such networks.

This paper examines the impact of financing on the performance of a two-level supply chain consisting of a supplier and a budget-constrained retailer. To carry out our study, we set up a three-stage Stackelberg game under a wholesale price contract with a financial market. We show that financing from a competitive financial market can create value for both the supplier and the retailer. We also demonstrate that in a competitive financial market with symmetric information on the retailer's initial budget, the retailer's operational and financial decisions could be decoupled. We provide numerical results to shed light on additional managerial insights as well.

Advances in artificial intelligence (AI) enable the creation of videos in which a person appears to say or do things they did not. The impact of these so-called “deepfakes” hinges on their perceived realness. Here we tested different versions of deepfake faces for Welcome to Chechnya, a documentary that used face swaps to protect the privacy of Chechen torture survivors who were persecuted because of their sexual orientation. AI face swaps that replace an entire face with another were perceived as more human-like and less unsettling compared to partial face swaps that left the survivors’ original eyes unaltered. The full-face swap was deemed the least unsettling even in comparison to the original (unaltered) face. When rendered in full, AI face swaps can appear human and avoid aversive responses in the viewer associated with the uncanny valley.

Abstract This research addresses the relationship between premordial human nature (fitrah) and Islamic law (SharÊÑah) within the frame of Islamic thought, while exploring the questions it raises at two levels. The first level explains the aspects related to the creation of man and what has initially been bestowed upon him, which represents the evolutionary aspect of the concept of fiÏrah. The second level is related to SharÊÑah and its nature, which evolves according to what is percieved by reason and witnessed by fiÏrah; this represents the legislative aspect presented by the concept of fiÏrah. The majority of studies to date address a single aspect of the illustrations of the concept of fiÏrah. However, research on the dialectic relationship between fiÏrah and SharÊÑah and what its relevant concurrent view provides at the level of potentials related to human innate capacities in understanding and realizing SharÊÑah discourse and mandatory provisions as well as understanding its objectives  remains scarce and requires further research and investigation. Therefore, this study intends to shed light on the legislative and evolutionary aspects of the relationship between SharÊÑah and fiÏrah as two interconnected systems that allow for the understanding of the nature of SharÊÑah, its provisions and purposes, as well as identifying the essence of human innate nature and its potential in perceiving SharÊÑah. Keywords: human nature (fiÏrah), Islamic law (SharÊÑah), religious mandates (TakÉlif), religion, intellect (ÑAqal).
