The need for strength and anthropometric data for women is becoming increasingly important. The purpose of the research reported here was to explore basic strength and anthropometric differences between young women and men, and make application of these differences to work station design. Data were collected on 87 men and 115 women. The variables obtained on each subject included strength and anthropometric measures. Percent fat was calculated and used to transform the subject's body weight into lean and fat weight. The results indicated that fat weight, lean body weight, and leg strength each could significantly differentiate between men and women when other characteristics were controlled. These findings indicate that the magnitude of the differences between young men and women lies in body composition and strength, whereas the impact of anthropometric variables such as shoulder and hip diameter are not as great as one might suspect. Further research is suggested and applications to work station design offered.

Marriage is one of the Sunnahtullah that applies to all creatures created by Allah SWT, including humans, animals and plants. Marriage is defined as an agreement between men and women. Many families experience destruction because each individual runs without a clear guideline, as contained in Islamic teachings about marriage. Divorce is essentially a process in which the relationship between husband and wife does not meet harmony in marriage anymore. Regarding the definition of divorce, the marriage law does not regulate explicitly, but only determines that divorce is only one reason for the breakup of marriage besides other causes, namely death and court decisions. In this study, the author's team discussed a problem regarding the termination of marriage caused by a husband who is married without his wife's permission. The research is a normative juridical study using legislation review approach, and this study also applies primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The writing technique made by the writing team is descriptive analytical by which the obtained data is then arranged systematically to be subsequently analyzed to reach a conclusion. Keywords: marriage, polygamy, divorce

Generational renewal and the incorporation of women into the rural world are fundamental for the sustainability and modernisation of the agricultural sector. Hence the special government protection granted to the sector, which appears in both European legislation on rural issues and in the global strategy of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Rural Development Goals involving a commitment to measures aimed at helping young farmers to set up agricultural holdings and especially at encouraging women to engage in farm management. In the case of Spain, this is nothing new, given that Law 35/2011 on the Shared Ownership of Agricultural Holdings became a veritable revolution in terms of gender in the rural world when it came into force. The results section discusses the practical application of funding for young farmers to start up an agricultural holding through a technical and economic study, and a case study of a first-time farm set up by a young female farmer. The main contribution of this work lies in answering two questions. The first one is to evaluate the efficiency of the subsidies for young people to set up farms in terms of offering a decent, stable livelihood for young men and women in Spain and the Valencian Region. The second one attempts to verify the effectiveness of both European and Spanish active public policies to encourae young men and women to join the agricultural sector.

Several aspects of the Marriage Law, however, are in the spotlight because they are contentious. "Every husband and wife who are legally married have the duty to love, support, and preserve honor for each other." be faithful, and provide physical and spiritual assistance to one another." The rules on feelings suggest that a married couple must communicate their feelings to one another, and this is not without reason. The four advantages of sharing feelings of love include minimizing tension caused by pent-up emotions, making it easier for couples to understand each other, and making it easier for couples to communicate with each other. Being an efficient method on occasion. Marriage, according to the Marriage Law, is a sacred relationship created by a man and a woman as husband and wife in order to form a happy and everlasting family (household) founded on Almighty divinity. A family will be created as a result of this union. Many people believe that Family Resilience is a plagiarized version of the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI), "Both husband and wife are bound by the statute." to love, respect, and aid one another from one body to another. As a consequence, what some people are referring to is an article that already exists in the Marriage Law and KHI, which has existed in previous regulations and has never been challenged. Abstract This article examines the formation and discourse of the Epworth League, established by the Methodist Church as a lay organization intended to keep adolescent boys in the church. While the Epworth League was ostensibly open to both men and women, its real aim was to masculinize a church which was perceived to be dominated by a female membership and female-led organizations. This article explores when and how this construction of youthful piety became embedded within Methodism and the impact it had on the shape of church governance. Moreover, it argues that social Christianity, which gained a foothold through the mechanism of the League was an essentially male-gendered discourse.
