At the present stage, education is the most important component of the development of a country's economic growth. Often a changing situation requires high professionalism and considerable intellectual effort to make an effective decision. The increase in information flows and the analysis of relevant information generated by the participants in the educational process plays an important role in the process of quality management of the education process. The creation of training systems and the spread of network technology has led to the accumulation of a large amount of data, and this has in turn aroused great interest in the study of Data Mining methods used to analyze the new type of educational data. In this paper, a comparison of methods for analyzing educational data (EDM) and learning analytics (LA) was made, and attention to their peculiarities was paid. As a practical implementation, the behavior of a time series is proposed, which describes the number of studies in 4 scientific fields Azerbaijan for the period from 2014 to 2019, and a short-term forecast is presented.

Integrative-inclusive moral education can be interpreted as a formulation of a broad and holistic moral education process. Moral education materials can work together with all subjects, school culture, extracurricular activities, and even with the community. It is said that the integrative scientific structure does not mean that the various sciences are merged into an identical form of science, but rather the character, style, and nature of the science are integrated in the unity of the spiritual material dimensions, revelation, secularl-religion, physical-spiritual, and the world hereafter. Integration requires the existence of a relationship or unification or synchronization or greet each other or alignment between each existing scientific fields. Each scientific field cannot stand alone, without greeting each other with other scientific fields. While inclusive education, is a matter relating to many aspects of human life based on the principles of equality, justice, and individual rights. So integrative-inclusive education means that an educational process must cover a broad and comprehensive scope. Integrative-inclusive moral education has a holistic scope.

Abstract The hydrodynamic model and three-dimensional finite element model of a new type of two-module marine platform were built for the subject of research. The motions and connector loads were predicted based on the COMPASS THAFTS software and the results were in agreement with the model tests. It shows that the new type platform has a good sea keeping performance. On the other hand, the short-term forecast results indicate that the connector loads, Fz, is larger than other two directions, approaching 200t. The connector loads, Fx and Fy, are usually in the order of magnitude of tens tons. Some useful conclusions obtained in this paper can provide an important reference for the optimal design and construction of the new type platform and its connector system.

Recent advances in the automatic indexing of backscatter Kikuchi diffraction patterns on the scanning electron microscope (SEM) has resulted in the development of a new type of microscopy. The ability to obtain statistically relevant information on the spatial distribution of crystallite orientations is giving rise to new insight into polycrystalline microstructures and their relation to materials properties. A limitation of the technique in the SEM is that the spatial resolution of the measurement is restricted by the relatively large size of the electron beam in relation to various microstructural features. Typically the spatial resolution in the SEM is limited to about half a micron or greater. Heavily worked structures exhibit microstructural features much finer than this and require resolution on the order of nanometers for accurate characterization. Transmission electron microscope (TEM) techniques offer sufficient resolution to investigate heavily worked crystalline materials.Crystal lattice orientation determination from Kikuchi diffraction patterns in the TEM (Figure 1) requires knowledge of the relative positions of at least three non-parallel Kikuchi line pairs in relation to the crystallite and the electron beam.

The relevance of the study under consideration is due to the need to increase the efficiency of students independent work in solving computational problems. A theoretical rationale is proposed and the practical implementation of an automated training and diagnostic system for the formation of skills to solve problems according to the “white box” model is described. The leading idea of the study is the construction of mental schemes for a given topic, which allow to visualize the dynamics of changes in the learner’s level of ability to solve computational problems. The methods of accounting for forgetting educational information and methods of personalized selection of tasks are substantiated. The site for self-management of user independent work is available at the link: http://msbx.ru. The materials of the article are of practical value for teachers who use e-learning tools in the educational process.

Purpose. The article is aimed at analyzing the general theoretical principles and the essential characteristics of legal restrictions in environmental law; defining category of “environmental legal restrictions”, their content, system and the status of the respective legislation. Methodology. The methodology consists in carrying out a comprehensive analysis of the provisions of environmental legislation and formulating relevant conclusions on this basis. During the research, the following methods of scientific research were used: terminological, systemic and structural, comparative legal, structural and functional. Results. The objectively determined necessity of unconditional adherence to the legally established environmental requirements, prohibitions and restrictions as well as their potential scientifically substantiated enhancement in order to achieve environmentally significant goals oriented towards the priorities of sustainable development is substantiated. Restrictive mechanisms are scattered across statutory and regulatory acts of different legal force and even different branches of law, therefore, the need for their systematization and unification as well as generalization of the experience of their practical implementation in order to establish a comprehensive system of environmental restrictions is discussed. In our opinion, the conceptual basis and general essential characteristics of public environmental requirements and restrictions should be reflected in the future Environmental Code of Ukraine. Scientific novelty. In the course of the research, the author defines restrictions in environmental law as a specific sectoral imperative mechanism for regulating relations in the field of environmental safety, which consists in systematically introducing legislation on imperative provisions of environmental law as well as establishing specific legal regimes and mechanisms for their application and implementation. Practical significance. The main conclusions can be used in law-making and law-enforcing activities, as well as in further theoretical and legal research and in the educational process.

World economic aggregates are compiled infrequently and released after considerable lags. There are, however, many potentially relevant series released in a timely manner and at a higher frequency that could provide significant information about the evolution of global aggregates. The challenge is then to extract the relevant information from this multitude of indicators and combine it to track the real-time evolution of the target variables. We develop a methodology based on dynamic factor models adapted for variables with heterogeneous frequencies, ragged ends and missing data. We apply this methodology to nowcast global trade in goods in goods and services. In addition to monitoring these variables in real time, this method can also be used to obtain short-term forecasts based on the most up-to-date values of the underlying indicators.
